Claims (19)
- (a)金属材料から構成されるライナーであって、該ライナーは、
(i)ライナーオリフィスと、
(ii)前記オリフィスを囲む、外面を有するライナーネック領域と、
(iii)前記ライナーネック領域を囲むライナー極性領域と、
を有する、ライナーと、
(b)第2の材料から構成されるとともに前記金属ライナーの前記ライナーネック領域に取り付けられる極性ボスであって、該極性ボスは、
(i)内面を有する極性ボスネック領域であって、該極性ボスネック領域の前記内面の少なくとも一部は、前記ライナーネック領域の前記外面の少なくとも一部に取り付けられる、極性ボスネック領域と、
(ii)前記ライナーオリフィスと同軸に位置合わせされる、前記極性ボスネック領域内の通路と、
(iii)前記ライナー極性領域の少なくとも一部を覆う極性ボス環状フランジと、
を有する、極性ボスと、
を備え、前記第2の材料は、前記金属材料のものよりも高い静的強度、疲労強度、耐久性、耐薬品性及び/又は耐腐食性を有する、金属ライニングされる複合被覆圧力容器。 - 前記金属材料は、アルミニウム、アルミニウム合金、銅、チタン、鋼合金又はそれらの組合せを含む、請求項1に記載の圧力容器。
- 前記第2の材料は、合金、鋼、鋼合金、チタン、アルミニウム合金、真鍮、ベリリウム、セラミック、複合材料又はそれらの組合せを含む、請求項2に記載の圧力容器。
- 前記極性ボスネック領域の前記内面は極性ボス接続要素を備え、前記金属ライナーの前記外面はライナー接続要素を備え、前記金属ライナーは、前記極性ボス接続要素を前記ライナー接続要素に係合させることによって前記極性ボスに取り付けられる、請求項1に記載の圧力容器。
- 前記ライナー接続要素は雄ねじ要素を含み、前記極性ボス接続要素は相補的な雌ねじ要素を含み、前記極性ボスネック領域は、前記相補的な雌ねじ要素を前記雄ねじ要素に係合させることによって、前記ライナーネック領域に取り付けられるようになっている、請求項4に記載の圧力容器。
- 前記極性ボスは、機械的接続によって前記ライナーに取り付けられる、請求項1に記載の圧力容器。
- 前記極性ボスは、接着剤によって前記ライナーに取り付けられる、請求項1に記載の圧力容器。
- 前記ライナーオリフィスの直径は少なくとも2インチ(50 mm)である、請求項1に記載の圧力容器。
- 前記ライナーに挿入されるブラダーを更に備える、請求項1に記載の圧力容器。
- 油圧アキュムレーターとして使用されるように構成される、請求項9に記載の圧力容器。
- ポート継手装置は、バルブ、ポペットバルブのハウジング、ノズル、プラグ、レギュレーター、圧力センサー、温度センサー、圧力解放装置、又は前記圧力容器の状態をモニタリングするテレマティクス機器である、請求項1に記載の圧力容器。
- 金属材料から構成されるライナーを備える複合被覆圧力容器のネック領域を強化する方法であって、前記ライナーは、
ライナーオリフィスと、
前記ライナーオリフィスを囲む、ライナー接続要素を備えるライナーネック領域と、
前記ライナーネック領域を囲むライナー極性領域と、
を有し、該方法は、
前記ライナーネック領域の前記ライナー接続要素を、前記金属材料のものよりも高い機械的強度を有する第2の材料から構成される極性ボスの極性ネック領域にある相補的な係合要素に係合させ、それにより、前記極性ボスを備えない同じ圧力容器と比較して、前記複合被覆圧力容器の前記ライナーネック領域内の機械的強度をより高くすること、
を含む、方法。 - 前記ライナーネック領域は、機械的接続手段、接着剤又はそれらの組合せによって、前記極性ボスにしっかりと密接して取り付けられる、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記ライナーネック領域の少なくとも一部が、前記極性ボスネック領域のオリフィスにしっかりと嵌め込まれる、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記極性ボスネック領域の少なくとも一部が、前記ライナーネック領域のオリフィスにしっかりと嵌め込まれる、請求項12に記載の方法。
- (a)金属材料から構成されるライナーであって、該ライナーは、
(i)ライナーオリフィスと、
(ii)前記オリフィスを囲む、極性ボスをしっかりと取り付けるように構成される係合要素を備える内面を有するライナーネック領域と、
(iii)前記ライナーネック領域を囲む内側ライナー極性領域と、
(b)前記金属材料のものよりも高い静的強度、疲労強度、耐久性、耐薬品性及び/又は耐腐食性を有する第2の材料から構成される極性ボスであって、該極性ボスは、
(i)前記ライナーネック領域の前記内面の前記係合要素にしっかりと取り付けられるように構成される係合要素を備える外面を有する極性ボスネック領域であって、該極性ボスネック領域の前記外面にある前記係合要素は、前記ライナーネック領域の前記内面の前記係合要素にしっかりと取り付けられる、極性ボスネック領域と、
(ii)前記ライナーオリフィス及び前記ライナーネック領域と同軸に位置合わせされる、前記極性ボスネック領域内の通路と、
(iii)前記ライナー極性領域の内面の少なくとも一部を覆う極性ボス環状フランジと、
を備える、金属ライニングされる複合被覆圧力容器。 - 前記極性ボスは前記ライナーに取外し可能に取り付けられる、請求項16に記載の金属ライニングされる複合被覆圧力容器。
- 更に以下を備える、請求項16に記載の金属ライニングされる複合被覆圧力容器;
(a)
(i)前記ライナーオリフィスから遠位にある第2のライナーオリフィスと、
(ii)前記第2のライナーオリフィスを囲む、第2の極性ボスをしっかりと取り付けるように構成される係合要素を備える外面を有する第2のライナーネック領域と、
(iii)前記第2のライナーネック領域を囲む外側ライナー極性領域と、
(b)前記金属材料のものよりも高い静的強度、疲労強度、耐久性、耐薬品性及び/又は耐腐食性を有する材料から構成される第2の極性ボスであって、該第2の極性ボスは、
(i)前記第2のライナーネック領域の前記外面の前記係合要素にしっかりと取り付けるように構成される係合要素を備える内面を有する第2の極性ボスネック領域であって、該第2の極性ボスネック領域の前記内面にある前記係合要素は、前記第2のライナーネック領域の前記外面の前記係合要素にしっかりと取り付けられる、第2の極性ボスネック領域と、
(ii)前記第2のライナーオリフィス及び前記第2のライナーネック領域と同軸に位置合わせされる、前記第2の極性ボスネック領域内の通路と、
(iii)前記第2のライナー極性領域の外面の少なくとも一部を覆う第2の極性ボス環状フランジと、
を有する、第2の極性ボス。 - 前記ライナーオリフィスと前記第2のライナーオリフィスとは、前記圧力容器の反対側の端部にある、請求項18に記載の金属ライニングされる複合被覆圧力容器。
