Description
Claims (15)
- 蛍光管照明器具が蛍光管のフィラメントを予熱する予熱段階を有する前記蛍光管照明器具においてレトロフィットするためのLED管であって、
LEDアレイと、
前記LEDアレイを駆動するためのLEDドライバと、
前記LED管を電子的に及び機械的に前記蛍光管照明器具に接続するための前記LED管の第1の端部における第1の接点ピンのペア、及び前記LED管の第2の端部における第2の接点ピンのペアであって、前記第1の接点ピンのペアは第1の回路を形成するよう接続され、前記第2の接点ピンのペアは第2の回路を形成するよう接続され、前記LEDドライバは前記第1の回路と前記第2の回路との間に接続される、第1及び第2の接点ピンのペアと、
開状態及び閉状態を有し、前記第1の回路と前記第2の回路との間の電流経路が得られるように、加熱されると前記閉状態を適合させる温度制御スイッチとを含み、前記蛍光管照明器具の前記予熱段階中に前記第1の接点ピンのペア間を流れる予熱電流は、前記温度制御スイッチを加熱する、LED管。 - 前記温度制御スイッチは熱機械アクチュエータを含み、前記熱機械アクチュエータは、加熱されたとき、前記温度制御スイッチが前記閉状態を取ることを可能にする、請求項1に記載のLED管。
- 前記熱機械アクチュエータは、形状記憶合金部材を含む、請求項2に記載のLED管。
- 前記形状記憶合金部材は、双方向記憶効果を有する、請求項3に記載のLED管。
- 前記熱機械アクチュエータは、弾性である、請求項2又は3に記載のLED管。
- 前記温度制御スイッチは、さらに、付勢された弾性部材を含む、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載のLED管。
- 前記温度制御スイッチは、弾性プランジャー、ラッチ、及び形状記憶合金部材を含み、前記温度制御スイッチの前記開状態において、前記弾性プランジャーは前記ラッチによって付勢され、前記温度制御スイッチは、前記弾性プランジャーが位置を変更し、これにより、前記温度制御スイッチを前記開状態から前記閉状態に切り替えるように、前記予熱段階中、前記形状記憶合金部材が前記ラッチを解放するように構成される、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載のLED管。
- 前記第1の接点ピンのペアの各接点ピンは、前記LED管の前記第1の端部が前記蛍光管照明器具から取り外されると、前記第1の回路と前記第2の回路との間の前記電流経路が開かれるように、前記LED管の中心線に対して垂直な方向に個別に移動可能である、請求項7に記載のLED管。
- 前記LED管の前記第1の端部が前記蛍光管照明器具から取り外されると、前記第1の接点ピンのペアが前記LED管の前記中心線に対して垂直な方向に動かされるように、前記弾性プランジャーは前記第1の接点ピンのペアに力を加える、請求項8に記載のLED管。
- 前記第1の接点ピンのペアの各接点ピンは、前記LED管の中心線に対して垂直な方向に弾性的に移動可能であり、前記LED管の前記第1の端部が前記蛍光管照明器具から取り外されると、前記第1の回路と前記第2の回路との間の前記電流経路が開かれ、また、前記第1の回路が開かれる、請求項8又は9に記載のLED管。
- 前記第1の接点ピンのペアは、さらに、前記第1の回路が開いており、前記弾性プランジャーがその弾性に反して移動され、ラッチによって再び付勢されるとき、前記第1の回路が閉じられるように構成される、請求項10に記載のLED管。
- 前記温度制御スイッチは、
形状記憶合金部材と、
ピボット部材と、
2つの接点部分を有し、前記LEDドライバと電気接続された細長い接点部材と
を含み、
前記接点部材は、前記ピボット部材に接続され、
前記形状記憶合金部材は、前記第1の回路と前記第2の回路との間の前記電流経路が得られるように、前記接点部材の前記2つの接点部分が前記第1の接点ピンのペアの対応する接点ピンと接触するように、前記予熱電流によって加熱されると、前記ピボット部材をピボットさせる、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載のLED管。 - 前記温度制御スイッチは、さらに、前記予熱電流がスイッチオフされたとき、前記接点部材と前記第1の接点ピンのペアとの接触を解除し、これにより、前記第1の温度制御スイッチを開状態に切り替えるように、前記ピボット部材をピボットさせる少なくとも1つの付勢部材を含む、請求項12に記載のLED管。
- 前記温度制御スイッチは、スライダーと、弾性要素と、形状記憶合金部材と、スライダーロック部材とを含み、前記弾性要素は、一端において前記スライダーに取り付けられ、他端において前記LED管に関して固定されるよう取り付けられ、
前記温度制御スイッチは、前記スライダーが位置を変化させ、これにより、前記温度制御スイッチを前記開状態から前記閉状態に切り替え、また、前記スライダーが、前記スライダーロック部材によって前記閉状態での位置にロックされ、前記弾性要素によって付勢されるように、前記予熱段階中、前記形状記憶合金部材が前記スライダーに力を付与するように構成される、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載のLED管。 - 前記第1の接点ピンのペアの各接点ピンは、前記LED管の中心線に対して垂直な方向に弾性的にかつ個別に移動可能であり、前記スライダーは、前記開状態において前記第1の接点ピンのペアを付勢するための少なくとも1つの付勢部と、
前記閉状態において前記第1の接点ピンのペアを付勢するための少なくとも1つの弾性部とを有し、
各接点ピンは、前記第1の回路と前記第2の回路との間の前記電流経路が開かれるように、前記LED管の前記第1の端部が前記蛍光管照明器具から取り外されると、前記接点ピンが前記スライダーの前記弾性部を動かし、これにより、前記スライダーをその位置及び前記スライダーロック部材から解放するように構成される、請求項15に記載のLED管。
