Description

The present invention relates to a heat insulating sash installed in an opening of a building.

Conventionally, a sash installed in an opening of a building has been required to have heat insulation, and as a sash having improved heat insulation, a frame body is configured by connecting an indoor side member and an outdoor side member with a heat insulation member. By doing so, a draw-type heat insulating sash that suppresses heat transfer between the room and the outside is known.
In such a sliding heat insulating sash, the outer guide rail of the outdoor member of the upper frame and the inner guide rail of the indoor member are covered with a resin cover member, and the outdoor side of the inner guide rail There has been known a heat insulating sash that is provided with a shielding member to prevent the outside air or the like from directly hitting the inner guide rail and thereby improve the heat insulating performance.

In the heat insulating sash of the above-mentioned Patent Document 1, by providing a shielding member, it is possible to suppress heat from being directly applied to the guide rail of the indoor side member and improve the heat insulating performance. The transfer of cold heat due to air convection generated in the space between the surfaces was not considered.
Therefore, the cold transmitted from the outdoor to the outdoor member is transmitted as radiant heat from the indoor surface of the outer guide rail of the outdoor member to the air in the space between the upper surface of the shoji and the inner peripheral surface of the upper frame. There is a possibility that air may be transmitted to the room by air convection in the space between the body and the body.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and can suppress the air convection on the indoor side of the guide rail of the upper frame between the upper surface of the shoji and the inner peripheral surface of the upper frame, thereby improving the heat insulation performance. The object is to provide an insulating sash.

The present invention relates to a frame formed by assembling the upper frame, the lower frame, and the left and right vertical frames on four sides, a shoji that is slidably opened and closed on the frame, and a resin that is disposed on the inner peripheral surface of the upper frame. The cover member is characterized in that a movable piece extending from the lower surface near the end in the prospective direction of the cover member toward the upper surface of the shoji is provided in the cover member so as to be rotatable.

The space between the upper surface of the shoji and the inner peripheral surface of the upper frame can be divided by the movable piece to suppress the convection of air in the space, and the heat insulation performance can be improved.
In addition, when the shoji is being built, the movable piece rotates upward according to the contact of the shoji, so that it can be placed closer to the upper face of the shoji without obstructing the construction. Therefore, it is not necessary to increase the swallowing amount of the upper frame, and the finding width of the upper frame can be suppressed.

The space between the joint 34 and the summon 23 of the inner shoji 2 is separated from the indoor space as a semi-enclosed space to suppress the inflow of air.

The outer shoji 3 is different from the inner shoji 2 in that the summon bowl (right vertical bowl) 34 is entirely formed of a metal material such as aluminum and is not configured as a composite bowl. And the airtight material which contact | abuts the summoning cage | basket 23 of the inner shoji 2 is attached to the outer peripheral edge part of the indoor side surface of the summoning cage | basket 34, and the summoning cage | basket 34 of the outer shoji 3 and the summing child 2 are summoned. In addition to preventing outside air from directly entering the room through the space between the reeds 23, a semi-enclosed space is formed in cooperation with the protrusion 85 of the summoned reeds (left vertical reeds) 23 of the shoji 2. ing.

-First embodiment-
The heat insulating structure in the upper frame portion of the heat insulating sash will be described in more detail with reference to the drawings.
As described above, the upper cover 11 is attached to the upper frame 11 across the outdoor upper member 111 and the indoor upper member 112 of the upper frame 11, and cold heat is directly transmitted from the outdoor upper member 111 to the room. Is prevented. The upper cover member 51 is formed of a substantially rectangular long flat plate member. As shown in FIG. 4B, a locking claw 51a protrudes upward near the outdoor end of the flat plate member. At the same time, a locking piece 51b projects from the indoor side end toward the indoor side.

On the other hand, on the upper indoor side surface of the outer guide rail 111 a of the outdoor upper member 111 of the upper frame 11, a protrusion 111 b that protrudes indoors along the length (left and right) direction is formed. At the upper end of the inner guide rail 112a of the indoor upper member 112, a shoulder 112b is formed on the outdoor side. Then, the locking claw 51a and the locking piece 51b of the upper cover member 51 are locked to the protrusion 111b of the outdoor upper member 111 and the shoulder 112b of the indoor upper member 112, respectively, so that the inner periphery of the upper frame 11 An upper cover member 51 is attached to the surface, and a heat insulating space S is formed between the upper frame 11 and the upper cover member 51.

As shown in FIG. 5A, the vicinity of the indoor side end portion of the substantially rectangular long upper cover member 51 bulges upward, and a bulging portion 511a extending in the longitudinal direction is formed. The lower side of the bulging portion 511a on the outdoor side is bent to the indoor side to form a support wall 511b, and the lower side on the indoor side of the bulging portion 511a extends downward to form an indoor side wall 511c, the lower end of which is the chamber A regulation wall 511d is formed by bending outward, and a hinge receiving portion 511 having a C-shaped cross section that opens to the outside of the lower chamber as a whole is formed.
As shown in FIG. 4B, a storage recess 512 is formed on the indoor side of the hinge receiving portion 511. The storage recess 512 is recessed continuously upward from the C-shaped opening. A convex portion 512a is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the.
When the upper cover member 51 is attached to the inner peripheral surface of the upper frame 11, the bulging portion 511 a is in contact with or close to the inner peripheral surface of the upper frame 11, so that an external force applied to the upper cover member 51 from below is applied. Can be directly transmitted to the upper frame 11, so that the upper cover member 51 can be prevented from being bent or damaged, and the convex portion 512 a abuts against the inner peripheral surface of the upper frame 11 even if it is slightly bent. Thus, the upper cover member 51 can be prevented from being greatly deformed and damaged.

As shown in FIGS. 4A and 4B, the movable piece 6 is formed of a substantially rectangular elongated flat plate member that is narrower than the upper cover member 51, and is formed at the indoor side end of the flat plate member. The hinge shaft portion 61 is formed, the connecting portion 62 formed continuously with the hinge shaft portion 61, and the flap portion 63 formed continuously with a predetermined angle with respect to the connecting portion 62.
As shown in FIG. 5A, the hinge shaft portion 61 includes a lower support shaft 611 supported by the upper surface of the restriction wall 511d and an upper support shaft 612 supported by the upper surface of the support wall 511b. The movable piece 6 is rotatably attached to the upper cover member 51 within a predetermined angle range by inserting the portion 61 from the side end surface with respect to the hinge receiving portion 511 of the upper cover member 51.
The flap portion 63 is formed thick on the anti-hinge shaft portion side, and as shown in FIG. 5B, the tip lower corner portion is formed as a tapered surface 63a that is obliquely chamfered.

As shown by the solid line in FIG. 4B, the movable piece 6 having the hinge shaft portion 61 attached to the indoor-side hinge receiving portion 511 that is closer to the end in the prospective direction of the upper cover member 51 is a hinge. The flap portion 63 extends from the shaft portion 61 toward the lower outdoor side, and the outdoor distal end portion of the flap portion 63 is disposed so as to be close to the upper (outer peripheral) surface of the upper collar 31 of the outer panel 3.
At this time, as shown in FIG. 5A, the hinge shaft portion 61 inserted into the hinge receiving portion 511 having a C-shaped cross section has the lower support shaft 611 supported by the upper surface of the restriction wall 511d. The upper support shaft 612 is brought into contact with the upper surface of the support wall 511b, and the inner side surface of the connecting portion 62 is brought into contact with the tip of the restriction wall 511d, whereby the rotation of the flap portion 63 is restricted, and the upper cover member 51. In contrast, it is maintained in an inclined state at an angle α (approximately 20 degrees) of less than 45 degrees. The flap portion 63 has a thick portion formed on the side opposite to the hinge shaft portion as a weight, and can stably maintain the inclined state.
A semi-enclosed space s <b> 1 is formed between the upper collar 31 of the outer cover 3 and the upper frame 11 by setting the distance y between the distal end of the flap 63 and the upper surface of the upper arm 31 of the outer cover 3 to 10 mm or less. Can be formed.

In the first embodiment, the movable piece 6 is disposed so as to be inclined downward from the indoor side toward the outdoor side in the prospective direction of the upper cover member 51, and the inclination angle is made horizontal by the hinge receiving portion 511. Since the angle is restricted to 45 degrees or less, the hinge shaft portion 61 on the indoor side is moved against the force of the upper edge of the shoji that comes into contact with the lower surface of the flap portion 63 when the outer shoji 3 is erected from the indoor side. Since it can rotate smoothly as a center, the deformation | transformation and damage of the movable piece 6 can be prevented.
The upper cover member 51 is formed with a storage recess 512 so that the movable piece 6 rotated upward can be stored. Therefore, the inner peripheral surface of the outdoor upper member 111 of the upper frame 11 and the upper cover While forming the heat insulation space S with the member 51, the swallowing amount of the shoji for the tendon can be taken sufficiently.

-Second Embodiment-
A second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
In the second embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6A, the mounting position of the movable piece 6 with respect to the upper cover member 51 is closer to the outside in the prospective direction of the upper cover member 51, and accordingly, the flap portion 63 is attached. Is different from the first embodiment in that it is inclined downward toward the indoor side. Specifically, the hinge receiving portion 511 of the upper cover member 51 is disposed on the outdoor side closer to the end in the prospective direction of the upper cover member 51, and the hinge receiving portion 511 of the upper cover member 51 is hinged to the outdoor hinge receiving portion 511. In the movable piece 6 to which the shaft portion 61 is attached, the flap portion 63 extends downward on the indoor side, and the indoor-side tip portion of the flap portion 63 is close to the upper (outer peripheral) surface of the upper collar 31 of the outer shroud 3. It is arranged so as to be close to the inner guide rail 112a.
For this reason, as shown in FIG. 6 (b), the upper arm 31 of the outer cover 3 is set to a distance y of 10 mm or less from the upper surface of the upper arm 31 of the outer cover 3 as in the first embodiment. A semi-enclosed space s2 can be formed between the inner guide rail 112a and the upper frame 11, and the distance x between the inner guide rail 112a and the outer surface of the inner guide rail 112a is set to 10 mm or less, so that the movable piece can be moved to the outer side of the inner guide rail 112a. Since the semi-sealed space s3 by 6 can be formed, the heat transfer from the upper frame can be further suppressed, and the heat insulating performance of the entire heat insulating sash can be improved.

In addition, since the front-end | tip part of the flap part 63 of the movable piece 6 is formed as the taper surface 63a by which the lower corner | angular part was diagonally chamfered, when installing a shoji from the indoor side by jerking, the upper end of the shoji is the flap part 63. Can be prevented from catching on the flap 63, and can be smoothly rotated around the hinge shaft 61 on the outdoor side against the contact of the upper end of the shoji. Thus, the shoji can be swallowed sufficiently, and deformation and breakage of the movable piece 6 can be prevented.

-Third embodiment-
As shown in FIG. 7A, the third embodiment of the present invention is the second embodiment in that the attachment portion of the movable piece 6 with respect to the upper cover member 51 is constituted by a narrow portion having elasticity. It is different from the example. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 7B, the movable piece 6 is integrally formed with the upper cover member 51 via a narrow elastic connecting portion 64, and the elastic connecting portion 64 The flap part 63 is configured to be inclined with respect to the upper cover member 51 at an angle of approximately 20 degrees due to elasticity.
When the upper cover member 51 and the flap portion 63 are formed, the upper cover member 51 is adjusted by appropriately adjusting the thickness of the tip portion of the flap portion 63 and the elasticity and thickness of the material used for the elastic connecting portion 64. Although the inclination angle of the flap part 63 when attached to the can be adjusted, the inclination angle adjustment of the flap part 63 may be performed by an appropriate method, for example, by providing a rotation restricting means or the like.
Thus, by providing the movable piece 6 integrally with the upper cover member 51, the manufacturing cost can be reduced, and the mounting work of the movable piece 6 with respect to the upper cover member 51 can be omitted. can do.

As described above, in the heat insulating sash according to the embodiment of the present invention, since the resin cover member is disposed on the inner peripheral surface of the upper frame, cold heat can be directly transmitted into the room from the metal upper frame member. Furthermore, heat insulation performance can be improved by providing a space between the cover member and the upper frame.
And since the movable piece which is inclined and arranged toward the upper surface of the shoji from the indoor side portion or the outdoor side near portion in the expected direction of the cover member is provided, the space between the upper frame and the upper surface of the shoji Since it can be divided, the convection generated in the space is divided to suppress the transmission of cold heat, and the divided space can be configured as a semi-enclosed space by bringing the movable piece close to the upper surface of the shoji. Furthermore, the heat insulation performance can be further improved.
Moreover, since the movable piece is rotatable upward with respect to the cover member in the mounted state, the movable piece rotates upward by contacting the upper side of the shoji when the shoji is installed with the Kendon against the frame. It is possible to escape, to maintain a sufficient swallowing dimension in the upper frame, to reduce the width of the upper frame, and to provide a heat insulating sash excellent in daylighting and design.

The shape of the movable piece is not particularly limited to a flat plate shape, and may be a hollow shape.
In addition, it is desirable to form a semi-enclosed space so that the dimensions of the tip and the upper side of the shoji are about 10 mm or less, but a certain amount of convection can be suppressed by placing a movable piece in the space. And the heat insulation performance can be improved.
