Description

The present invention relates to a joinery.

In a joinery that includes a frame with fixed shojis that are fitted with heels on the four sides of the face material, the fixed sashes are attached to the frame by screwing screws between the heels and the corresponding frames. Usually, in this type of joinery, a vertical frame is provided between the upper frame and the lower frame along the vertical direction, and for the vertical hoist to be summoned, screws are screwed between the vertical frame and the vertical frame. (For example, refer to Patent Document 1).

By the way, in the joinery as described above, if the vertical frame is omitted, a good field of view can be secured inside the frame. However, if the vertical frame is omitted, it is necessary to continue the water-stopping material that stops water between the movable shoji after attaching the fixed shoji to the frame, and work to ensure water-stopping However, it is not always easy. In other words, the water stop material that stops water between the lower arm of the movable shoji is provided on the lower frame, and the water stop material that stops water between the lower arm of the movable shoji is on the vertical arm of the fixed shoji. Since it is provided, the two water-stopping materials cannot be continued unless the fixed shoji is attached to the frame. Specifically, it is necessary to perform an operation of attaching the fixed shoji in a state where the first water stop material is attached to the lower frame. However, due to factors such as the dimensional error of the first water-stopping material and the installation error of the fixed shoji, the fixed shoji rides on the end of the first water-stopping material, There is a risk that a gap will be generated between the two, and the work for ensuring water-stopping becomes complicated.

In view of the above circumstances, an object of the present invention is to provide a joinery that can ensure water-stopping without requiring complicated work and can secure a good field of view inside a frame.

In order to achieve the above object, a joinery according to the present invention is configured by disposing a fixed shoddle and a movable shoji with an upper arm, a lower arm, and left and right vertical rods around the four sides of the face material, respectively, inside the frame. A reference member disposed in a portion corresponding to a vertical saddle that is a summon of the fixed shoji in the lower frame of the frame, and a lower arm of the movable shoji when closed in the lower frame A second water-sealing material that is interposed between the first water-stopping material, the end of which is in close contact with the reference member, and the lower frame in the lower arm of the fixed shoji, and the end of which is in close contact with the reference member A water stop material is provided.

According to this invention, the first water stop material can be positioned with respect to the reference member provided on the lower frame before the fixed shoji is attached, and then the second water stop material is used as the reference member when the fixed shoji is attached. The first water-stop material and the second water-stop material can be made continuous through the reference member, ensuring water-stop without requiring complicated work, and the frame body. It is possible to secure a good view inside.

According to the present invention, in the joinery described above, the reference member is provided with a partition plate portion protruding upward so as to extend along the prospective direction from the upper surface of the lower frame. The first water stop material is in intimate contact with one surface, and a contact portion water stop material in contact with the second water stop material is provided on the other surface of the partition plate portion. .

According to this invention, the first water-stop material and the second water-stop material are in a continuous state by the partition plate portion and the contact-portion water-stop material, and the water-stop performance between the lower frame and the fixed and movable doors is reduced. Further, according to the present invention, in the above-mentioned joinery, the vertical fence which is the summon of the fixed shoji is along the finding direction extending vertically at the lower end corresponding to one edge of the second waterstop material. The reference member is provided with a reference abutting surface facing the rising surface on the other surface of the partition plate portion, and the second waterstop material is provided on the reference abutting surface. The abutting portion water stop material is disposed so as to abut on the surface.

According to the present invention, if the rising surface of the vertical shaft is in contact with the water-stop material of the contact portion, even when the position of the fixed shoji is displaced along the longitudinal direction of the lower frame with respect to the reference member, A 2nd water stop material continues with a 1st water stop material via a contact part water stop material and a partition plate part, and can ensure water stop.

Further, according to the present invention, in the above-mentioned joinery, the vertical fence that serves as a summon for the fixed shoji has an inner bottom surface extending along the prospective direction from the rising surface, and the reference member includes The lower support surface which opposes is provided, The said contact part water stop material is arrange | positioned continuously from the said reference contact surface to the site | part ranging from the said lower support surface, It is characterized by the above-mentioned.

According to this invention, since the contact portion water-stopping material is in contact with the entire length of the rising surface and the inner bottom surface provided on the vertical shaft, there is no possibility of water leakage from the joint portion between the vertical shaft and the reference member.

In the joinery described above, the present invention is characterized in that a reference water blocking material is provided between the lower surface of the reference member and the lower frame.

According to this invention, there is no possibility of water leakage from between the lower frame and the lower surface of the reference member.

According to the present invention, in the joinery described above, the lower frame is provided with a step portion having a height lower than a placement surface on which the lower arm of the fixed shoji is placed, and the step portion includes the first step. A water-stop material is provided.

According to this invention, there is no possibility that the water staying in the gap between the first water stop material and the lower frame leaks out to the mounting surface of the lower frame.

According to the present invention, in the joinery described above, the reference member is provided with a connecting member that is movable along the longitudinal direction of the lower frame and restricted in movement in the vertical direction. Is connected to the fixed shoji.

According to this invention, the lower frame and the fixed shoji are connected via the connecting member, and the lower arm of the fixed shoji floats from the lower frame even when an impact is applied to the frame. There is no risk of incurring a situation.

Further, in the joinery described above, the partition plate portion of the reference member has a housing space inside, and has a window hole in a portion facing the vertical fence serving as the summon of the fixed shoji. The connecting member is slidably disposed along the length of the lower frame, and extends upward from the slide portion, and is movably disposed in the accommodation space of the partition plate portion. The connecting member is connected to the fixed shoji through the connecting portion and the connecting portion abuts the fixed shoji through the window hole of the partition plate portion. Features.

According to this invention, even if the position of the fixed shoji is slightly deviated from the reference member, the fixed shoji and the connecting member can be reliably brought into contact with each other by appropriately sliding the connecting member.

In the joinery described above, the connecting portion may be configured such that a portion of the connecting portion that comes into contact with the vertical shaft serving as the summon extends along the vertical direction, and an upper end portion thereof faces upward toward the partition plate portion. It is characterized in that it is inclined gradually toward the approaching direction.

According to the present invention, even if the fixed shoji is arranged on the frame body with the connecting portion protruding to the outside from the window hole, the connecting portion is retracted by contacting the inclined portion of the downspout. There is no risk of damage to the parts.

According to the present invention, the first water stop material can be positioned with respect to the reference member provided on the lower frame before the fixed shoji is attached, and then the second water stop material is used when the fixed shoji is attached. If it positions with respect to it, it will become possible to continue a 1st water stop material and a 2nd water stop material via a reference member, and this will ensure water stop without requiring a complicated operation, and a frame body It is possible to secure a good field of view within the interior.

(About the mounting structure of the fixed shoji 30 to the frame 10)
In the joinery configured as described above, as shown in FIG. 12A, if the upper arm 32 of the fixed shoji 30 is placed closer to the upper frame 13 of the frame body 10, The head portion 38 b of the support pin 38 provided on the collar 32 can be inserted into the first cutout portion 53 a through the insertion hole 53 of the support member 50. From this state, as shown in FIG. 12 (b), the fixed shoji 30 is moved downward with respect to the frame body 10, and the projecting fin portion 33 f of the lower collar 33 is located on the surface of the first hanging extension portion 142. When the lower rod 33 is placed on the first horizontal extending portion 141 of the lower frame 14 while abutting, the hook portion 63 of the engagement piece member 60 is engaged with the engagement piece 33g of the lower flange 33 and fixed. The upward movement of the shoji 30 and the movement toward the dressing room are prevented. In this state, as shown in FIGS. 14 and 15, when the bead member 80 is attached to the groove fin portion 147 of the lower frame 14, the projecting fin portion 33 f of the lower collar 33 is connected to the first hanging extension portion 142 and the bead. It is sandwiched between the member 80. During this time, the support pin 38 inserted through the insertion hole 53 moves to the second cutout portion 53b as the fixed shoji 30 moves downward, and the head portion 38b contacts the surface 523a of the third plate portion 523. It becomes a state.

In the above-described state, the head 38 b of the support pin 38 abuts on the surface 523 a of the support member 50, so that the upper arm 32 of the fixed shoji 30 moves away from the support member 50, that is, the bathroom of the upper arm 32. Movement to the side is prevented. Further, when the head 38b of the support pin 38 contacts the second plate portion 522 of the support member 50, the upper collar 32 is moved to the dressing room side by the tilting action of the second plate portion 522. 34 comes into contact with the positioning square tube portion 11d of the left vertical frame 11, and the right vertical rod 35 comes into contact with the contact block portion 42 of the hook member 40, so that the fixed shoji 30 moves toward the dressing room. Be blocked. Furthermore, since the projecting fin portion 33f of the lower rod 33 is sandwiched between the first hanging extension portion 142 and the bead member 80, movement of the lower rod 33 along the expected direction with respect to the lower frame 14 is also prevented. It becomes a state. Furthermore, the engagement fin portion 34d provided on the left vertical rod 34 of the fixed shoji 30 is sandwiched between the prospective plate 11b of the left vertical frame 11 and the engagement reception fin portion 11e. The vertical hook 34 is prevented from moving in the separation direction.

Thus, according to the above-mentioned joinery, it is not necessary to provide a separate vertical frame when attaching the fixed shoji 30 to the frame body 10, and naturally screws are screwed between the vertical frame and the right vertical rod 35. There is no need. Therefore, it is possible to set the finding size of the right vertical gutter 35 small and to secure a large field of view through the frame body 10. In addition, after the fixed shoji 30 is arranged above the frame 10, the support pin 38 can be engaged with the support member 50 by moving the fixed shoji 30 downward, and the engaging piece member 60. Can be engaged with the engaging piece 33g, and the attaching operation of the fixed shoji 30 to the frame 10 can be facilitated.

Furthermore, in this fixed shoji 30, as described above, the expected size of the upper heel 32 is configured to be smaller than that of the vertical ledges 34 and 35, and the finding surface on the bathroom side is the vertical ridges 34 and 35 and the lower heel 33. It is attached between the left and right vertical rods 34 and 35 so that it is almost the same prospective position as the above-mentioned finding surface. Therefore, in the state where the fixed shoji 30 is attached to the frame body 10, as shown in FIG. 4, the first finding fin portion 131 of the upper frame 13, the lower finding wall portion 322, the inclined wall portion 323 of the upper collar 32, A gap is secured between the upper finding wall portion 324 and communicates with the gap between the first horizontal fin portion 132 and the upper wall portion 325 that are configured when the stationary shoji 30 is moved downward. Thus, a ventilation passage AC that communicates between the bathroom and the dressing room is configured.

Accordingly, even when the frame opening 10A is closed by the movable shoji 20 described later, it is possible to ventilate between the bathroom and the dressing room through the vent passage AC. In addition, the vertical rods 34 and 35 of the fixed shoji 30 are each provided with a water shielding fin portion 37a at the upper end portion thereof, and the ventilation control valve 16 is disposed at a corresponding portion between the vertical rods 34 and 35. It is. Accordingly, even if water is splashed on the upper part of the fitting from the bathroom side, the ventilation control valve 16 and the water shielding fin portion 37a prevent entry into the dressing room side, and water leakage may occur through the ventilation passage AC. It is not.

(About the mounting structure of the movable shoji 20 to the frame 10)
On the other hand, in this fitting, as shown in FIG. 3, the movable shoji 20 is placed on the track 148 of the lower frame 14 via the track guide 27 provided on the lower surface of the movable shoji 20, and the upper arm 22 of the movable shoji 20. By connecting the slide member 90 to the movable body 20, the movable body 20 is disposed in a portion of the frame 10 that is closer to the bathroom than the stationary body 30. The slide member 90 is disposed between the guide fin portion 134 and the sub guide fin portion 135 of the upper frame 13 so as to be movable in the longitudinal direction, and includes a connecting rod 91 that hangs down through a guide groove 138. Yes. Therefore, the movable shoji 20 attached as described above can be moved along the extending direction of the track 148, and the frame opening 10A of the frame 10 can be opened and closed.

(About waterproofing of joinery)
In the joinery in which the fixed shoji 30 is attached to the frame body 10 without using a vertical frame as described above, the first water stop material 15 is continuously applied to the lower frame 14 from the upper frame 13 and the right vertical frame 12. Although it can be provided, the first water blocking material 15 cannot be provided continuously between the right shovel 35 of the fixed shoji 30. For this reason, with respect to the right vertical gutter 35, after the fixed shoji 30 is attached to the frame body 10, the vertical gutter water-proofing material 36 separately provided on the right vertical gutter 35 is attached to the first frame of the lower frame 14. It is necessary to ensure water stoppage by continuing to the water material 15. Accordingly, in this joinery, the reference member 100 is disposed in advance in the lower frame 14, and the first water-stopping material 15 and the vertical water-stopping water-proofing material 36 are made continuous via the reference member 100, thereby preventing water-stopping. The work for securing is made easy.

As shown in FIGS. 17 to 20, the reference member 100 is mounted on the first horizontal extending portion 141 of the lower frame 14, and the end located on the bathroom side in the mounting substrate portion 101. Auxiliary support portion 102 provided on the substrate, an auxiliary partition plate portion 103 provided on the edge portion located on the dressing chamber side of the placement substrate portion 101, and an edge portion located on the right vertical frame 12 side in the placement substrate portion 101. A partition plate portion 104 provided on the upper surface of the mounting substrate portion 101, a water stop cover portion 106 projecting toward a portion of the partition plate portion 104 facing the right vertical frame 12, and These are integrally formed of resin.

The mounting substrate unit 101 has a flat bottom surface and is attached to the top surface of the first horizontal extending portion 141 in the lower frame 14 via a planar reference water-stopping material 110. In the first embodiment, screws 111 are screwed onto the lower frame 14 via the mounting substrate unit 101. An introduction groove 107 is provided in the mounting substrate unit 101. The introduction groove 107 is a recess formed in a portion corresponding to the mounting groove 33d provided in the lower collar 33 of the fixed shoji 30 and has substantially the same width as the mounting groove 33d. As is apparent from the figure, the introduction groove 107 has substantially the same cross section as the mounting groove 33d of the lower collar 33 at the portion facing the left vertical frame 11, but as it approaches the right vertical frame 12, It is gradually inclined upward.

The auxiliary support portion 102 protrudes downward from the mounting substrate portion 101 and is configured to contact the first hanging extension portion 142 and the second horizontal extension portion 143 of the lower frame 14. That is, as shown in FIG. 16, the groove fin portion 147 is partially cut off at the portion to which the reference member 100 is attached, and the auxiliary support portion 102 that protrudes downward is provided with the first hanging extension portion 142 and the second extension portion 142. It can be brought into contact with the horizontally extending portion 143. As shown in FIGS. 17 to 20, the above-mentioned reference water blocking material 110 is continuously interposed from the lower surface of the mounting substrate portion 101 to between the first hanging extension portion 142 and the auxiliary support portion 102. Yes. The finding surface facing the bathroom of the auxiliary support portion 102 is closer to the undressing room side than the finding surface facing the undressing room of the movable shoji 20 and does not interfere with the movable shoji 20. An auxiliary water-stopping material 112 is mounted on the finding surface of the auxiliary support portion 102 via a mounting groove 102a. The auxiliary water-stopping material 112 performs water-stopping between each other by abutting against the finding surface facing the undressing room of the summoning tub 24 of the movable shoji 20, and the tip portion thereof is closer to the bathroom than the partition plate portion 104. It is configured to protrude.

The auxiliary partition plate portion 103 and the partition plate portion 104 are flat plate portions extending substantially vertically upward from the edge portion of the placement substrate portion 101, and are located on the dressing chamber side of the placement substrate portion 101. It is provided continuously from the edge to the edge located on the right vertical frame 12 side. The auxiliary partition plate portion 103 faces the finding surface facing the dressing room in the right vertical gutter 35 of the fixed shoji 30, and the partition plate portion 104 faces the prospective surface facing the right vertical frame 12 in the right vertical gutter 35. It is.

The abutment base part 105 has a trapezoidal shape protruding upward from the mounting substrate part 101, and has a lower support surface 105a and a reference contact surface 105b. The lower support surface 105a extends substantially horizontally from the portion of the auxiliary partition plate portion 103 that is close to the partition plate portion 104 toward the bathroom. The reference contact surface 105b extends substantially vertically downward from the extending end portion of the lower support surface 105a, and is located at a site closer to the dressing room side than the introduction groove 107. The lower support surface 105 a and the reference contact surface 105 b are provided such that one side edge thereof is continuous with the partition plate portion 104. A contact portion water stop material 113 is provided on the lower support surface 105a and the reference contact surface 105b. The abutting portion water stop material 113 is formed in a thick plate shape by a material rich in elasticity. As is apparent from the figure, the abutment water stop material 113 is configured such that the surface of the portion disposed on the reference abutment surface 105 b reaches the formation position of the introduction groove 107.

The water stop cover portion 106 protrudes upward from a portion corresponding to the first horizontal extension portion 141 of the lower frame 14, then curves toward the bathroom side, and further extends so as to be substantially horizontal toward the bathroom side. It is configured so as to cover the upper part of the groove fin portion 147. The water stop cover portion 106 accommodates an end portion of the first water stop material 15 mounted in the mounting groove 147a of the groove fin portion 147, and a water stop fin portion 15a protruding upward in the first water stop material 15. It is in pressure contact with the inner surface. Since the operation of pressing the end portion of the first water stop material 15 against the reference member 100 is all attached to the lower frame 14, it can be performed without requiring a complicated operation.

On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 22 and 23, the fixed shoji 30 attached to the frame body 10 via the reference member 100 has a rising surface 351 and an inner bottom surface on the prospective surface facing the right vertical frame 12 in the right vertical rod 35. 352 is provided. The rising surface 351 and the inner bottom surface 352 are configured by providing a notch 350 at a site that is closer to the dressing room than the second water blocking material 120.

The second water stop material 120 is formed in a thick plate shape by a material rich in elasticity, like the abutting water stop material 113 provided on the reference member 100, and the right vertical hook is formed from the mounting groove 33 d of the lower rod 33. It is arranged so as to protrude downward at a portion extending over the lower surface of 35. Although not clearly shown in the figure, the second water blocking material 120 is continuously disposed along the mounting groove 33d of the lower rod 33 until reaching the left vertical rod 34. The other end of the second water blocking material 120 is bent upward and attached to the prospective surface of the left vertical rod 34.

The rising surface 351 extends upward along the edge located on the dressing room side of the second water blocking material 120 from the lower end of the right vertical gutter 35. The dimension along the vertical direction of the rising surface 351 is set to be longer than the reference contact surface 105 b of the contact platform 105 and smaller than the partition plate 104. The inner bottom surface 352 extends substantially horizontally from the upper end portion of the rising surface 351 toward the dressing room side. Reference numeral 353 in the drawing is a relief notch formed at the lower end portion of the right vertical rod 35 in order to avoid interference with the screw 111 screwed into the reference member 100.

When the fixed shoji 30 in which the notch 350 is formed in the right vertical rod 35 as described above is placed on the lower frame 14 provided with the reference member 100, the second water-stopping material 120 is attached to the lower rod 33 and the lower frame 14. It becomes the state compressed between, and can stop water between each other. In addition, the portion of the second waterstop material 120 disposed on the lower surface of the right vertical rod 35 is pressed into contact with the introduction groove 107 of the reference member 100, and the tip portion thereof is in contact with the reference member 100. The surface of the contact portion water stop material 113 provided on the base portion 105 is pressed against the surface. The lower end portion of the vertical waterstop 36 provided on the right vertical rod 35 of the fixed shoji 30 is brought into contact with the upper end of the auxiliary waterstop 112 provided on the reference member 100.

In the joinery in which the fixed shoji 30 is attached to the frame 10 as described above, when the frame opening 10A is closed by the movable shoji 20, the lower arm 23 and the summon basket 24 of the movable shoji 20 are The first water-stopping material 15 of the lower frame 14, the auxiliary water-stopping material 112 of the reference member 100, and the vertical water-stopping water material 36 of the right vertical rod 35 are in contact with each other, and water is stopped between them. As described above, the end portion of the first water blocking material 15 attached to the groove fin portion 147 of the lower frame 14 is in a state of being in pressure contact with the partition plate portion 104 and the water blocking cover portion 106. The second water stop material 120 attached to the fixed shoji 30 is in a state of being pressed from the upper surface of the lower frame 14 to the partition plate portion 104 of the reference member 100 via the contact portion water stop material 113.

Accordingly, since the first water-stopping material 15 and the second water-stopping material 120 are continuous via the reference member 100, for example, water on the bathroom side is undressed from the gap between the vertical water-stopping water-proofing material 36 and the auxiliary water-proofing material 112. Even if it enters the room side, the water is stopped by the second water stop material 120 and the contact portion water stop material 113, and there is no possibility that the water reaches the dressing room. In addition, by providing the reference member 100, the fixed shoji 30 and the first water stop material 15 disposed on the frame body 10 are separated from each other. Therefore, when the fixed shoji 30 is attached to the frame body 10, A situation in which the fixed shoji 30 rides on the end of the water stop material 15 does not occur.

Furthermore, between the reference member 100 and the right vertical rod 35, the contact platform 105 is in pressure contact with the rising surface 351 and the inner bottom surface 352 through the contact stop water material 113. Therefore, even when the installation position of the fixed shoji 30 shifts with respect to the reference member 100, the contact state with the right vertical gutter 35 is maintained as long as it is within the range of the contact portion water stop material 113. Thus, water stoppage can be ensured without requiring a complicated positioning operation.

In addition, in Embodiment 1 mentioned above, although the bathroom sliding door provided in the entrance / exit between a bathroom and a dressing room is illustrated, it does not necessarily restrict to what is provided between a bathroom and a dressing room. Moreover, the opening / closing direction of the movable shoji does not need to be a slide, and may be one that opens and closes via a hinge like a door, for example. Further, the reference member 100 is provided with an abutment base portion 105, and a notch 350 is formed in the right vertical rod 35 so that they are brought into contact with each other via a contact portion water stop material 113. The cradle part 105 is not necessarily provided. In addition, although the reference water-stopping material 110 is interposed between the reference member 100 and the lower frame 14, for example, if the reference member itself is formed of a member having water-stopping properties such as rubber, the reference water-stopping material is not necessarily used. There is no need to provide materials.

Moreover, in Embodiment 1 mentioned above, since the auxiliary water-stop material 112 is provided on the reference member 100 on the finding surface of the auxiliary support portion 102 via the mounting groove 102a, water can enter the dressing room side. Although it can suppress more reliably, you may apply the reference | standard member 100 'which abbreviate | omitted the mounting groove 102a and the auxiliary water stop material 112 like the modification shown in FIG. That is, even when the reference member 100 ′ in which the lower end portion of the vertical waterstop 36 provided on the right vertical rod 35 of the fixed shoji 30 is simply brought into contact with the upper end of the auxiliary support portion 102 is applied, Water is stopped by the water stop material 15, the second water stop material 120 and the contact portion water stop material 113, and there is no possibility that the water on the bathroom side reaches the dressing room. In addition, in this modification, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected about the structure similar to Embodiment 1, and each detailed description is abbreviate | omitted.

<Embodiment 2>

The engagement piece 33g2 on the dressing room side is configured by bending the lower end edge of the finding wall 331 located on the dressing room side in the lower heel 33 toward the bathroom and then bending downward. . The two engaging pieces 33g1 and 33g2 are configured such that the heights of the upper surfaces are substantially the same.

Further, an upper screw hole 33h1 and a lower screw hole 33h2 are provided over the entire length in the longitudinal direction inside and below the hollow portion of the lower rod 33, respectively. These screw holes 33h1 and 33h2 are for screwing screws 332 used to connect the right vertical rod 35 of the fixed shoji 30. In the state where the fixed shoji 30 is assembled, the screw 332 is screwed only into the lower screw hole 33h2 via the right vertical rod 35.

The engaging piece member 160 constitutes a lower engaging means together with the engaging pieces 33g1 and 33g2 of the fixed shoji 30 described above, and the lower arm of the fixed shoji 30 on the upper surface of the first horizontal extending portion 141 in the lower frame 14. 33 is provided at a position covered by 33. In the second embodiment, it is formed by a thin plate member having elasticity such as metal or the like, and an upper bent portion 162 and a hook portion 163 are respectively formed on both side edges of the engagement substrate portion 161 having a rectangular flat plate shape. In addition, an engagement piece member 160 in which the guide inclined portion 164 is integrally formed is illustrated. The partition plate portion 204 faces the prospective surface facing the right vertical frame 12 in the right vertical rod 35. As is clear from the figure, in the second embodiment, the partition plate portion 204 is configured to be hollow. In other words, the partition plate portion 204 includes an outer wall portion 204b and an inner wall portion 204c that are arranged side by side while securing the accommodation space 204a therebetween. The accommodation space 204a between the outer wall portion 204b and the inner wall portion 204c communicates with the hollow portion of the slide guide portion 210.

The abutment base part 205 protrudes toward the left vertical frame 11 from a portion of the inner wall part 204c that is biased toward the dressing room, and is configured as a table having a lower support surface 205a and a reference contact surface 205b. is there. The lower support surface 205 a is a flat surface extending substantially horizontally from the auxiliary partition plate portion 203 toward the bathroom, and is provided at a position lower than the upper ends of the auxiliary partition plate portion 203 and the partition plate portion 204. The reference contact surface 205b is a flat surface that extends substantially vertically downward from the bathroom side edge on the lower support surface 205a, and is located at a position closer to the dressing room side than the introduction groove 207. A contact portion water stop material 213 is provided on the lower support surface 205a and the reference contact surface 205b. The abutting portion water stop material 213 is formed in a thick plate shape with a material rich in elasticity. As is apparent from the figure, the abutting portion water blocking material 213 is configured such that the surface of the portion disposed on the reference abutting surface 205 b reaches the formation position of the introduction groove 207.

The water stop cover portion 206 protrudes toward a portion facing the right vertical frame 12 in the partition plate portion 204. The water stop cover portion 206 protrudes upward from a portion corresponding to the first horizontal extending portion 141 of the lower frame 14, then curves toward the bathroom side, and further becomes substantially horizontal toward the bathroom side. It extends and covers the upper part of the groove fin portion 147. The water stop cover portion 206 accommodates the end portion of the first water stop material 15 attached to the attachment groove 147 a of the groove fin portion 147. The first water blocking member 15 accommodated in the water blocking cover portion 206 is in a state where the water blocking fin portion 15 a protruding upward is pressed against the inner surface of the water blocking cover portion 206. Since the operation of pressing the end portion of the first water blocking material 15 against the reference member 200 is all attached to the lower frame 14, it can be performed without requiring a complicated operation.

In the reference member 200 described above, a connecting member 250 is disposed in the hollow portions of the partition plate portion 204 and the slide guide portion 210. The connecting member 250 includes a slide portion 251 disposed in a hollow portion of the slide guide portion 210, and a connecting portion 252 extending upward from one end portion of the slide portion 251 and disposed in a hollow portion of the partition plate portion 204. And is integrally formed of a metal such as stainless steel. The slide portion 251 has a flat plate shape having a long hole 251a through which the screw 111 screwed to the slide guide portion 210 is inserted, and moves in the longitudinal direction of the slide guide portion 210 within the range of the long hole 251a. Is possible. The connecting portion 252 extends from the slide portion 251 substantially vertically upward, then bends in a crank shape so as to protrude toward the left vertical frame 11, and its upper end portion faces the right vertical frame 12. It inclines so that it may become gradually upward. The contact base 205 of the reference member 200 described above is formed with a window hole 205c through which a portion of the connecting portion 252 protruding in a crank shape can be protruded to the outside.

The connecting portion 252 is provided with a screw insertion hole 252a at a portion corresponding to the upper screw hole 33h1 of the lower rod 33 in a portion protruding in a crank shape. In addition, an opening 204 d that can be detachably closed by a cap 260 is provided in a portion corresponding to the screw insertion hole 252 a of the connecting portion 252 in the outer wall portion 204 b of the partition plate portion 204.

For the lower frame 14 provided with the reference member 200 described above, the lower collar 33 is moved to the first horizontal of the lower frame 14 while the protruding fin portion 33f of the lower collar 33 is brought into contact with the finding surface of the first hanging extension 142. When placed on the extending portion 141, the hook portion 163 of the engaging piece member 160 engages with the engaging pieces 33g1 and 33g2 of the lower rod 33, and the upper direction of the fixed shoji 30 relative to the lower frame 14 and along the prospective direction. Movement is prevented. From this state, if the connecting screw 333 is screwed into the upper screw hole 33h1 of the lower rod 33 through the opening 204d of the partition plate portion 204, the screw insertion hole 252a of the connecting portion 252 and the screw insertion hole 354 of the right vertical rod 35, The lower arm 33 of the fixed shoji 30 is connected to the lower frame 14 via the connecting member 250. Therefore, even if the impact when the movable shoji 20 is opened with force is transmitted to the fixed shoji 30 through the frame 10, a situation occurs such that the lower arm 33 of the fixed shoji 30 is lifted with respect to the lower frame 14. No fear.

As described above, the connecting member 250 according to the second embodiment can be slid with respect to the partition plate portion 204 as shown in FIGS. 30 (a) and 30 (b). Therefore, even if the position of the fixed shoji 30 with respect to the partition plate portion 204 is slightly shifted due to an installation error or the like, the connecting member 250 appropriately slides in the process of screwing the connecting screw 333, and the connecting portion 252. In this state, the connecting screw 333 is screwed in a state where the screw is securely in contact with the right vertical rod 35.

Moreover, in the above-mentioned state, the 2nd water stop material 120 will be in the state compressed between the lower collar 33 and the lower frame 14, and can stop water between each other. In addition, the portion of the second waterstop material 120 disposed on the lower surface of the right vertical rod 35 is pressed into contact with the introduction groove 207 of the reference member 200, and the tip portion thereof is in contact with the reference member 200. It will be in pressure contact with the surface of the abutment water stop material 213 provided on the pedestal 205.

In the joinery in which the fixed shoji 30 is attached to the frame 10 as described above, when the frame opening 10A is closed by the movable shoji 20, the lower arm 23 and the summon basket 24 of the movable shoji 20 are The first water-stopping material 15 of the lower frame 14 and the vertical water-stopping water material 36 of the right vertical rod 35 are in contact with each other, and water is stopped between each other. As described above, the end portion of the first water stop member 15 attached to the groove fin portion 147 of the lower frame 14 is in a state of being pressed against the partition plate portion 204 and the water stop cover portion 206. The second water stop material 120 attached to the fixed shoji 30 is in a state of being pressed from the upper surface of the lower frame 14 to the partition plate portion 204 of the reference member 200 via the contact portion water stop material 213.

Accordingly, since the first water stop material 15 and the second water stop material 120 are continuous via the reference member 200, for example, water on the bathroom side has entered the dressing room side from the gap with the vertical water stop water material 36. However, the water is stopped by the second water stop material 120 and the contact water stop material 213, and there is no possibility that the water reaches the dressing room. In addition, by providing the reference member 200, the fixed shoji 30 and the first water blocking material 15 disposed on the frame 10 are separated from each other. Therefore, when the fixed shoji 30 is attached to the frame 10, The situation where the fixed shoji 30 rides on the edge part of the 1 water stop material 15 does not arise.

Further, between the reference member 200 and the right vertical rod 35, the contact base 205 is pressed into contact with the rising surface 351 and the inner bottom surface 352 via the contact water stop material 213. Therefore, even when the installation position of the fixed shoji 30 is shifted with respect to the reference member 200, the contact state with the right vertical rod 35 is maintained as long as it is within the range of the contact portion water blocking material 213. Thus, water stoppage can be ensured without requiring a complicated positioning operation.

In the second embodiment described above, the bathroom sliding door provided at the entrance between the bathroom and the dressing room is exemplified, but the bathroom is not necessarily provided between the bathroom and the dressing room. The opening / closing direction of the movable shoji 20 need not be a slide. While the reference member 200 is provided with a contact base 205 and a notch 350 is formed in the right vertical rod 35, the contact part is brought into contact with each other via a contact water stop material 213. 205 is not necessarily provided.

Further, in the above-described second embodiment, the upper end portion of the connecting member 250 is inclined so as to gradually rise upward toward the right vertical frame 12. For this reason, even if the fixed shoji 30 is arranged on the frame 10 with the connecting portion 252 protruding from the window hole 205c of the partition plate portion 204, the connecting portion 252 is brought into contact with the inclined portion of the right vertical rod 35. It will evacuate to the accommodation space 204a. Therefore, there is no possibility that both the right vertical gutter 35 and the connecting member 250 will be damaged. However, in the present invention, it is not always necessary to incline the upper end portion of the connecting portion.
