該カートリッジは、その内部に長手方向両端を連通する進退孔を穿設するカートリッジ筒と、前記進退孔内において進退自在に保持され、一方に棒状化粧料を保持する保持部を形成し、他方の外周面に雄ネジ部を突設する芯チャックと、前記進退孔内に、進退不能であって、且つカートリッジ筒に対して回転可能となるように保持され、その内周面に雌ネジ部を螺設するとともに他方に連結部を形成するネジ筒とからなり、

該中間筒は、その内部において、一方にカートリッジを、他方に塗布体の径大部及び容器を固持する長手方向両端を連通する中空の筒状空間を形成し、

該塗布容器は、塗布体軸の一方に塗布部を、他方に連結部を有する径大部を形成する塗布体と、該中間筒内に着脱自在に固持され、その内部に塗布部とともに、液状或いは粉状化粧料を収容する容器とからなるものであって、

該カートリッジ筒と中間筒とは、一方が他方に対して回転可能となるように一体とし、

該ネジ筒の内周面に螺設される雌ネジ部と、芯チャックの外周面に突設される雄ネジ部とを螺合し、

該ネジ筒の連結部と塗布体の径大部の連結部とを嵌合させて一体にするものとした上で、

中間筒の回転によって、ネジ筒の連結部と塗布体の径大部の連結部との嵌合を介してカートリッジ筒の進退孔内に保持されるネジ筒を回転させて芯チャックを進退自在とさせる進退機構、及び前記進退孔に対して芯チャックが回転不能とさせる回り止め機構を内装することを特徴とする化粧料容器。
