Claims (15)
- 特に包装材(80)を滅菌することを目的とし、筐体と、バリア要素(50)とを備える滅菌デバイスであって、
前記筐体は、少なくとも1つの第1のチャンバ(10)を備え、
前記第1のチャンバ(10)は、滅菌するために、例えば電子などの電荷キャリア(62)を提供するように適合されており、
前記筐体が第3のチャンバ(30)に接続されることで、前記バリア要素(50)が、第1の大気(100)が存在する空間の境界の少なくとも一部を形成する滅菌デバイス。 - 前記空間は、前記第3のチャンバ(30)によって、または前記第3のチャンバ(30)と、第2のチャンバ(20)によって形成される、請求項1に記載の滅菌デバイス。
- 前記第1のチャンバ(10)は、カソードハウジング(61)と、フィラメント(63)とを備える電子生成器(60)を備える、請求項1または2に記載の滅菌デバイス。
- 前記空間は絶縁材を含み、
前記絶縁材は好ましくは、絶縁流体または気体、例えば窒素である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の滅菌デバイス。 - 前記バリア要素(50)は、少なくとも1つの接続器(52)、詳細には電気接続器(52)を備える、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の滅菌デバイス。

- 前記放射線遮蔽体(24)は、前記第2のチャンバ(20)内で、前記接続範囲(22)と前記バリア要素(50)の間に設けられる、請求項9に記載の滅菌デバイス。
- 前記放射線遮蔽体(24)は、前記第3のチャンバ(30)内で、前記接続範囲(22)と前記電源ユニット(40)の間に設けられる、請求項9に記載の滅菌デバイス。
- 前記空間は、前記バリア要素(50)に対して基本的に平行に延在する放射線遮蔽体(24)を備え、
前記放射線遮蔽体(24)は、少なくとも1つの開口(24')を備えるまたは形成し、
前記開口(24')は好ましくは、前記バリア要素(50)に対して基本的に平行に延在する、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の滅菌デバイス。 - 前記電源接続ライン(72)は、前記開口(24')を介して誘導される、請求項12に記載の滅菌デバイス。
