Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 生理的又は身体的状態を診断するためのセンサであって、
生理的又は身体的状態に関する1以上のパラメータについての臨床データを決定するように構成された測定システム;
臨床データを記憶するように構成された第1メモリ;
第1通信プロトコルに従って臨床データを送信するように構成された送信器;
第2通信プロトコルに従って、強化データを受信するように構成された受信器、ここで、強化データは臨床データに基づいている;及び
強化データを記憶するように構成された第2メモリ;
を備えている、
センサ。 - 臨床データは、第1メモリに記憶され且つ暗号化されない状態で送信器によって送信される、請求項1に記載のセンサ。
- 強化データが受信器によって受信され且つ第2メモリに記憶されるとき、強化データは、暗号化された状態である、請求項2に記載のセンサ。
- 強化データはハッシュ化を含んでいる、請求項3に記載のセンサ。
- さらに、測定システム、送信器、及び受信器を動作可能に制御するように構成された制御器を備えており、制御器は、さらに受信器が臨床データに基づく強化データを受信するのに対応して、第1メモリから臨床データを削除するように構成されている、請求項1に記載のセンサ。
- 臨床データは、1以上のデータフィールドの第1集合を含み、且つ強化データは、1以上のデータフィールドの第1集合及び1以上の追加的データフィールドを含んでいる、請求項1に記載のセンサ。
- 1以上の追加的データフィールドは、統計的分析、予測的傾向、又は臨床データに基づく推奨される薬の用量の少なくとも1つに関するデータを含んでいる、請求項6に記載のセンサ。
- 臨床データは、測定された血糖濃度を含んでいる、請求項1に記載のセンサ。
- 医療データの管理の方法であって、
個人の生理的状態又は身体的状態に関する1以上のパラメータについての臨床データを、センサを用いて決定すること;
臨床データをセンサの第1メモリ内に記憶すること;
第1通信プロトコルに従って臨床データをセンサから収集器へ送信すること;
第2通信プロトコルに従って強化データを収集器から受信すること、ここで、強化データは臨床データに基づいている;及び
強化データをセンサの第2メモリに記憶すること;
を含んでいる、
方法。 - さらに、強化データが受信された後に、第1メモリ内の臨床データを削除すること、を含んでいる、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 強化データは、センサによって受信されるとき、暗号化された状態である、請求項9に記載の方法。

- 第1通信プロトコルは、公的に利用可能な産業標準通信プロトコルであり、そして第2通信プロトコルは、公的には利用可能でない慣用の通信プロトコルである、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 第1通信プロトコルに従って、臨床データを収集器で受信すること;
強化データを決定するために、収集器を用いて臨床データを処理すること;
強化データを収集器からセンサへ送信すること;

診断分析を実行するように構成された測定システム;
複数の異なる通信プロトコルに従って、夫々にデータを送信及び受信するように構成された送信器及び受信器;及び
1以上の制御器及び1以上のメモリ機器を含んでいるコンピュータ論理回路;

1以上のメモリ機器は、命令を記憶し、命令が1以上の制御器によって実行されるとき、命令はコンピュータ論理回路に、
生理的及び身体的状態に関する1以上のパラメータについての臨床データを決定させ;
臨床データを1以上のメモリ機器の第1メモリ領域に記憶させ;
複数の通信プロトコルの第1のものに従って、臨床データを収集器へ送信させ;
複数の通信プロトコルの第2のものに従って、臨床データに基づく強化データを収集器から受信させ;及び
強化データを1以上のメモリ機器の第2メモリ領域に記憶させる;
センサ。 - 命令は、さらに、コンピュータ論理回路に第1メモリから臨床データを削除させる、請求項18に記載のセンサ。
