Abstract
Description
本出願は、「パイプラインシステムにおける導管およびパイプの保守点検用装置」と題する2014年3月6日出願の米国仮特許出願第61/949,092号の優先権を主張するものである。
導管の全体に亘って均一かつ再生可能な厚さをもたらすポリマーライニング材によってパイプの内壁をコーティングすることにより、半径範囲に亘って一定の物理的な材料特性をもたらすための制御方法および制御装置である。
商業的に利用可能なデジタル加速度計およびセントラライザ・プラットフォームに取り付けられたジャイロを使用して、ライニング工程に亘って、セントラライザ・ツールのピッチ、ヨー、およびロールを決定することができる。
スプレーインライナーを取り付ける間に、ゴムまたは繊維シールによって、各継手部分において電気的に絶縁された金属製のパイプ部分を電気的に接続するための方法および装置である。
1.電流を単一の接続点に流し、犠牲陽極材に取り付けることができる、連続的な導電性コーティングとなるための十分な対策として、カーボンナノ、導電性グラフェン、カーボンブラック、または別の適切な「導電性材料」等の導電性材料をライニング製剤に添加もしくは混合、または、パイプ壁上の分散点に注入する。
2.ライニング・セントラライザ上に設置された適切な分散機構を通じて用いられる、単一の高密度の導体素線(ワイヤ、テープ、フォーム、ペースト等)を利用して、スプレーイン工程が生じるとき、絶縁されたパイプ部分を相互接続する。導体はパイプ壁に接合されたライニングシステムによって封入され、恒久的に固定される。
Claims (6)
- パイプの保守点検用システムであって、
パイプ内での使用に適合された保守点検ツールと、
前記保守点検ツールに取り付けられて、前記保守点検ツールを、前記パイプを通じて牽引するアンビリカルと、
前記アンビリカルの周囲に配置され、前記保守点検ツールが前記パイプの屈曲部および湾曲部の周りで前記パイプを通じて牽引されることを許容するように適合された複数のベアリングと、
を備えるシステム。 - 前記複数のベアリングは、前記アンビリカルに取り付けられている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数のベアリングは、ローラーから形成されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記保守点検ツールの操作を制御する制御装置を更に備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御装置は、制御ソフトウェアを操作して前記保守点検ツールの操作を制御する中央処理装置を備える、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御装置は、前記保守点検ツールを遠隔制御するように適合されている、請求項4に記載のシステム。
