Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress boiling over even when a pot is intensely heated.SOLUTION: A pot bottom portion 11 is flat and a shape of the pot bottom portion is for example, a circular form. The pot bottom portion 11 is placed on a heating device when performing cooking. A side surface portion 12 extends upward from whole outer periphery of the pot bottom portion 11. A connection part between the outer periphery of the pot bottom portion 11 and the side surface portion 12 is, for example, a curve surface which becomes salient outward. When the outer periphery of the pot bottom portion 11 is the circular form, a shape of the side surface portion 12 in a cross section is also the circular form. An enlarged portion 13 extends from an upper end of the side surface portion 12 upward on outside. When the shape of the side surface portion 12 in the cross section is the circular form, a shape of the enlarged portion 13 in the cross section is also the circular form. The cross section of the enlarged portion 13 is wider than that of the side surface portion 12. An intermediate portion of the enlarged portion 13 is for example, a curve surface which becomes salient outward. A water reception part 14 is flat, and extends in parallel to the pot bottom portion 11 from an upper end of the enlarged portion 13 outward. A shape of the water reception part 14 is for example, a square. A water cutoff wall 15 extends upward from whole outer periphery of the water reception part 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

Description

The present invention relates to a pan that can suppress spillage.

Patent document 1 discloses the induction heating cooking appliance (electromagnetic cooking appliance) which suppresses blowing over. This induction heating cooker includes an inner heating coil, an outer heating coil disposed concentrically outside the inner heating coil, and temperature detection means for detecting the pan bottom temperature.
In the induction heating cooker described in Patent Document 1, when the temperature detected by the temperature detection means reaches a preset pre-blowing temperature, heating of the outer heating coil is stopped and heating is continued only by the inner heating coil. Thereby, the temperature of the part near a pan side falls, and the convection which goes to a pan side from a pan center becomes small. As a result, it is possible to efficiently prevent spillage. Furthermore, this induction heating cooker performs intermittent driving that repeats driving and stopping after switching to driving of only the inner heating coil. This can further improve the certainty of suppressing spillage.

However, for example, in shabu-shabu, boiled but thinly sliced meat is passed through and heated. In addition, when noodles are put into the pot, it is necessary to boil strongly in order to make the noodles dance vigorously and loosen. For this reason, it is not desirable to weaken the heating when boiling in a shabu-shabu pan.

Hereinafter, the pan concerning an embodiment of the present invention is explained in detail, referring to drawings. In all the drawings for explaining the embodiments, common constituent elements are denoted by the same reference numerals, and repeated explanation is omitted.

FIG. 1 shows an example of the structure of a pan 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA in FIG.
The pot 10 includes a pot bottom portion 11, a side surface portion 12, an enlarged portion 13, a water receiving portion 14, and a water blocking wall 15.
The pan bottom 11 is flat and has a circular shape, for example. However, the pan bottom portion 11 is not limited to a circular shape, and may have another shape such as a square. The pan bottom 11 is placed on a heating device when cooking.
The side surface portion 12 extends upward from the entire outer periphery of the pan bottom portion 11. The connection part of the outer periphery of the pan bottom part 11 and the side part 12 is, for example, a curved surface having a radius of 20 mm and protruding outward. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the side surface portion 12 may rise vertically or obliquely upward from the outer periphery of the pan bottom portion 11, for example. The shape of the lateral cross section of the side surface portion 12 is similar to the shape of the outer periphery of the pan bottom portion 11. For example, when the outer periphery of the pan bottom portion 11 is circular, the shape of the cross section of the side surface portion 12 is also circular.

The enlarged portion 13 extends outward from the upper end of the side surface portion 12. The shape of the cross section of the enlarged portion 13 is similar to that of the side surface portion 12. For example, when the cross-sectional shape of the side surface portion 12 is circular, the cross-sectional shape of the enlarged portion 13 is also circular. The cross section of the enlarged portion 13 is wider than the cross section of the side surface portion 12. An intermediate portion of the enlarged portion 13 is, for example, a curved surface that protrudes outward and has a radius of 5 mm.
The water receiver 14 is flat and spreads in parallel with the pot bottom 11 from the upper end of the enlarged portion 13 toward the outside. The shape of the outer periphery of the water receiver 14 is, for example, a square. However, the shape of the outer periphery of the water receiving portion 14 is not limited to this, and may be another shape such as a circle.
The water blocking wall 15 extends upward from the entire outer periphery of the water receiving portion 14.
As an example of the size of the pot 10, the outer periphery of the water blocking wall 15 is a square of 278 mm × 278 mm, for example, and the height from the upper end of the water blocking wall 15 to the pot bottom 11 is 69 mm, for example.

For example, a liquid such as soup stock is added to the vicinity of the upper end of the side surface portion 12 and heated from the lower side of the pan bottom portion 11. When the liquid boils, the liquid first rides on the enlarged portion 13 and then enters the water receiving portion 14 beyond it. When the liquid exceeds the enlarged portion 13, the liquid is vigorous and enters the water receiving portion 14. Since the water receiving part 14 is large, the liquid that has entered the water receiving part 14 spreads over a wide range and touches the air over a wide area. As a result, the temperature of the liquid rapidly decreases. Then, the liquid that has been cooled and weakened in momentum is stopped by the water stop wall 15, so that liquid spillage is suppressed.

FIGS. 3 and 4 are a front view and a bottom view showing an example of the configuration of the cradle 20 that receives the pan 10. FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing an example of the structure of the first table 30 on which the pan 10 and the cradle 20 are placed. 6 is a cross-sectional view taken along line BB in FIG. 5 (however, the pot 10 and the cradle 20 are placed on the first table 30).
The cradle 20 is a frame having a shape (for example, the cross-sectional shape is a square) and a size in which the side surface portion 12 and the enlarged portion 13 of the pan 10 enter the inside. The cradle 20 has substantially the same height as the combined height of the side surface portion 12 and the enlarged portion 13 of the pan 10.
In the first table 30, a heating device 36 is embedded on the upper surface of the table 31. The heating device 36 is, for example, an electromagnetic cooker, an electric stove, or a gas stove. When the heating device 36 is an electromagnetic cooker, at least the pan bottom 11 of the pan 10 is made of a material that can be induction-heated (for example, stainless steel SUS430).
The pan 10 placed in the cradle 20 is placed on the heating device 36. When the material of the cradle 20 is wood, the heating device 36 is preferably an electromagnetic cooker. Wood is easy to burn, but it is not induction heated even when a magnetic field is applied. For this reason, even if the pan 10 is heated with an electromagnetic cooker, there is no possibility that the cradle 20 made of wood will burn. In addition, when the material of the cradle 20 is wood, the temperature of the cradle 20 does not increase so much even when the pan 10 is filled with hot water. You can carry it with you.

FIG. 7 is a perspective view showing an example of the structure of the second table 40 on which the pan 10 is placed. FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line CC of FIG. 7 (however, the pot 10 is placed on the second table 40).
The second table 40 includes a support portion 46 and a hole 47 on the upper surface of the table 41, and a heating device 48 on the lower surface of the table 41.
The support portion 46 is recessed from the upper surface of the table 41. The shape of the inner surface of the support portion 46 is substantially the same as the shape of the outer periphery of the water blocking wall 15. The bottom surface of the support portion 46 is flat and can support the water receiving portion 14 of the pan 10.
There is a hole 47 in the center of the support portion 46, and the hole 47 passes through the base 41. The hole 47 has a shape and size into which the side surface portion 12 and the enlarged portion 13 of the pan 10 are inserted, and has a depth substantially the same as the combined height of the side surface portion 12 and the enlarged portion 13 of the pot 10.
The heating device 48 is disposed at the bottom of the hole 47 on the lower surface of the table 41. The heating device 48 can heat the pot bottom 11. The heating device 48 is, for example, an electromagnetic cooker, an electric stove, or a gas stove. When the heating device 48 is an electromagnetic cooker, at least the pan bottom 11 of the pan 10 is made of a material that can be induction-heated (for example, stainless steel SUS430).
When the material of the base 41 is wood, the heating device 48 is preferably an electromagnetic cooker. Wood is easy to burn, but it is not induction heated even when a magnetic field is applied. For this reason, even if the pot 10 is heated with an electromagnetic cooker, there is no possibility that the base 41 made of wood will burn.

As described above, according to the present invention, spillage can be suppressed even when strongly heated.

Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described above, various modifications and combinations required due to the convenience of use of the pan and other factors are described in the inventions and embodiments of the invention described in the claims.
