Abstract
Description
The present disclosure relates to the recovery of engine oil diluted with fuel.
DPF(ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ)は、ディーゼルエンジンから排出される排ガス中に含まれるPM(粒子状物質)を捕集するための装置である。 An exhaust gas treatment device including a DOC (oxidation catalyst) disposed in the exhaust passage and a DPF (diesel particulate filter) disposed downstream of the DOC is mounted on the diesel engine. A DPF (diesel particulate filter) is a device for collecting PM (particulate matter) contained in exhaust gas discharged from a diesel engine. This DPF is generally configured such that ceramic etc. is formed into a honeycomb monolith and adjacent vent holes are closed alternately on the inlet side and outlet side so that the exhaust gas passes through the filtration wall, and PM is removed by this filtration wall. Is done. Some of them carry a catalyst. As PM accumulates in the DPF, clogging will eventually occur and not only will the DPF's ability to collect PM fall, but also the exhaust pressure will increase, which will adversely affect fuel consumption. For this reason, it is necessary to perform forced regeneration to remove the PM accumulated in the DPF every time the PM accumulation amount reaches the prescribed amount or every time the engine operation time elapses.
One of the general methods for forcibly regenerating the DPF is a method using late post injection into the engine cylinder. This is a DOC installed in front of the DPF that injects fuel at a timing unrelated to engine combustion (second half of the piston expansion stroke after completion of combustion) and contains a large amount of unburned fuel in the exhaust gas. By burning the fuel, the exhaust temperature is raised to about 600 ° C. to 700 ° C., and the PM in the DPF is burned. However, a part of late post injection collides with the cylinder wall surface and falls down to the oil pan. Therefore, there is a problem that the fuel dilutes the engine oil and damages the engine.
In order to deal with such a problem,
However, the method disclosed in
In view of the above circumstances, an object of at least one embodiment of the present invention is to provide an engine oil state control device capable of further reducing mixed fuel mixed in engine oil by temperature increase control of engine oil.

The engine oil can be recovered. In addition, by reducing the fuel mixing rate in the engine oil, it is possible to suppress risks such as a decrease in lubricity of the engine oil due to an increase in the fuel mixing rate in the engine oil and ignition due to a decrease in the flash point. .

Be directed to be. As a result, it is possible to prevent the engine from being in an operating state. Therefore, even when the level of the fuel mixture rate into the engine oil is particularly high (the third threshold value or more), the engine oil is diluted with the mixed fuel. Engine damage can be avoided.

(12) In some embodiments, in the configurations of (1) to (11) above,

FIG. 1 is a diagram schematically showing an overall configuration of an
First, the
The
On the other hand, in the
Further, the exhaust gas that has passed through the turbine T in the
The forced
However, when the above-described forced regeneration processing of the
Therefore, the
Hereinafter, the engine oil
The fuel mixing
However, the method of acquiring the fuel mixing rate by the fuel mixing
The fuel mixing
Based on the determination result of the fuel mixing level L determined by the fuel mixing
The oil temperature
In some embodiments, the oil temperature increase control includes output increase control that increases the output of the

In some other embodiments, the oil temperature raising control is a combustion in which the combustion temperature in the
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 2, the oil temperature raising
On the other hand, when configured to transmit a command to increase the EGR rate to the

In the case where the oil temperature raising control controls the engine oil circulation system 6 (cooling device), in some embodiments, the
The oil temperature raising control described above includes control for increasing the flow rate of the engine oil flowing through the
The oil temperature control means may be a heater (not shown), and the engine oil may be heated by the heater. For example, a heater may be installed on the upstream side of the
According to the above configuration, the degree of cooling of the engine oil by the
Further, when the oil temperature raising control controls the cooling water circulation system 9 (cooling device), in some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 4, the

According to the above configuration, the temperature of the engine 1 (the engine main body 11) is increased through the temperature increase of the cooling water by increasing the flow rate of the cooling water that flows by bypassing the

According to the above configuration, the temperature of the cooling water flowing through the cooling
A control flow of the engine oil
In step S1 of FIG. 5, the viscosity of the engine oil is acquired, and in step S2, the fuel mixing rate is calculated from the oil viscosity as described above. In step S3, the fuel mixture level is determined based on the fuel mixture rate acquired in step S2. As a result of the determination in step S3, if it is determined in step S4 that the fuel mixing rate is smaller than the first threshold value V1, the process proceeds to step S5 as a normal level. In this step S5, for example, only predetermined combustion control such as emphasizing suppression of fuel consumption is executed as it is. Conversely, if it is determined in step S4 that the fuel mixing rate is equal to or greater than the first threshold value V1, the process proceeds to step S6.
In step S6, when the fuel mixing rate is equal to or higher than the first threshold value V1 and lower than the second threshold value V2, the process proceeds to step S7 as the first fuel mixing level L1, and the above-described oil temperature increase control is executed. Conversely, if it is determined in step S6 that the fuel mixture level is not the first fuel mixing level L1, the process proceeds to step S8. If it is determined in step S8 that the fuel mixture rate is equal to or higher than the second threshold value V2 and lower than the third threshold value V3, the process proceeds to step S9. In step S9, for example, an output restriction process as described later may be executed. Conversely, if it is determined in step S8 that the fuel mixture level is not the second fuel mixing level L2, the process proceeds to step S10. As a result, in the present embodiment, the process proceeds to step S11 by determining the third fuel mixture level L3 in step S10. In step S11, for example, an activation restriction process as described later may be executed. Note that the control flow is terminated after executing the above-described steps S5, S7, S9, and S11.
The configuration of the engine oil
Next, a case where the fuel mixture rate is determined to be the second fuel mixture level L2 (second threshold V2 ≦ fuel mixture rate <third threshold V3) will be described. In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 2, the engine oil
According to the above configuration, when the fuel mixing rate is equal to or higher than the second threshold V2 and lower than the third threshold V3 (in the case of the second fuel mixing level L2), in addition to the normal control by the predetermined combustion control. By executing the output reduction control, the output of the
Next, a case where the fuel mixture rate is determined to be the third fuel mixture level L3 (third threshold V3 ≦ fuel mixture rate) will be described. In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 2, the engine oil
According to the above configuration, when the fuel mixing rate is equal to or higher than the third threshold value V3, the
