前記サンプル収集経路中に収集された体液サンプルを受け取るための複数のサンプル容器を含む第二の部分であって、前記サンプル容器は、作動可能に、前記サンプル収集経路と流体連結で係合可能であり、流体連結が確立された場合に、前記容器は、前記体液サンプルの大部分を前記経路から前記容器に移動するために、第一の原動力とは異なる第二の原動力を提供し;
前記サンプル収集経路中の1つに沿った分離物質であって、この物質は、前記サンプル容器の少なくとも1つにサンプルが放出される前に、形成された成分を除去するために構成され;前記サンプル収集経路の少なくとも1つが、充填表示器を含み、最低充填レベルに達して、少なくともサンプル容器の一つが、少なくともサンプル収集経路の少なくとも一つと流体連通するよう係合可能であるとき、それを表示する。 - サンプル収集機器であって、以下を含むサンプル収集機器:

収集チャネルの第二開口部はサンプル容器の蓋に貫通するように構成されており、
機器が拡張した状態で、収集チャネルの第二開口部はサンプル容器の内部に接触せず、そして
機器が圧縮した状態で、収集チャネルの第二開口部は、容器の蓋を通してサンプル容器の内部へ拡張し、収集チャネルとサンプル容器間に液体連通を提供し、
サンプル収集チャネルに沿った分離物質であり、事前とサンプル容器へ放出中に、サンプルから、形成された成分を除去するように構成されている。 - サンプル収集機器であって、以下を含む機器:
(a)収集チャネルを含む本体であって、第一開口部と第二開口部を含む収集チャネルであって、第一開口部から第二開口部へ向かう毛管作用によって体液を引き入れるように構成されており、
(b)体液サンプルを受け入れるためのサンプル容器を含む基部であって、サンプル容器は収集チャネルと係合可能であり、内部が真空になっており、チャネルを受け入れるよう構成された蓋を持つ、そして
(c)支持部、及び
(d)アダプターチャネルであり、第一開口部と第二開口部を持ち、第一開口部は収集チャネルの第二開口部に接触するように構成されており、第二開口部はサンプル容器の蓋に貫通して構成されており、
本体と基部は支えの両端に接続し、圧縮した状態よりも拡張した状態で少なくとも基部の一部は本体に近いように、サンプル収集機器は拡張状態と圧縮状態があるように構成されているので、互いに関連して可動的であり、機器が拡張した状態で、アダプターチャネルは収集チャネルの一つ又は両方とサンプル容器の内部に接触せず、機器が圧縮した状態で、アダプターチャネルの第一開口部は収集チャネルの第二開口部と接触し、アダプターチャネルの第二開口部は、容器の蓋を通してサンプル容器の内部へ拡張し、収集チャネルとサンプル容器間に液体連通を提供し、
サンプル収集チャネルに沿った分離物質であり、サンプル容器へ放出前と放出中に、サンプルから形成された成分を除去するように構成されている。 - 被験者から体液サンプルを収集する機器であって、以下を含む機器:
(a)収集チャネルを含む本体であって、第一開口部と第二開口部を含む収集チャネルであって、第一開口部から第二開口部へ向かう毛管作用によって体液を引き入れるように構成されており、
(b)基部であって、本体と係合可能で、基部がサンプル容器を支え、容器は収集チャネルと係合可能であり、内部が真空になっており、チャネルを受け入れるよう構成された蓋を持ち、
収集チャネルの第二開口部はサンプル容器の蓋に貫通して、収集チャネルとサンプル容器間に流体流路を提供するように構成されており、
サンプル収集チャネルに沿った分離物質であり、サンプル容器へ放出前と放出中に、サンプルから、形成された成分を除去するように構成されている。 - 形成された成分の懸濁物を有するサンプルと使用する機器であって以下を含む機器:
前記形成された成分の懸濁物を有するサンプルを受け取るための、少なくとも1つのサンプル入り口;
前記サンプルの実質的に液体部分だけを放出するために構成された少なくとも1つの出口;及び
前記サンプル入り口と、出口の間の少なくとも第一の経路に沿って配置された分離物質であって、前記分離物質は、前記出口から液体部分を放出する前に、前記形成された成分をサンプルから除去するために構成され;
分離物質とともに配置された、複数モードのサンプル伝播パターンを提供するための界面を画成する分離器であって、少なくとも第一の部分は、分離物質内を横方向に伝播し、及び第二の部分は分離物質内を超えて分離器のチャネルを通じて伝播する。 - 方法であって、以下を含む方法:
筐体に連結された分離物質を、サンプルの形成された成分の部分を、前記サンプルの液体部分から分離するために用いること。 - 方法であって、以下を含む方法:
体液サンプルを収集チャネルへ収集することを含み、第一開口部と第二開口部を含む収集チャネルであって、第一開口部から第二開口部へ向かう毛管作用によって体液を引き入れるように構成されており、
サンプル容器へ放出前と放出中に、サンプルから、形成成分を除去するために、サンプル収集チャネルに沿った分離器を使用する。 - 方法であって、以下を含む方法:
体液サンプルを第一収集チャネルと第二収集チャネルを持つ機器へ収集することであって、第一開口部と第二開口部を含む収集チャネルであって、第一開口部から第二開口部へ向かう毛管作用によって体液を引き入れるように構成されており、そして
サンプル容器へ放出前と放出中に、サンプルから、形成成分を除去するために、サンプル収集チャネルに沿った分離器を使用し、
体液サンプルが血液の場合は、収集された一つのサンプルから、機器はそれぞれ別の排出口から、血液と血漿の両方を放出する。 - 被験者からサンプルを収集し、サンプルからろ過液を放出する機器。
- 被験者からサンプルを収集し、少なくともサンプルの一部からろ過液を形成する機器。
- 被験者からサンプルを収集する機器を使用し、サンプルからろ過液を放出する方法。
