Description

The present invention provides a mounting tool and a mounting auxiliary tool for mounting a hanging hook, an umbrella hanging tool, an indoor drying tool, a shelf board, a bracket for supporting a shelf, etc. on a mounting surface such as a wall surface, and the like. It relates to a mounting device.

As the above-mentioned fixture, the article fixture shown in Patent Document 1 was first developed. In this article mounting tool, an abutting portion capable of abutting in a parallel posture with respect to a surface to be attached is integrally formed at an acute intersection angle at a base end portion of a driving portion that is driven in an inclined posture on the surface to be attached. . The intersection angle between the contact portion and the driving portion is configured to be the same as the setting driving angle of the driving portion that is an acute angle with respect to the mounting surface.
In addition, the contact portion is formed with an insertion hole through which an engagement fixing screw member that is screwed in a direction perpendicular to the surface to be attached is inserted, and an insertion hole of the contact portion is formed at a tip portion of the driving portion. An engagement hole is formed in which the distal end portion of the engagement fixing screw member engages with the inserted engagement fixing screw member screwed into the attachment surface.

When attaching the above-mentioned article attachment tool to the attachment surface, the driving portion is driven into the attachment surface in an inclined posture with the contact portion facing the attachment surface in a parallel posture. As a result, the driving portion has a set driving angle, and the position where the abutting portion comes into contact with the mounted surface in a parallel posture is the maximum driving position of the driving portion.
Next, when the engagement fixing screw member is screwed from the direction perpendicular to the mounting surface in the insertion hole of the abutting portion, the tip end portion of the engagement fixing screw member enters the engagement hole of the driving portion. It enters and engages to prevent the driving portion from coming out.

In the article mounting tool described above, the engagement fixing screw member is screwed into the attachment surface through the insertion hole of the contact portion, so that the contact portion is fixed in a posture along the attachment surface. The driven portion that is continuous with is held in the driven state. Therefore, when the tip of the engagement fixing screw member is engaged with the engagement hole of the driving portion, even if a pulling force in the direction opposite to the screwing direction (attached surface side) acts on the driving portion. The driving portion can be held in the driving state.
Therefore, there is an effect that the article attachment tool can be firmly attached to the attachment surface in a stable posture.

However, in the article mounting tool described above, it is necessary to process an engagement hole at the tip of the driving portion, and a separate fixing screw member for engaging with the engagement hole of the driving portion is prepared. There is a need to. For this reason, an increase in the number of processing and the number of parts tends to cause an increase in cost.
In addition, when attaching the above-described article mounting tool to the mounting surface, a step of driving the driving portion into the mounting surface in an inclined posture with the contact portion facing the mounting surface in a parallel posture; In addition, a process of screwing the engagement fixing screw member from the vertical direction is required, and much labor is required for the mounting.

In view of this situation, the main problem of the present invention is that a reasonable modification of the crossing angle between the driving portion and the abutting portion allows quick and firm attachment to the mounting surface in a stable posture while reducing costs. It is in the point of providing the useful attachment apparatus which combined the attachment auxiliary | assistance which can assist the attachment which can be attached | subjected, and its attachment exactly, and those.

A first characteristic configuration according to the present invention is such that a contact portion that can be contacted in a parallel posture with respect to the mounted surface is at an acute crossing angle at a proximal end portion of the driving portion that is driven into the mounted surface in an inclined posture. A fixture provided,
The intersection angle between the driving portion and the contact portion is configured to be smaller than a setting driving angle of the driving portion that is an acute angle with respect to the attachment surface.

According to the above configuration, in a state where the driving portion is set to the set driving angle, the abutting portion provided at the base end portion of the driving portion at an acute crossing angle is covered with the tip side portion opposite to the base end portion. It is in an inclined posture close to the mounting surface side. The inclination angle of the contact portion corresponds to an angle difference between the intersection angle and the setting driving angle. Therefore, the tip side portion of the abutting portion first comes into contact with the mounting surface as the driving portion is driven. When the driving part is further driven in this state, the contact part comes into contact with the attached surface in parallel while being deformed by deformation on the connecting part side of the driving part and the contact part.
In this mounted state, the mounted portion whose mounting surface is the surface between the driven portion and the abutting portion is strongly strengthened by the elastic restoring force due to the bending deformation on the connecting portion side of the driven portion and the abutting portion. Can be held.
Moreover, unlike the prior art, there is no need to process an engagement hole at the tip of the driving portion or separately prepare an engagement fixing screw member that engages with the engagement hole of the driving portion. Furthermore, the fixture can be attached to the surface to be attached only by driving the driving portion.
Therefore, it is possible to quickly and firmly attach to the surface to be attached in a stable posture while reducing the cost, by rationally modifying the crossing angle between the driving portion and the contact portion as described above.

The second characteristic configuration according to the present invention is that at least a part of the driving portion is provided with a deformed portion having a bending rigidity in the thickness direction larger than that of other portions.

According to the above configuration, the plastic deformation at the time of driving the driving portion onto the mounting surface can be suppressed, and the holding force between the driving portion and the contact portion with respect to the mounting portion having the mounting surface as a surface. Can be increased.

A third characteristic configuration according to the present invention is that the deformed portion is formed in a region extending to at least a part of the abutting portion via a proximal end portion of the driving portion.

According to the above configuration, the deformed part formed in a region extending from a part of the driving part to at least a part of the contact part via the base end part, in particular, the connecting part of the driving part and the contact part. Since the bending rigidity in the plate thickness direction on the side can be increased, the holding force between the driving portion and the contact portion with respect to the mounted portion having the mounted surface as the surface can be further increased.

A fourth characteristic configuration according to the present invention is that the contact portion is provided with an article latching portion.

According to the above-described configuration, the article can be stably and reliably obtained by using a contact part that is firmly attached to the surface to be attached in a stable posture and by simply modifying the contact part for the article. Can be hooked and held.

A fifth characteristic configuration according to the present invention is that a tip side portion of the abutting portion is bent and formed on a side opposite to the side where the driving portion is present.

According to the above configuration, when the mounting portion of the fixture is driven into the mounting surface in a state where the driving portion is set to the set driving angle, the tip side of the abutting portion facing the mounting surface is opposite to the driving portion existing side. The curved bent portion of the tip side portion bent to the side first comes into contact with the mounted surface. When the driving portion is further driven in this contact state, the bent portion of the contact portion slides along the surface to be attached, and the contact portion is bent while being deformed on the connecting portion side of the driving portion and the contact portion. The portion abuts in parallel with the mounted surface. Therefore, it is possible to avoid damage caused by the sliding of the edge of the front end side portion of the contact portion along the attached surface.

According to a sixth characteristic configuration of the present invention, the driving portion is provided on both sides of the base end portion of the abutting portion, and the center portion of the base end portion of the abutting portion has an inclination of the both driving portions. It exists in the point provided with the hit | damage part along a direction.

According to the said structure, the to-be-attached part which makes a to-be-attached surface the surface can be clamped more strongly by a pair of drive-in part and contact part. In addition, since the striking portion for driving both driving portions is provided at the central portion of the base end portion of the contact portion, both driving portions can be driven stably and smoothly.

A seventh characteristic configuration according to the present invention is the mounting aid for a fixture according to any one of the first to sixth characteristic configurations, wherein the driving portion of the mounting tool is inserted at the set driving angle. The driving guide section for guiding is provided.

According to the said structure, the driving | operation guide part of an attachment auxiliary tool can drive the driving | running | working part of a fixture with respect to a to-be-attached surface with a setting driving | operation angle with sufficient precision. Therefore, the contact portion of the fixture comes into contact with the surface to be mounted in an inclined posture corresponding to the angle difference between the intersection angle and the set drive angle as the drive portion is driven. When the driving portion of the fixture is further driven in this state, the abutting portion comes into contact with the surface to be attached in parallel while being deformed at the connecting portion side between the driving portion and the abutting portion.
Therefore, due to the elastic restoring force due to the bending deformation on the connecting portion side between the driving portion and the contact portion of the fixture, the mounted portion whose mounting surface is the surface between the driving portion and the contact portion is always It can be held strongly.

According to an eighth characteristic configuration of the present invention, the driving guide portion is formed on a mounting plate disposed between the abutting portion of the fixture and the mounted surface, and the mounting plate includes the mounting plate. The receiving surface parallel to the to-be-attached surface contact | abutted with the said contact part of a tool exists in the point formed.

According to the above configuration, the mounting plate is applied to a predetermined mounting position on the mounting surface, the driving portion of the mounting tool is inserted into the driving guide portion of the mounting plate, and the driving portion is driven in that state. On the other hand, the driving portion of the fixture can be driven with high accuracy at the set driving angle. In addition, in a state where the contact portion of the fixture is in contact with the receiving surface of the mounting plate in parallel, the fixture can be firmly attached to the surface to be attached via the mounting plate.

A ninth characteristic configuration according to the present invention is that an extension insertion guide portion having an extension insertion guide surface continuous with an inner surface of the insertion guide hole of the driving guide portion is formed to protrude on the mounting plate.

According to the above configuration, when the driving portion of the mounting tool is inserted into the driving guide portion from the extended insertion guide portion of the mounting plate, the driving portion of the mounting tool includes the extended insertion guide surface of the extended insertion guide portion and the driving guide portion. It is slidably guided over the inner surface of the insertion guide hole.
Therefore, the center runout of the mounting portion of the fixture that is slidably guided by the extended insertion guide portion and the driving guide portion is reduced, and the driving portion of the mounting device is driven with high accuracy at the set driving angle with respect to the surface to be mounted. Can do.

According to a tenth characteristic configuration of the present invention, in the state in which the extension insertion guide portion protrudes from the receiving surface, the abutment portion of the fixture is in contact with the receiving surface in parallel. In the point which is the same or substantially the same as the protrusion height from the said receiving surface in the base end part of a part.

According to the above configuration, when the abutting portion abuts the receiving surface in parallel with the driving of the driving portion of the fixture, the protruding height from the receiving surface at the base end portion of the driving portion is the extension insertion guide portion. The height of the protrusion from the receiving surface is the same or substantially the same, and a driving tool such as a hammer for the base end of the driving portion abuts against the extended insertion guide portion to prevent further driving.
Therefore, it is possible to suppress the decrease in the holding force and the occurrence of rattling due to the plastic deformation of the fixture due to excessive driving. Moreover, the above-mentioned rational modification using the extended insertion guide for driving the mounting portion of the fixture with a set driving angle with high accuracy simplifies the control structure for reducing excessive driving and reduces the cost. You can plan.

An eleventh characteristic configuration according to the present invention is a mounting device, and the mounting tool according to any one of the first to sixth characteristic configurations and the mounting assist according to any one of the seventh to tenth characteristic configurations. It is in that it is composed of ingredients.

According to the said structure, there exists an effect described in the above-mentioned 1st characteristic structure, and the effect described in the above-mentioned 5th characteristic structure. In particular, it can be conveniently used at a construction site by combining an attachment tool and an attachment auxiliary tool into a set.

The contact portion 3 that can contact the surface 12 in a parallel posture is provided as a main component, and the base end portion 3b of the contact portion 3 has an acute intersection angle θ1 with respect to the base end portion 2b of the driving portion 2. It is integrally formed with. The intersection angle θ1 between the driving portion 2 and the contact portion 3 is configured to be smaller than the setting driving angle θ2 of the driving portion 2 that is an acute angle with respect to the attachment surface 1a.

Therefore, as shown in FIG. 4, in the state where the driving portion 2 of the fixture A1 is set to the set driving angle θ2, the abutting portion 3 continuing to the driving portion 2 is the tip side opposite to the base end portion 3b thereof. The part 3a is in an inclined posture close to the receiving surface 12 side of the mounting plate 10 (or the mounted surface 1a side when the mounting auxiliary tool A2 is not present). The inclination angle θ3 of the contact portion 3 with respect to the vertical line parallel to the receiving surface 12 (or the attached surface 1a) corresponds to an angle difference between the intersection angle θ1 and the set driving angle θ2. Therefore, as shown in FIGS. 5 (a) and 5 (b), as the driving portion 2 is driven, the tip side portion 3a of the contact portion 3 is first provided with the receiving surface 12 of the mounting plate 10 (the mounting auxiliary tool A2 does not exist). In this case, it comes into contact with the mounted surface 1a). When the driving portion 2 is further driven in this state, the contact portion 3 is bent and deformed on the connecting portion 4 side of the driving portion 2 and the contact portion 3 as shown in FIG. It abuts in parallel with the receiving surface 12 (attached surface 1a when there is no mounting aid A2).
In this attached state, the mounted surface 1a is the surface between the driving portion 2 and the abutting portion 3 by the elastic restoring force due to the bending deformation on the connecting portion 4 side of the driving portion 2 and the abutting portion 3. The attached portion 1 can be strongly held. Thereby, even if the to-be-attached part 1 is an attachment base material with weak mechanical strength like a gypsum board etc., the fixture A1 can be firmly attached in the state which does not generate | occur | produce loosening.

Further, driving guide portions 11 for inserting and guiding the driving portion 2 of the mounting tool A1 at a set driving angle θ2 are provided at two positions on the left and right of the mounting plate 10 of the mounting assisting tool A2.
By the driving guide portion 11 of the mounting plate 10, the driving portion 2 of the fixture A1 can be driven with high accuracy at the set driving angle θ2 with respect to the mounted surface 1a.

As shown in FIG. 1, the article attachment A3 is detachably inserted and held or hung on a circular cover body 20 that covers the front surface of the attachment plate 10 of the attachment auxiliary tool A2 and an umbrella that is an example of an article to be attached. And a circular holding ring 21 for holding and holding. The holding ring 21 is integrally formed with the lower end portion of the cover body 20 so as to protrude forward.
A female fitting for detachably fitting and attaching the article attachment A3 to the attachment plate 10 is provided on the opposite outer peripheral side portions of the cover body 20 of the article attachment A3 and the attachment plate 10 of the attachment auxiliary tool A2. A mating portion 22 and a male fitting portion 23 are provided.
The female fitting portion 22 on the cover body 20 side is configured by an annular fitting groove 22a that is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the fitting mounting portion 20A of the cover body 20 and opens toward the radially inner side. .
The male fitting portion 23 on the mounting plate 10 side includes a plurality of fitting guide pieces 23 a engaged with the opening inner edge 20 a of the cover body 20, and the opening inner edge 20 a of the cover body 20 at a plurality of peripheral portions of the mounting plate 10. A plurality of fitting pieces 23b that are engaged by bending deformation in the fitting groove 22a are integrally formed.

Next, a specific configuration of the fixture A1 will be described in detail.
As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 3, the driving portion 2 of the fixture A1 is configured in a band plate shape in which the tip portion 2a is formed in a sharp V shape, and the contact portion 3 of the fixture A1 is The distal end side portion 3a having an outer peripheral edge having a diameter larger than the width of the base end portion 2b of the driving portion 2 and opposite to the base end portion 2b of the driving portion 2 is straight along the width direction of the driving portion 2 It is comprised by the substantially D-shaped plate shape cut by the shape.
The connecting portion 4 that connects the base end portion 2b of the driving portion 2 and the base end portion 3b of the abutting portion 3 includes a first connecting plate 4A that extends at right angles to the base end portion 2b of the driving portion 2. The second connecting plate 4B extends from the front end of the first connecting plate 4A in a parallel posture along the longitudinal direction of the driving portion 2 toward the front end portion 2a at a right angle.
The base end portion 3b of the contact portion 3 is connected to the distal end portion of the second connecting plate 4B at an inclination angle corresponding to the intersection angle θ1.
Further, the outer side surface 4a of the first connecting plate 4A is configured as a striking surface for a driving tool Ha such as a hammer for driving the driving portion 2 into the mounted surface 1a.

And the driving | running | working part 2, attachment part 4, and contact part 3 of fixture A1 are integrally formed by bending metal plates, such as stainless steel, and plate | board thickness is in areas other than the base end part 2b in driving | running | working part 2. A deformed portion 5 is provided in which the bending rigidity in the direction is larger than that of other portions.
As shown in FIG. 3, the deformed portion 5 has a partial arc shape (partial cylindrical shape) in a cross sectional view along the longitudinal direction of the driving portion 2 with the entire width of the driving portion 2 or a width dimension close thereto. It is configured by punching and forming.
Thereby, the plastic deformation at the time of driving in to the to-be-attached surface 1a of the driving part 2 can be suppressed, and between the driving part 2 with respect to the to-be-attached part 1 which makes the to-be-attached surface 1a the surface, and the contact part 3 Can increase the holding power.

Next, the mounting plate 10 of the mounting aid A2 will be described in detail.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, on both sides in the left-right direction of the mounting plate 10, receiving surfaces 12 that are in contact with the contact portion 3 of the fixture A <b> 1 are formed in parallel or substantially in parallel with the mounted surface 1 a. Yes. Each of the left and right receiving surfaces 12 is formed in a circular recess with a diameter slightly larger than the maximum diameter of the contact portion 3 of the fixture A1.
Parts at a predetermined interval from the top of each receiving surface 12 in the mounting plate 10, that is, a predetermined interval corresponding to the interval between the second connecting plate 4B of the connecting portion 4 and the base end portion 2b of the driving portion 2. The insertion guide hole 13 of the driving guide portion 11 is formed through the portion along the driving direction of the driving portion 2 of the fixture A1.
Each insertion guide hole 13 is formed in a similar arc shape that is slightly larger than the cross-sectional shape of the driving portion 2 of the fixture A1, and as shown in FIG. The intersection angle on the acute angle side is set to the set driving angle θ2.

As shown in FIGS. 1, 2, and 4, the extended insertion guide is provided with an extended insertion guide surface 14 a that is continuous with the inner surface 13 a of each insertion guide hole 13 at the place where the both driving guide portions 11 are formed on the mounting plate 10. The portion 14 is formed to protrude on the upper surface side. The protruding height h1 of the extended insertion guide portion 14 from the receiving surface 12 is the receiving height at the base end portion 2b of the driving portion 2 when the contact portion 3 of the fixture A1 is in contact with the receiving surface 12 in parallel. The protrusion height h2 from the surface 12 is the same or substantially the same.
The upper surface 14b of the extension insertion guide portion 14 is formed on a flat surface that is orthogonal or substantially orthogonal to the inclination direction of the inner surface 13a of the insertion guide hole 13 and the extension insertion guide surface 14a, and a driving restriction surface that abuts the driving tool Ha. It is configured.

4 and FIG. 5A, when the driving portion 2 of the mounting tool A1 is inserted into the driving guide portion 11 from the extended insertion guide portion 14 of the mounting plate 10, the driving portion 2 of the mounting tool A1. Is slidably guided in a straight line across the extended insertion guide surface 14 a of the extended insertion guide portion 14 and the inner surface 13 a of the insertion guide hole 13 of the driving guide portion 11.
Therefore, the center runout of the driving portion 2 of the fixture A1 that is slidably guided by the extended insertion guide portion 14 and the driving guide portion 11 is reduced, and the driving portion 2 of the fixture A1 is set and driven to the mounting surface 1a. It is possible to drive with high accuracy at an angle θ2.

In a state in which the driving portion 2 of the fixture A1 matches the set driving angle θ2, the abutting portion 3 continuing to the driving portion 2 has a distal end side portion 3a opposite to the base end portion 3b on the attachment surface 1a side. It is in an inclined posture close to each other. The inclination angle θ3 of the contact portion 3 corresponds to an angle difference between the intersection angle θ1 and the setting driving angle θ2. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 5 (b), the tip side portion 3 a of the contact portion 3 first comes into contact with the receiving surface 12 of the mounting plate 10 as the drive portion 2 is driven.

Next, when the driving portion 2 is further driven in this tip contact state, as shown in FIG. 5C, the contact portion is deformed while being bent and deformed on the connecting portion 4 side of the driving portion 2 and the contact portion 3. 3 contacts the receiving surface 12 of the mounting plate 10 in parallel. In this parallel contact state, the protruding height h2 from the receiving surface 12 at the base end portion 2b of the driving portion 2 is the same as or substantially the same as the protruding height h1 from the receiving surface 12 of the extended insertion guide portion 14, The tool Ha comes into contact with the upper surface 14b of the extension insertion guide part 14, and further driving of the driving part 2 is prevented.
Therefore, it is possible to suppress the decrease in the holding force and the occurrence of rattling due to the plastic deformation of the fixture A1 due to excessive driving. In addition, the rational modification using the extended insertion guide 14 for driving the driving portion 2 of the fixture A1 at a set driving angle θ2 with high accuracy simplifies the restriction structure for restricting excessive driving and lower costs. Can be achieved.

[Second Embodiment]
6 and 7 show another embodiment of the fixture A1, and a hook-shaped article latching portion 6 is provided at the distal end portion 3a of the abutting portion 3. FIG.
In the present embodiment, the driving portion 2, the connecting portion 4, the contact portion 3, and the article latching portion 6 constituting the fixture A1 are integrally formed by bending a metal plate such as stainless steel.
In addition, in a region extending from the distal end side portion 3a of the contact portion 3 to the entire length of the article latching portion 6, a deformed portion 7 having bending rigidity in the plate thickness direction larger than other portions is provided. .
As shown in FIG. 6, the deformed portion 7 is formed by punching out with the entire width of the article latching portion 6 or a width dimension close thereto and projecting in a partial arc shape in a cross-sectional view. Has been.

In the second embodiment, as shown in FIG. 7A, the driving portion 2 of the fixture A1 is driven in a state that matches the set driving angle θ2. Whether or not the driving portion 2 of the mounting tool A1 is substantially at the set driving angle θ2 corresponds to the angle difference between the intersecting angle θ1 and the setting driving angle θ2 in the inclination angle θ3 of the contact portion 3 with respect to the mounting surface 1a. It can be easily confirmed whether or not it is at an inclination angle. For this reason, as shown in FIG. 7A, the tip side portion 3a of the abutting portion 3 first comes into contact with the attachment surface 1a as the driving portion 2 is driven. When the driving portion 2 is further driven in this tip contact state, the contact portion 3 is covered while being bent and deformed on the connecting portion 4 side of the driving portion 2 and the contact portion 3 as shown in FIG. Abuts parallel to the mounting surface 1a.
In this parallel contact state, the surface 1a to be mounted is placed between the drive portion 2 and the contact portion 3 by the elastic restoring force due to the bending deformation on the side of the connecting portion 4 between the drive portion 2 and the contact portion 3. The to-be-attached part 1 to be able to be held strongly.
In addition, since the other structure is the same as the structure demonstrated in 1st Embodiment, the same number is attached to the same structure location as 1st Embodiment, and the description is abbreviate | omitted.

[Third Embodiment]
FIG. 8 shows another embodiment of the fixture A1. In the region extending over the driving portion 2, the connecting portion 4, and a part of the contact portion 3 of the fixture A1, the bending rigidity in the plate thickness direction is different from that of the fixture A1. A deformed portion 5 that is larger than the portion is provided.
The deformed portion 5 has a first deformed portion 5a formed in a partial arc shape in a cross-sectional view along the longitudinal direction of the driven portion 2 in the entire width of the driven portion 2 or a width dimension close thereto, A state in which the second deformed portion 5b is formed so as to be formed in a partially arcuate shape in a cross-sectional view along the longitudinal direction of the connecting portion 4 in a state continuous with the first deformed portion 5a, and a state continuous with the second deformed portion 5b. And a third deformed portion 5c formed by punching in a partial arc shape in a cross-sectional view along the base end portion 3b of the contact portion 3.

Thereby, the plastic deformation of the fixture A1 when the driving part 2 is driven into the mounted surface 1a can be suppressed, and the holding force between the driving part 2 and the contact part 3 with respect to the mounted part 1 can be reduced. It can be further enhanced.
In addition, since the other structure is the same as the structure demonstrated in 1st Embodiment, the same number is attached to the same structure location as 1st Embodiment, and the description is abbreviate | omitted.

[Fourth Embodiment]
FIG. 9 shows another embodiment of the mounting aid A2, and the lower part of each receiving surface 12 of the mounting plate 10 is recessed by one step from the receiving surface 12 in a state crossing the outline of the receiving surface 12. A recess 15 for removal is formed. A removal tool such as a flathead screwdriver is inserted between the bottom surface of the recess 15 and the contact portion 3 of the fixture A1 that is in contact with the receiving surface 12, and the contact portion 3 of the fixture A1 is attached to the mounting plate 10. Is separated from the receiving surface 12.
In addition, since the other structure is the same as the structure demonstrated in 1st Embodiment, the same number is attached to the same structure location as 1st Embodiment, and the description is abbreviate | omitted.

[Fifth Embodiment]
10 to 12 show another embodiment of the fixture A1, and a metal attached to the back surface of the shelf 40 as an example of the article latching portion 6 at a portion near the tip of the both side 3c of the contact portion 3. A pair of locking pieces 6 </ b> A that can be freely engaged and disengaged with respect to the made receiving seat 30 is formed so as to project at a right angle on the side opposite to the side where the driving portion 2 exists. In the present embodiment, the driving portion 2, the connecting portion 4, the contact portion 3, and the pair of locking pieces 6A constituting the fixture A1 are integrally formed by bending a metal plate such as stainless steel.

Further, the distal end side portion 3 a of the contact portion 3 is bent and formed in a substantially “<” shape on the side opposite to the existence side of the driving portion 2. As a result, when the driving portion 2 of the fixture A1 is driven into the mounted surface 1a in a state where it is set to the set driving angle θ2 (see FIGS. 4, 5 (a), (b)), it faces the mounted surface 1a. The curved bent portion 3d of the tip side portion 3a that is bent and formed on the side opposite to the side where the driving portion 2 exists is first brought into contact with the mounting surface 1a. When the driving portion 2 is further driven in this contact state, the bent portion 3d of the contact portion 3 slides along the mounted surface 1a, and the connecting portion 4 side of the driving portion 2 and the contact portion 3 side. The abutting portion 3 abuts in parallel with the attached surface 1a while being bent and deformed.
As described above, since the curved surface of the bent portion 3d of the contact portion 3 slides along the mounted surface 1a as the drive portion 2 is driven, for example, the edge of the tip side portion 3a of the contact portion 3 is Damage caused by sliding along the mounted surface 1a can be avoided.

Further, in the fixture A1, in the region from the tip 2a of the driving portion 2 to the bent portion 3d of the contact portion 3 via the connecting portion 4, the bending rigidity in the plate thickness direction is other than that.
In the range up to the bending portion 3d of the abutting portion 3, it is constituted by a third deformed portion 5c formed by being punched and formed in a partial arc shape in a cross sectional view.

On the other side of the upper and lower sides of the central plate portion 31, a second mounting plate portion 36 is formed that contacts the back surface of the shelf plate 42 of the shelf 40 and regulates the mounting position in the front-rear direction. The second mounting plate portion 36 is formed with a second mounting hole 37 for fixing to the back surface of the shelf plate 42 with screws 33. On the outer surface side of the second mounting plate portion 36 in the second mounting hole 37, a concave portion 37a into which the head of the screw 33 enters in a flush state is formed in communication.

The connecting portion 38 between the second mounting plate portion 36 and the central plate portion 31 is composed of the second mounting plate portion 36 and the contact surface 3e of the contact portion 3 of the fixture A1 attached to the mounted surface 1a. It is bent in the front-rear direction so as to be flush with each other. The upper surface of the connecting portion 38 is set at the same height as the upper surfaces of the pair of restricting plate pieces 35 and has a function of contacting the upper or lower surface of the side plate 41 to restrict the mounting position in the vertical direction.
