Abstract
【解決手段】一組の刺激電極と筋音センサーが所定間隔を隔てて絶縁シートの背面に臨んで筋の体表面に密着するので、電気刺激位置と筋音を検出する位置が一定で、誘発筋音図MMGの振幅や周波数を電気刺激位置や筋音検出位置に依存せずに定量的に検出できる。

Claims (4)
- 絶縁シートの体表面に対向する側の裏面を測定する筋の体表面上に位置決めして、測定する筋の近傍に電気刺激信号を加え、その筋の近傍の体表面に表れる誘発信号から筋の活動状態を評価する評価システムに用いられる筋状態測定シートであって、
電極間に電気刺激信号が出力される一組の刺激電極と、
電気刺激信号により誘発される前記筋の微細振動を検出する筋音センサーと、
前記一組の刺激電極と前記筋音センサーの検知面を裏面に臨ませる絶縁シートとを備え、
前記一組の刺激電極と筋音センサーの検知面とを相互に所定の間隔を隔てて体表面に密着させたことを特徴とする筋状態測定シート。 - 前記一組の刺激電極は、前記絶縁シートの裏面の前記筋音センサーの検知面を隔てた両側に半円リング状に向き合って露出し、
測定する筋の伸縮方向に直交する側方変位が最大となる体表面に前記筋音センサーの検知面が密着するように、前記絶縁シートの裏面を体表面に密着させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の筋状態測定シート。 - 前記一組の刺激電極間の間隔が、測定する筋の筋線維の長さより短くなるように、一組の刺激電極を絶縁シートの裏面に臨ませたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の筋状態測定シート。
- 前記筋音センサーは、マイクロフォンであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の筋状態測定シート。
