垂直の軸周りに回転する一対の回転軸と、
前記一対の回転軸の下端の切断刃固定板に固定されて回転するとともに、前記回転により発生する吸引力で起立させた前記茎葉部を切断する切断刃と、
前記回転軸と前記切断刃が配置されて、前記切断刃で切断されて前記吸引力により飛ばされた茎葉を捕集するフードと、
前記フードに連通するとともに、前記茎葉を吹き出す吹出口に連通するダクトと、
前記玉葱茎葉部切断装置の後部の両側に一端が回転可能に枢着され、他端の高さが調整可能な一対の後輪支持フレームと、
前記後輪支持フレーの前記他端には接地する後輪が固定されていることを特徴とする玉葱茎葉部切断装置。
