Patent Documents 1 to 3 are known as conventional techniques related to this integrated system.

In Patent Document 1, “a top cover placed on the upper part of the washing machine main body, a lid body that is pivotably supported by a lid hinge shaft above the top cover, and a predetermined angle during the opening / closing rotation of the lid body Thus, a toggle spring that switches the biasing force in the opening direction or the closing direction, a lid spring that biases the lid body toward the opening side, a spring shaft that supports the lid spring, and the rotation of the lid body are attenuated. There is a rotary shock absorbing damper, a damper holder that accommodates the shock absorbing damper so as to be slidable, and a planar shape that supports the lid body and the outer periphery of the transparent member constituting the lid from below. A substantially donut-shaped lid lower frame, a lid reinforcing plate of the lid lower frame, and a space portion at the rear of the lid formed by attaching the lid lower frame to the lid; the lid spring; The spring shaft, the shock absorbing damper, the damper holder, and the lid The lid is unit-integrated by installing a plate, etc. in the space, and the lid reinforcing plate is formed of a thin steel plate and attached to the lid lower frame body formed of a plastic material with a plurality of tapping screws. A washing machine lid structure is disclosed in which the damper holding body is sandwiched and fixed between the lid holding frame and the damper holding body "(Claim 1).

In Patent Document 2, “a top cover placed on the upper part of the washing machine main body, a lid disposed on the top cover so as to be openable and closable upward, and an angle of the lid during the opening operation from the closed state of the lid. A toggle spring that biases in the opening direction when reaching a predetermined angle, and biases in the closing direction when the angle of the lid reaches the predetermined angle during the closing operation from the open state of the lid; A lid spring for biasing the lid toward the open side; and a rotary impact cushioning damper that attenuates rotation of the lid by the viscosity of the enclosed oil. The damper holder is fixed to the lid, and the damper shaft of the shock damper is held non-rotatably on the top cover. The damper holder and the shock buffer A damper is a specified angle in the direction of rotation. When the lid is opened, at the beginning of the opening operation, the damping force of the shock absorbing damper is not applied to the rotation of the lid in the play, and the spring force of the toggle spring is applied to the lid. When the lid is closed from the open state, the damping force of the shock absorbing damper is applied to the entire time from when the lid is opened to when the lid is in the open state. The damping force of the shock absorbing damper does not act on the rotation of the lid body by play, and the lid body is closed after the spring force of the toggle spring urges the lid body in the closing direction. Until then, a washing machine lid structure in which the damping force of the shock absorbing damper is applied is disclosed (Claim 1).

In Patent Document 3, “a top cover placed on the upper part of the washing machine main body, a lid disposed on the top cover so as to be freely opened and closed, and a predetermined angle during the opening / closing rotation of the lid, the opening direction Or a toggle spring that switches the biasing force in the closing direction, a lid spring that biases the lid body toward the open side, and a rotary impact cushioning damper that attenuates the rotation of the lid body, the impact cushioning damper Is housed in a damper holder that is rotatably slidable, the damper holder is fixed to the lid body, and a damping force is applied to the rotation of the lid body when the lid body is opened and closed. In addition, the lid body integrated with the lid spring, a spring shaft for supporting the lid spring, the shock absorbing damper, the damper holding body, and the like inside the space portion behind the lid body is integrated. And the lid is attached to the top cover. When the cover body is mounted, the lid body is in an open state and there is no biasing force of the lid spring, and one end portion of the lid spring is extended below the lid body, and the top cover is The end portion of the lid spring is inserted and engaged in a lid spring insertion hole formed in the top cover from a substantially vertical direction, and the lid body is opened in a free state without the biasing force of the lid spring. 特許第4462362号公報Japanese Patent No. 4462362 特許第4513877号公報Japanese Patent No. 4513877 特許第4605234号公報Japanese Patent No. 4605234

However, in the configurations described in Patent Document 1 to Patent Document 3, since there is only one rotary shock absorbing damper, the rotation in the direction in which the lid closes can be attenuated, but in the direction in which the lid opens. Rotation is determined by the spring load of the lid spring and toggle spring, increasing the load necessary to open the lid (deteriorating operability) and suppressing the momentum of rotation in the direction of opening the lid (safety The lid as if to increase the momentum in the direction of opening the lid (at the expense of safety) by reducing the load required to open the lid (improving operability) Either the weight must be increased when opening the lid or the lid should be opened suddenly, giving priority to either structure, making the adjustment difficult.

Then, an object of this invention is to provide the washing machine which can make compatible the load (operability) required when opening a cover, and the momentum (safety) to the direction which a cover opens.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a top cover placed on the upper part of the washing machine main body, and rotates on the upper surface of the top cover around a lid support shaft between a fully open position and a fully closed position. A freely pivotally supported lid, a lid spring that urges the lid in the opening direction, a first impact buffer that urges the lid in the opening direction, and a second that urges the lid in the closing direction In the fully closed position of the lid body, the force in the opening direction generated from the lid spring is smaller than the force in the closing direction generated by the weight of the lid body, and the lid body is opened and closed. When the force in the opening direction generated from the lid spring and the force in the closing direction generated by the weight of the lid body are balanced at a predetermined angle in the middle, and the opening angle of the lid body is smaller than the predetermined angle, The lid body rotates in the closing direction and rotates to the fully closed position, When the opening angle of the body is larger than the predetermined angle, the lid body rotates in the opening direction to rotate to the fully open position, and the first shock relaxation damper is caused by the weight of the lid body. The second shock-absorbing damper attenuates the force in the opening direction generated from the lid spring by damping the rotation when closing.

According to the present invention, the attenuation of rotation in the closing direction of the lid and the attenuation of rotation in the opening direction can be adjusted separately, and the load (operability) required for opening the lid and the lid Both momentum (safety) in the opening direction can be achieved.

According to the present invention, the biasing force in the opening direction or the closing direction is applied at a predetermined angle during the opening / closing operation of the lid body by the balance between the spring force of the lid spring and the weight of the lid body without using the toggle spring. You can switch. That is, when the angle is equal to or greater than the predetermined angle, the cover body is opened with a spring force, and when the angle is equal to or less than the predetermined angle, the cover body is closed due to its own weight.

On the left end side of the front side of the top cover 4 is provided a detergent case 13 which is a recess covered with an openable detergent case cover 12, and is divided into a detergent charging chamber, a softener charging chamber, and the like. The user opens the detergent case cover 12 and puts a predetermined amount of powder detergent, liquid detergent, or softener into the detergent case 13.

The detergent case 13 is connected to the detergent / softening agent inlet 14 and supplies the detergent and softening agent into the outer tub 15.

A water supply port 16 connected to a water supply (not shown) via a hose is provided on the upper surface of the top cover 4 behind the rear side of the lid 5. A water supply electromagnetic valve 17 is connected to the water supply port 16 to supply water according to an instruction from the control system. As an example, a quadruple valve that supplies water in four directions as the water supply electromagnetic valve 17 will be described. The first is a washing water supply electromagnetic valve, which is connected to a water supply inlet and supplies water into the water tank 18. The second is a detergent water supply solenoid valve, which is connected to the detergent charging chamber of the detergent case 13. The third is a softener water supply solenoid valve, which is connected to the softener charging chamber of the detergent case 13. The fourth is connected to the dehumidifying mechanism 19.

Display means are provided.

The outer tub 15 for storing washing water is supported by an anti-vibration so as to be positioned at the center of the housing 2 by a suspension bar 21 that is suspended from four corners on the upper surface of the housing 2 and includes a spring and a damping means. A water tank 18 for washing and dewatering is rotatably provided inside the tank 15, and a rotary blade 22 is rotatably provided on the bottom surface of the water tank 18.

Through holes 18a and 18b for water flow and ventilation are provided on the outer peripheral wall surface and bottom surface of the water tank 18, and a fluid balancer which is a vibration isolating means containing fluid is provided on the outer periphery of the opening at the upper end of the water tank 18. 23 is provided.

Unevenness is provided on the upper surface of the rotary blade 22, and washing is performed by stirring the washing water and applying a component in the vertical direction or rotational direction to the laundry put on the upper surface of the rotary blade 22. The water tank 18 and the rotor blades 22 are selectively rotated by an electromagnetic operation clutch 25 via a speed reduction mechanism from, for example, an inverter type drive motor 24 that is a drive mechanism. That is, by controlling the drive motor 24 and the electromagnetic operation clutch 25, the washing drive mode in which the rotating wing 22 repeats forward and reverse rotation in a state where the water tub 18 is stopped or freely rotatable, and the water tub 18 rotates. It is possible to switch between a dehydration drive mode in which the blades 22 are integrated and continuously rotate in the same direction.

An air trap 26 is provided on the bottom surface of the outer tub 15, and the internal pressure is transmitted to the water level sensor 27 through the tube, thereby detecting the level of the washing water in the outer tub 15.

A vibration sensor 28 is provided on the outer side surface of the outer tub 15 to detect vibration of the outer tub 15 during washing or dehydration.

The upper surface of the outer tub 15 is covered with a tub cover 29. The laundry input port 3 is opened in a range of about 2/3 from the front side of the tank cover 29 and is covered with the inner lid 30. The inner lid 30 is rotatably supported around a hinge 31 provided at the rear of the inner lid 30, and the lock (not shown) of the inner lid 30 is released by lifting the handle 71. . When the handle portion 71 is pushed downward after the inner lid 30 is closed, the inner lid 30 is locked.

On the rear surface side of the tank cover 29, a hot air outlet 32, a water supply inlet 33, and a circulating water inlet 34 that communicate with the lower surface of the upper surface of the tank cover 29 are provided. On the front side of the tank cover 29, a detergent / softener inlet 14 is provided.

A water vent 35 is opened on the bottom surface of the outer tub 15, and is connected to a hot air outlet 32 provided on the upper surface of the outer tub 15 via a drying duct 36. In the middle of the drying duct 36, a blower fan 37, a heater 38, a lint filter 39, a dehumidifying mechanism 19 and a temperature sensor 40 are provided. When the blower fan 37 is energized and rotated, and the heater 38 is energized and heated, warm air is blown into the water tub 18 to heat the laundry and evaporate the moisture. The air that has become hot and humid passes through the through holes 18 a and 18 b of the water tank 18, exits into the outer tank 15, and flows into the drying duct 36 through the water passage vent 35. Water is cooled and dehumidified by the cooling water flowing through the dehumidifying mechanism 19, and is heated again by the heater 38 to become dry hot air, which is blown into the water tank 18 from the hot air outlet 32 and circulated.

The rubber bellows tubes 41a, 41b, 41c, 41d, and 41e are the outer tank 15 and the tank cover 29 that are displaced by vibration, the water supply electromagnetic valve 17 provided in the fixed casing 2 and the top cover 4, and the like. Used for connection to the duct 36, the circulation pump 42, and the like.

A circulation pipe 43 connects between the water vent 35 provided on the bottom surface of the outer tub 15 and the circulating water inlet 34 provided on the rear surface of the tub cover 29. In the middle of the circulation pipe 43, a circulation pump 42 provided near the bottom surface of the washing machine body 1 and a foreign matter trap 44 for collecting foreign matters contained in the circulating water are provided, and a drainage hose 46 is provided via a drainage valve 45. Is connected.

When the circulation pump 42 is operated, the washing water in the outer tub 15 passes through the circulation pipe 43 from the water flow vent 35 on the bottom surface of the outer tub 15, passes through a lint filter (not shown), and is removed from the lint. 47 is sprayed into the water tank 18.

Next, the structure of the lid 5 and the lid spindle 6 will be described with reference to FIGS.
FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the state in which the lid 5 is opened from the inside, and shows the cover in the vicinity of the lid support shaft 6 in a transparent manner so that the structure of the lid support shaft 6 can be seen. In the figure, the notation of up, down, left, and right front and rear indicates the direction of the washing machine main body. Therefore, in the state of FIG. 5 in which the lid 5 is fully opened, the front side is the upper side and the rear side is the lower side.
FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line BB in FIG. 3 and shows the structure of the lid support shaft 6.
7 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line C-C in FIG. 6, where (a) shows the open state of the lid 5 and (b) shows the closed state of the lid 5.
FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line DD of FIG. 6 and shows the open state of the lid 5.
The lid 5 has a substantially bilaterally symmetric shape, and a pair of components such as springs and dampers are provided symmetrically. Therefore, the right component is indicated by a and the left component is indicated by b.

The lid 5 is provided with a resin lid lower surface cover 49 so as to cover the lower surface of the lid glass 48 having a substantially quadrangular shape and the end surfaces of the front side, the left side, and the right side. A lid rear surface cover 50 is provided along the rear side of the lid glass 48, and is provided so as to cover the rear side of the lid glass 48 from the lower surface to the upper surface. Further, a lid hinge cover 51 having a narrower width in the left-right direction than the lid lower surface cover 49 is provided so as to cover the lower surface of the lid support shaft 6 of the lid glass 48.

On the lower surface of the lid lower surface cover 49, for example, a highly rigid reinforcing metal fitting 52, which is a sheet metal part obtained by bending an iron plate, is provided, and fastened with a screw 66 to a boss 53 planted integrally with the lid lower surface cover 49. Is done. A part of the reinforcing metal fitting 52 is bent in a direction away from the lid glass 48 at a right angle and perpendicular to the rotation axis of the lid body support shaft 6, and a pair of Through-holes are provided in the spindles 54a and 54b. The pair of left and right support shafts 54 a and 54 b are attached to the reinforcing metal fitting 52 in a state of passing through the coiled cover springs 55 a and 55 b, respectively, and serve as the rotation shaft of the cover support shaft 6.

A hinge having an inner side surface, an outer side surface, and a lower surface, each having a pair of upward substantially U-shapes in a range inside the left and right side surfaces of the lid 5 and outside the left and right end surfaces of the lid hinge cover 51. Metal fittings 56a and 56b are provided. The through holes of the support shafts 54a and 54b and the spring receiving holes 67a and 67b are provided through the inner and outer surfaces of the hinge fittings 56a and 56b, respectively.

The support shafts 54a and 54b are respectively penetrated and supported on the inner and outer surfaces of the pair of left and right hinge fittings 56a and 56b, and the lower surfaces thereof are recessed portions 57a and 57b provided in the vicinity of the left and right side surfaces of the top cover 4. On the other hand, it is fastened and fixed by screws.

The first extending portions 58a and 58b, which are one end of the springs on the side close to each other, of the pair of lid springs 55a and 55b, which are torsion springs provided with coil portions, are respectively in the direction of the front side of the lid 5 And is brought into contact with the reinforcing metal fitting 52 from the lower surface side of the lid body 5 in a direction in which torque in the opening direction is applied to the lid body 5. On the other hand, the other ends of the pair of lid springs 55a and 55b facing outward from each other extend in a direction away from the central axis of the coil portion of the lid springs 55a and 55b, and then parallel to the central axis of the coil portion. Second extending portions 59a and 59b bent in a direction away from the coil portion are provided. The second extending portions 59a and 59b extend in directions away from each other along the support shafts 54a and 54b. The second extending portions 59a, 59b penetrate the both side surfaces of the inner side surface and the outer side surface of the hinge fittings 56a, 56b in the spring receiving holes 67a, 67b opened at positions different from the support shafts 54a, 54b, Supported at two points.

Since the second extending portions 59a and 59b are configured to be supported at two points through both the inner and outer surfaces of the hinge fittings 56a and 56b, the lid springs 55a, Even when torsional torque is applied to 55b, the second extending portions 59a and 59b are stably supported at two points while maintaining parallel to the support shafts 54a and 54b. Therefore, the spring constants of the lid springs 55a and 55b are stabilized regardless of the load, and the second extending portions 59a and 59b are not excessively deformed to generate excessive stress, so that the reliability is high. There is.

The second extending portions 59a and 59b of the lid springs 55a and 55b are fixed to the top cover 4 via hinge fittings 56a and 56b, and the first extending portions 58a and 58b of the lid springs 55a and 55b are reinforced. Since the lid body 5 is provided via the metal fitting 52, the lid body 5 is configured to receive rotational torque in a direction of opening the lid body 5 around the support shafts 54a and 54b by lid body springs 55a and 55b.

A pair of rotary dampers 60a and 60b are provided coaxially with the support shafts 54a and 54b and close to the left and right center of the lid 5 and inside the support shafts 54a and 54b. The rotary dampers 60a and 60b enclose, for example, high-viscosity silicon grease or the like between the damper main bodies 61a and 61b and the damper shafts 62a and 62b that are rotatable within a predetermined angle range to generate a viscous resistance torque. It is a configuration. The damper main bodies 61a and 61b are attached to bosses provided on the lid lower surface cover 49 so as to rotate integrally with the lid body 5 via damper stopper portions 69a and 69b extending in a direction away from the rotation axis from the damper main bodies 61a and 61b. Fastened with screws 66 and attached. The damper shafts 62a and 62b have, for example, a substantially oval cross-sectional shape in which two opposite surfaces of a cylindrical surface are scraped into a flat shape.

One of the pair of rotary dampers 60a and 60b is a first damper 60a that generates a viscous resistance when the lid body 5 is opened, and the other is a second damper that generates a viscous resistance when the lid body 5 is closed. If it is set to 60b, the viscous resistance by the rotation damper 60a or the rotation damper 60b will be generated during both the opening operation and the closing operation of the lid 5. In particular, even when the lid 5 has a single-piece configuration including the lid glass 48 and the mass is larger than that of the resin lid 5, the attenuation by the rotary dampers 60a and 60b is applied to the entire range of the opening and closing operations. The opening / closing operation of the lid body 5 can be performed at a low speed, and the lid body 5 will not close suddenly or open suddenly in the vicinity of the fully open state, thereby realizing a smooth and stable opening / closing operation of the lid body 5. This is preferable because it is possible.

Furthermore, the viscosity resistance of one rotary damper 60a and the other rotary damper 60b may not be the same, and the opening operation of the lid 5 can be performed by adjusting the viscosity resistance of the oil in the rotary damper 60a and the rotary damper 60b. Since the attenuation at the time and the closing operation can be adjusted separately, it is not necessary to adjust the load required when the lid 5 is opened and closed by the lid springs 55a and 55b.

A damper receiving portion 63 extending upward to a position coaxial with the lid support shaft 6 is provided at the left and right central portions of the top cover 4 so as not to rotate with respect to the damper shafts 62a and 62b having a substantially oval shape. To fit. Details of the configuration of the damper receiving portion 63 and the damper shafts 62a and 62b will be described later.

Since the damper shafts 62a and 62b of the pair of rotary dampers 60a and 60b are arranged close to each other so as to face each other toward the left and right center of the lid body 5, the pair of damper shafts 62a and 62b is the only one provided at the left and right center portion. This is a configuration that can be fitted with two damper receiving portions 63. Therefore, since the lid 5 is supported at three locations, the hinge fittings 56a and 56b at the left and right ends, and the damper receiving portion 63 at the center, the accuracy of the rotational axis of the lid support shaft 6 can be easily obtained. Since the body 5 is not easily bent or deformed, there is an effect that the opening / closing operation of the lid 5 is stabilized.

Next, a procedure for attaching the lid 5 to the top cover 4 will be described with reference to FIGS. 9, 5 and 8 as appropriate.
FIG. 9 is an exploded perspective view showing a procedure for attaching the lid 5 to the top cover 4.
FIG. 10 is an EE cross-sectional view showing a configuration in the vicinity of the rotary dampers 60 a and 60 b when the lid 5 is attached to the top cover 4. FIG. 10A shows a state before the lid is attached, and FIG. 10B shows a state after the attachment.

As shown in FIGS. 5 to 9, the assembled state before the lid 5 is attached to the top cover 4 is the front portion of the handle portion 7 that serves as a handle for the opening operation integrally with the lid lower surface cover 49 attached to the lid glass 48. A pair of support shafts 54 a and 54 b, lid springs 55 a and 55 b, and a pair of rotary dampers 60 a and 60 b are provided along the rear side of the lid body 5 through the reinforcing metal fitting 52 or the boss 53. Are attached to the lid lower surface cover 49, and become the lid support shaft 6 which is a pivotal fulcrum at the time of opening and closing via the hinge fittings 56a and 56b and the support shafts 54a and 54b at both left and right ends. The inner side of the left and right hinge fittings 56 a and 56 b is covered with a lid hinge cover 51. The central part of the lid hinge cover 51 is cut away, and the damper shafts 62a and 62b of the rotary dampers 60a and 60b are exposed inward.

The pair of hinge fittings 56a and 56b are configured to be rotatably supported while receiving the rotational torque generated by the lid springs 55a and 55b around the support shafts 54a and 54b on the left and right outer sides than the lid hinge cover 51. . Since the lid 5 is configured to receive the rotational torque in the direction of opening the lid 5 around the support shafts 54a and 54b by the lid springs 55a and 55b, the lid 5 is attached to the top cover as shown in FIGS. In a state before being attached to 4, the lid body 5 is in contact with a stopper (not shown) with respect to the hinge fittings 56a and 56b and is in a fully open position.

Therefore, as shown in FIGS. 9 to 10A, when the lid 5 is in the fully open position, the positional relationship is suitable for attaching the hinge fittings 56a and 56b to the top cover 4. The top cover 4 is provided with recesses 57a and 57b for receiving the hinge fittings 56a and 56b, and the projections 64a and 64b at the front ends of the hinge fittings 56a and 56b are grooves 68a provided at the front ends of the recesses 57a and 57b of the top cover 4. After being inserted into 68b, the hinge fittings 56a and 56b are fixed to the boss 65 provided on the lower surface of the recesses 57a and 57b of the top cover 4 with screws 66.

Since the periphery of the recesses 57a and 57b of the top cover 4 is surrounded by a standing wall connected to the upper surface of the top cover 4 and a downward wall that forms the side wall of the laundry input port 3, the rigidity is higher than that of a flat plate. Since the top cover 4 is high, a reinforcing member formed of, for example, an iron plate is not necessary for the top cover 4, and it is only necessary to fix the hinge fittings 56a and 56b to the boss 65 forming a part of the top cover 4 with a tapping screw. Sufficient strength is obtained.

The damper receiving part 63 provided on the top cover 4 will be described in detail. The damper receiving part 63 has an open upper surface so as to be fitted to the oval shaped damper shafts 62a and 62b as described above. A substantially U-shaped groove was provided. If the damper shafts 62a and 62b of the rotary dampers 60a and 60b are lowered from directly above when the lid 5 is attached, the damper shafts 62a and 62b are inserted into the damper receiving portion 63 as shown in FIG. Arranged in the mating direction. Here, if the lid 5 is opened and closed, the rotary damper main bodies 61a and 61b rotate with the lid 5, while the damper shafts 62a and 62b do not rotate. Can be slow.

After the hinge fittings 56a and 56b are attached to the recesses of the top cover 4 and screwed, the hinge covers 70a and 70b, which are covers covering the recesses of the top cover 4, are attached. The hinge covers 70a and 70b may be fixed by a so-called snap fit, which is a fixing claw using elastic deformation of a resin material, for example. If the upper surface after the hinge covers 70a and 70b are attached is flush with the upper surface of the top cover 4, there will be no difference in level and so on, and it will be difficult to get dirty. Adhesion can be prevented. Further, the screws 66 for attaching the hinge fittings 56a and 56b can be hidden.

2, FIG. 8 and FIG. 10 (b) show a state in which the hinge covers 70a and 70b are attached after the hinge fittings 56a and 56b are attached to the recesses of the top cover 4 and screwed.

As shown in FIG. 2, after the lid body 5 is attached to the top cover 4, the boundary surface between the fixed portion and the rotating portion related to the opening / closing operation of the lid body 5 is the damper shaft 62a of the rotary dampers 60a and 60b, 62b is only between the center part fitting the damper receiving part 63 and the left and right outer side surfaces of the lid hinge cover 51 and the inner side surfaces of the hinge covers 70a and 70b. Since the number of sliding surfaces that serve as the boundary between the fixed part and the rotating part is small, it is easy to ensure the accuracy of the gap dimension, and it does not abut against each other to generate a friction load. The opening / closing operation of the cover 5 is smooth, and the detergent and water do not enter the cover 5 through the gap and adhere to the support shafts 54a, 54b and the cover springs 55a, 55b. There is an effect that.

Here, the width in the left-right direction of the lid 5 is assumed to be larger than the width in the left-right direction of the recesses 57 a and 57 b provided in the top cover 4. Then, when the lid 5 is closed, the boundary between the hinge covers 70a and 70b covering the recesses 57a and 57b and the top cover 4 is located on the inner side of the left and right side surfaces of the lid 5. There is an effect that it is difficult to enter from the boundary between 70a and 70b and the top cover 4.

Here, since the second extending portions 59a and 59b are arranged so as to be provided on the inner peripheral side of the lid hinge cover 51 in the entire angle range of the opening / closing operation of the lid body 5, the lid 5 can be rotated even if the lid body 5 is rotated. The first extending portions 58a and 58b and the second extending portions 59a and 59b of the body springs 55a and 55b do not protrude from the outer periphery of the lid hinge cover 51 or the hinge covers 70a and 70b. Therefore, since the cover 5 does not require a groove for preventing interference with the ends of the cover springs 55a and 55b, it is possible to prevent the penetration of detergent and water from the groove and prevent the spring from rusting. effective.

Next, the relationship between the dead weight of the lid 5 and the torsion torque by the lid springs 55a and 55b will be described with reference to FIG.

FIG. 11 is a side view showing the relationship between the opening angle of the lid 5, the center of gravity of the lid 5, and the opening / closing force at the tip of the lid 5.

In FIG. 11, the lid 5 having a mass m and a longitudinal length L produces a force mg at the center of gravity G, where g is the acceleration of gravity. When the lid 5 is closed, the angle of the lid 5 is θ1 and the front end is lower than the horizontal, so θ1 becomes a negative value, for example, −10 °.

F1=(mg×R1−T1)/L (式2)
T1=mg×R1−F1×L (式3)
Here, the distance from the support shafts 54a and 54b, which are the rotation centers of opening and closing, to the center of gravity G is R1, the opening torque generated by the lid springs 55a and 55b is T1, and the closing force generated at the tip of the lid 5 is If it is F1, than the balance of moments,
F1 * L = mg * R1-T1 (Formula 1)
That is, the tip force F1 required to open the lid 5 is
F1 = (mg × R1-T1) / L (Formula 2)
It becomes.
Alternatively, the torque T1 generated by the lid springs 55a and 55b at that time is
T1 = mg × R1-F1 × L (Formula 3)
It is expressed.

Here, as an appropriate value of F1, for example, a force of about 5N to 7N is required in order for the lid 5 to be stably placed on the top cover 4 against vibrations in the dehydration process. . According to the mass of the lid 5 and the position of the center of gravity, it is possible to obtain the torque T1 of the lid springs 55a and 55b so that F1 becomes a predetermined value when the opening angle of the lid 5 is θ1.

When the angle of the lid 5 is θ2, for example 60 °, it is assumed that the moment (mg × R2) due to its own weight and the moment (T2) due to the torsion spring are in balance. That is, when the opening angle of the lid 5 is smaller than θ2, the closing moment due to the weight of the lid 5 exceeds the moment due to the lid springs 55a and 55b, and the lid 5 is closed.

On the other hand, when the opening angle of the lid body 5 is larger than θ2, the lid body 5 opens by the moment by the lid body springs 55a and 55b over the closing moment due to its own weight.

T2=mg×R2 (式4)
That is,
T2 = mg × R2 (Formula 4)
The moment T2 by the lid springs 55a and 55b when the opening angle of the lid 5 is θ2 may be set so that

When the lid body 5 is fully opened and has an angle θ3, the lid body 5 is tilted backward by about 10 °, for example, from the vertical. In this case, the center of gravity G is behind the support shafts 54a and 54b, and the lid 5 is maintained in the fully open state by generating the tip force F3 in the opening direction.

F3=(mg×R3+T3)/L (式6)
となる。
At this time, the moment (mg × R3) due to its own weight and the moment (T3) due to the torsion spring are both generated in the opening direction,
F3 × L = mg × R3 + T3 (Formula 5)
Represented as: That is, F3 = (mg × R3 + T3) / L (Formula 6)
It becomes.

This moment (T3) is a moment generated by the lid springs 55a and 55b when the lid 5 is fully opened. That is, as shown in FIGS. 9 to 10, the lid 5 remains in the fully opened state. This is nothing but torsional torque generated by the cover springs 55a and 55b when the cover 4 is attached.

Here, when the opening angle of the lid 5 is θ2, the spring constant is selected so that the weight of the lid 5 and the torque of the lid springs 55a and 55b are balanced. For example, θ2 is about 60 °. When the lid 5 is opened more than that, it is desirable that the torque of the spring directly overcomes its own weight and automatically opens. Such a characteristic is obtained by making the spring constant relatively small. As a result, even when the lid 5 is fully opened and the angle θ3 is reached, the torque T3 by the lid springs 55a and 55b causes the lid 5 to Work in the opening direction.

If the spring constant is larger than desirable characteristics, for example, when the opening angle of the lid 5 is θ2, the weight of the lid 5 is balanced with the torque T2 by the lid springs 55a and 55b, and the angle θ3 is fully opened. If the cover body springs 55a and 55b are set to have a torque of 0 when the cover body springs 55a and 55b are opened slightly, the torque of the cover body springs 55a and 55b decreases rapidly. This is because the moment due to the weight of the lid 5 cannot be overcome, and the lid 5 cannot move in the opening direction by the spring force and returns to the angle θ2 again.

That is, when the opening angle of the lid 5 is θ1, the torque T1 obtained by (Equation 3) is generated, and when the opening angle of the lid 5 is θ2, the lid spring having the characteristic of generating the torque T2 obtained by (Equation 4). With 55a and 55b, the biasing force in the opening direction or the closing direction can be switched at a predetermined angle θ2 during the opening / closing rotation of the lid without using a so-called toggle spring, so the number of parts is small. There is an effect that a washing machine provided with the lid 5 having a simple structure and easy to use can be obtained.

FIG. 12 is a block diagram of the control device 80 of the washing / drying machine. A microcomputer 81 is connected to the operation button input circuit 82, the water level sensor 27, and the temperature sensor 40 connected to each switch (not shown), and receives various information signals in the user's button operation, washing process, and drying process. The output from the microcomputer 81 is connected to the drive circuit 83 and connected to the water supply electromagnetic valve 17, the drain valve 45, the drive motor 24, the blower fan 37, the heater 38, the electromagnetic operation clutch 25, the lock means 9, etc. Controls opening and closing, rotation, and energization. Further, it is connected to a display 84 such as a 7-segment light emitting diode, a buzzer 85, and a light emitting diode 87 for informing the user of the operating state of the washing machine. The microcomputer 81 is activated when the power switch 86 is pressed and the power is turned on, and executes a basic control processing program for washing and drying as shown in FIG.

Step S101 The state of the electric washing machine is checked and the initial setting is performed.

Step S102 The display 84 of the operation panel 20 is turned on, and a washing / drying course is set according to an instruction input from an operation button switch (not shown). When no instruction is input, the standard washing / drying course or the previous washing / drying course is automatically set. For example, when an operation button switch is instructed, a high finishing course for drying is set.

Step S103 The process is branched by monitoring an instruction input from a start switch (not shown) on the operation panel 20.

Step S104: The amount of detergent is detected. Before supplying the washing water, the electromagnetic operation clutch 25 and the drive motor 24 are controlled so that only the rotary blade 22 is rotated in one direction while the water tank 18 is stopped, and based on the rotational load generated on the rotary blade 22. Detect the amount of cloth. The required amount of detergent is determined based on the detected amount of cloth.

Step S105 The determined amount of detergent is displayed on the display 84 of the operation panel 20.

Step S106 When the user puts a necessary amount of detergent into the detergent case 13, the detergent water supply electromagnetic valve 17 is opened and water is supplied to the detergent charging chamber of the detergent case 13. The powder detergent thrown into the detergent charging chamber falls from the detergent / softener charging port 14 to the bottom of the outer tub 15 together with the water of the detergent feed water.

Step S107 When the detergent is dissolved and water is supplied, the detergent supply is stopped. The amount of water supply at this time is about 10L, for example.

Step S108: The water tank 18 and the rotor blade 22 are integrally rotated at a low speed in one direction, whereby the detergent and the detergent-dissolved water introduced into the bottom of the outer tank 15 are agitated at the bottom of the water tank 18 and a high concentration is obtained. Generate washing water and dissolve the detergent.

Step S109 Pre-washing is executed. In this pre-washing, the agitator for rotating the rotor blade 22 forward and backward is intermittently performed while the water tank 18 is stopped, and the washing water at the bottom of the outer tank 15 is operated from the nozzle 47 by operating the circulation pump 42 during that time. Spread on the laundry. While the rotary blade 22 and the circulation pump 42 are stopped, while referring to the detection signal of the water level sensor 27, the detergent water supply electromagnetic valve 17 and the laundry water supply electromagnetic valve 17 are opened to supply water so that the water level does not exceed the set water level. To do. This operation is repeated a plurality of times so that the laundry is familiar with the washing water and dispersed on the rotor blades 22.

Step S110 The main washing is executed. In this main washing, the circulating pump 42 is operated while rotating the rotor blades 22 with the water tank 18 stopped, and the washing water collected at the bottom of the outer tank 15 is sprinkled from the nozzle 47 onto the laundry. Stirring in which water is circulated and cloth loosening and agitation in which the rotating blades 22 are rotated in the forward and reverse directions in a state where the circulation pump 42 is stopped and the circulation of the washing water is stopped are repeated. By the forward / reverse rotation of the rotary blade 22, the laundry is replaced in the circumferential direction and the radial direction in the water tank, and is washed evenly.

Thereafter, in a state where the circulation pump 42 is stopped and the circulation of the washing water is stopped, the rotating blades 22 are continuously rotated in the forward and reverse directions to perform uniform stirring.

Step S111 The first rinsing rinse is executed. In this rinsing, the drain valve 45 is first opened, and the washing water collected at the bottom of the outer tub 15 is rotated in one direction with the water tub 18 and the rotor blade 22 in the ground under the drainage and is contained in the laundry. Centrifugal dehydrate the wash water. Thereafter, the drain valve 45 is closed and the water tank 18 and the rotor blade 22 are integrally rotated at a low speed in one direction, and the washing water supply electromagnetic valve is opened so that tap water is sprinkled from the nozzle 47 onto the laundry on the rotor blade. Supply water.

Next, in a state where the rotation of the water tank 18 and the rotary blade 22 is stopped, the rinse water is supplied so that the water level at the bottom of the outer tank 15 does not exceed the set water level.

Next, as in the main washing, while the water tank 18 is stopped, the rotary blade 22 is rotated forward and backward, and the circulation pump 42 is operated to allow the rinse water accumulated in the bottom of the outer tank 15 to be discharged from the nozzle 47 through the rotary blade 22. Perform a rinse with water rinse, sprinkling over the upper laundry.

Next, in a state where the operation of the rotary blade 22 and the circulation pump 42 is stopped, water is replenished so that the water level does not exceed the set water level while detecting the level of the rinsing water accumulated at the bottom of the outer tub 15.

Next, the circulating pump 42 is operated while rotating the rotating blade 22 forward and backward with the water tank stopped, and the rinse water accumulated at the bottom of the outer tank 15 is transferred from the nozzle 47 to the laundry on the rotating blade 22. Circulate as if sprinkled. As in the case of washing, the laundry in the water tub 18 is switched in the circumferential direction and the radial direction, so that the rinse water is uniformly applied to the laundry and the detergent is diluted.

Thereafter, in a state where the circulation pump 42 is stopped and the circulation of the rinse water is stopped, the rotating blades 22 are continuously rotated in the forward and reverse directions to perform uniform stirring.

Step S112 Second reservoir rinsing is executed. This second rinsing except for adding control for introducing the softening agent into the bottom of the outer tub 15 by opening the softening agent water supply electromagnetic valve 17 and supplying water to the softening agent charging chamber in the detergent case 13. The operation is performed in the same way as the first rinsing.

Step S113 The final dehydration process is executed. In the final dehydration, the water tank 18 and the rotor blade 22 are integrally rotated at a high speed in one direction with the drain valve 45 being opened, and the laundry in the water tank 18 is centrifugally dehydrated.

Step S114 It is confirmed whether or not the washing / drying course is selected, and the process is branched.

Step S115 When the washing / drying course is selected, the drying process is performed. In the drying process, while the drain valve 45 is kept open, the fan 18 is operated in the reverse direction while rotating the rotor blades 22 with the water tank 18 stopped in the same manner as in the washing process. Moist air is sucked out of the water vent 35 into the drying duct 36, and water-cooled and dehumidified by the cooling water flowing down from the water-cooling / dehumidifying mechanism 19 installed in the drying duct 36 when passing through the drying duct 36. Thereafter, the waste thread is removed through the waste thread filter 39 and then heated by the heater 38, and blown into the water tank 18 from the hot air outlet 32.

Drying is performed while monitoring the temperature of the hot air by the temperature sensor 40, and is finished when the rate of temperature change reaches a predetermined value.

Although the present embodiment has been described as a washing / drying machine having a drying function, an electric washing machine having no drying function may be used.

According to the present embodiment, the biasing force in the opening direction or the closing direction can be switched at a predetermined angle during the opening / closing rotation operation of the lid without using a toggle spring, so the number of parts is small and the structure There is an effect that a washing machine including the lid 5 that is simple and easy to use can be obtained.

According to the present embodiment, even if the lid 5 is rotated, the first extending portions 58a and 58b and the second extending portions 59a and 59b of the lid springs 55a and 55b are both the lid hinge cover 51 or the hinge. Since it does not protrude to the outer periphery of the covers 70a and 70b, the cover 5 does not require a groove for preventing interference with the cover springs 55a and 55b, and detergent and water enter the groove and spring. There is an effect that does not rust.

Furthermore, according to the present embodiment, the second extending portions 59a and 59b of the lid springs 55a and 55b are extended in the axial direction of the lid springs 55a and 55b, and the inner side surfaces and the outer sides of the hinge fittings 56a and 56b. Since the structure is supported at two points through both sides of the side surface, the second extending portions 59a and 59b are stably supported at two points even when torsional torque is applied to the lid springs 55a and 55b. . Therefore, the spring constants of the lid springs 55a and 55b are stabilized regardless of the load, and there is an effect of preventing excessive stress from being generated in the second extending portions 59a and 59b of the lid springs 55a and 55b.

Further, according to the present embodiment, the lid body 5 can be supported at three locations, ie, the hinge fittings 56a and 56b at the left and right ends, and the damper receiving portion 63 at the center portion. Since the lid 5 is not easily bent and is not easily bent or deformed, the opening / closing operation of the lid 5 is stabilized.

According to the present embodiment, the concave portions 57a and 57b provided on the left and right side surfaces of the top cover 4 are not flat and have high rigidity, so that the top cover 4 does not require a reinforcing member formed of, for example, an iron plate, There is an effect that sufficient strength can be obtained with a simple configuration.

Further, according to the present embodiment, one of the pair of rotary dampers 60 a and 60 b is configured such that a viscous resistance torque acts when the lid 5 is opened, and the other is viscous when the lid 5 is closed. With the configuration in which the resistance torque acts, the opening / closing operation of the lid body 5 can be slowed down, and the lid body 5 is not suddenly closed or suddenly opened in the vicinity of the fully open state, and is stable. There is an effect that the lid 5 can be opened and closed.

According to the present embodiment, the hinge fittings 56a and 56b serving as the rotation fulcrum of the lid 5 are further housed in the recesses 57a and 57b provided on the left and right side surfaces of the top cover 4, and the upper surfaces are covered with the hinge covers 70a and 70b. Since the construction is such that no detergent or water is applied to the hinge fittings 56a and 56b, and the hinge fittings 56a and 56b do not rust, there is an effect that a highly reliable washing machine can be provided.
