Description
Claims (10)
- バッテリモジュールのための、少なくとも1つのバッテリセル(12)を少なくとも部分的に押圧しながら収容する収容器(10)であって、前記収容器(10)は、前記少なくとも1つのバッテリセル(12)の2つの互いに対向する側に配置可能な2つのエンドプレート(14a、14b)を有する、前記収容器(10)において、前記エンドプレート(14a、14b)は、当該エンドプレート(14a、14b)に固定された複数の棒状の支持体(16a−16d)によって結合され、前記支持体(16a−16d)は、前記少なくとも1つのバッテリセル(12)の各稜部(18a−18d)を少なくとも2次元で支持するよう構成されることを特徴とする、収容器(10)。
- 前記エンドプレート(14a、14b)と共に直方体を画定する4つの支持体(16a−16d)が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の収容器(10)。
- 前記支持体(16a−16d)は、互いにほぼ直交して配置された2つの脚部(34a、34b)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の収容器(10)。
- 前記支持体(16a−16d)は、金属材料で形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の収容器(10)。
- 前記エンドプレート(14a、14b)は、プラスチックで形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の収容器(10)。
- 前記エンドプレート(14a、14b)は、少なくとも部分的にハニカム構造(36)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の収容器(10)。
- 前記支持体(16a−16d)は、自身の伸長方向に対してほぼ直交して伸びる固定手段によって、前記エンドプレート(14a、14b)に固定されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の収容器(10)。
- 前記エンドプレート(14a、14b)は各々、前記支持体(16a−16d)の前記伸張方向に対してほぼ直交して伸びる少なくとも2つのスリーブ(44a、44b)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の収容器(10)。
- 前記スリーブ(44a、44b)は、金属材料で形成されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の収容器(10)。
- 少なくとも1つのバッテリセル(12)を含むバッテリモジュールであって、前記バッテリモジュールは、前記少なくとも1つのバッテリセル(12)を収容する収容器(10)を有することを特徴とする、バッテリモジュール。
