Description

The present invention relates to a heat insulating sash installed in an opening of a building.

Conventionally, a sash installed in an opening of a building has been required to have a heat insulation property, and the frame body is configured by connecting an indoor side member and an outdoor side member with a heat insulating member, so that heat can be spread indoors and outdoors. Draw-type thermal insulation sashes that prevent transmission are known.
In such a sliding-type heat insulating sash, a cover member made of resin is covered between the outer guide rail of the outdoor member and the inner guide rail of the indoor member, and a shielding member is provided outside the inner guide rail. There has been known a heat insulating sash that improves the heat insulating performance by preventing the outside air or the like from directly hitting the inner guide rail.

Normally, the sliding insulation sash is tightly sealed between the shoji and the frame, blocking the outdoor and indoor spaces, but the air to which cold heat is transmitted through the guide rail etc. By convection in the space between the two, cold heat is transmitted to the indoor space, leading to a decrease in heat insulation performance. In particular, between the upper surface of the shoji and the inner peripheral surface of the upper frame, it is necessary to secure a large space for the purpose of securing the standing dimension by Kendon, and the shoji, frame and tight material are used because the shoji is slid. There was also a restriction on the contact between the top and bottom, and the transfer of cold heat due to air convection in a large space between the upper surface of the shoji and the inner peripheral surface of the upper frame was not negligible.
In the heat insulating sash of the above-mentioned patent document 1, by providing a shielding member, it is possible to suppress the presence of outside air directly on the guide rail of the indoor side member and improve the heat insulating performance. The transfer of cold by air convection in the space between the surfaces was not considered.
Therefore, the cold heat transmitted from the outdoor to the outdoor member is transmitted to the air as radiant heat from the indoor surface of the guide rail of the outdoor member, and further transmitted to the indoor by air convection in the space between the shoji and the frame. There was a possibility.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and suppresses convection of air on the indoor side of the guide rail of the upper frame between the upper surface of the shoji and the inner peripheral surface of the upper frame, and from the indoor side surface of the guide rail of the upper frame. An object of the present invention is to provide a heat insulating sash capable of improving the heat insulating performance by preventing the cold heat from being transferred into the room.

The present invention is characterized in that a protruding portion interposed between the upper surface of the shoji and the inner peripheral surface of the upper frame is provided at a position on the indoor side from the shoji guide rail of the upper frame, and the protruding portion is deformable and recoverable. To do.

In the space between the upper surface of the shoji and the inner peripheral surface of the upper frame, a protrusion is provided at a position on the indoor side with respect to the guide rail of the upper frame to provide a protrusion between the upper surface of the shoji and the inner peripheral surface of the upper frame. By separating the space between the section and the guide rail and the indoor space, it is possible to suppress convection to the indoor space of air to which cold heat is transmitted by radiant heat from the guide rail or the like. And since the projecting part is provided so that it can be deformed and restored, the projecting part is deformed even if the shoji comes into contact with the projecting part during the construction of the shoji, and when the construction is finished, the projecting part is restored to maintain the predetermined shape. Therefore, the protruding portion can be brought closer to the upper frame or the upper arm of the shoji, and the flow of air from the space to the indoor space can be reliably suppressed.

-First embodiment-
The heat insulation sash of the 1st Embodiment of this invention is demonstrated with reference to FIG.
(Frame structure)
The upper frame 11 is a connection made of a heat insulating material such as a resin connecting the outdoor upper member 111 and the indoor upper member 112, and the outdoor upper member 111 and the indoor upper member 112 formed of a metal material such as aluminum. The member 113 and the resin upper member 114 made of resin are disposed and fixed on the inner periphery of the lower surface of the indoor upper member 112.
An outer guide rail (guide rail) 111a for guiding the outer shoji 3 is suspended from the lower surface of the outdoor upper member 111 which is closer to the outdoor side. An inner guide rail (guide rail) 112a for guiding 2 is suspended.

The resin upper member 114 includes an outdoor wall portion 114a that covers the indoor surface of the inner guide rail 112a of the indoor upper member 112, an upper wall portion 114b that covers the lower surface of the indoor upper member 112, and an indoor side end of the upper wall portion 114b. It consists of an indoor wall portion 114c that hangs downward and a forehead portion 114d that extends from the lower end of the indoor wall portion 114c to the indoor side.
And in the state which engaged the upper wall part 114b of the resin upper member 114 with the indoor side upper member 112, it fixes to the opening part of a building firmly by fixing several places from the inner peripheral side with the screw g etc. which penetrate both. Installed.

Between the outer guide rail 111a and the inner guide rail 112a, an inter-rail upper cover 51 made of resin that covers the lower surface of the outdoor upper member 111 is disposed.
The inter-rail upper cover 51 is configured as a substantially flat plate-like long member having substantially half the length of the upper frame 11, and at least a windshield plate installed above the summing portion of the upper frame 11. d is disposed between the left vertical frame 14 and the inside and outside of the outer shoji 2 and 3 to prevent cold from being transmitted to the room from the lower surface of the outdoor upper member 111 exposed to the room. .

Further, the bottom surface of the upper rail-to-rail cover 51 on the indoor side of the outer guide rail 111a and the lower surface of the upper wall portion 114b of the upper resin member 114 on the indoor side of the inner guide rail 112a are finned with a soft material such as soft resin. The protrusions 71 and 72 are suspended so as to be inclined toward the room as they go downward, and are provided so as to be close to or in contact with the outer surfaces of the inner and outer nails 3 and 2.

Since the protrusions 71 and 72 are formed of a soft material so that they can be deformed and restored, when the inner and outer shojis 2 and 3 are stood up with Kendon, the fin-like protrusions 71 and 72 are easily deformed. The standing work can be performed smoothly. Further, after construction, the lower end of the projecting portions 71, 72 can be restored to the original shape, and can be brought close to or in contact with the upper surface of the outer shoji 2, 3, so the inner peripheral surface of the upper frame 11 and the inner shoji The projecting portions 71 and 72 can block at least a part of the interval after the completion of the construction while securing a sufficient space to enable the shoji to be installed between the top surfaces of the second and third surfaces.

Thereby, the space between the inner peripheral surface of the upper frame 11 on the indoor side of the outer and inner guide rails 111a and 112a and the upper surface of the inner and outer nails 3 and 2 is separated from the indoor space, and the outer and inner guide rails 111a and 112a are separated. The convection which the air to which cold heat was transmitted from the indoor side surface of this through the space flows into the room is suppressed.

Furthermore, since the protrusions 71 and 72 are suspended while being inclined so as to become the indoor side as going downward, the deformation during the construction of the shoji is uniformly performed over the entire length in the longitudinal direction, and twisting or the like is performed in the middle. Can be prevented, and a good proximity or contact state can be maintained during restoration.

The fin-like protrusions 71 and 72 can be formed as a soft resin by being integrally formed with the resin shape of the upper cover 51 between the rails or the resin upper member 114, but only the fin-like protrusions 71 and 72 are formed. Can be formed separately and attached to the upper cover 51 between the rails or the resin upper member 114 by engaging means or the like. Further, the projecting portions 71 and 72 may be a hard fin member supported so as to swing by a semicircular hollow portion or a hinge portion formed of a soft material, or may be provided on the upper surface of the shoji. . In addition, there is no particular limitation as long as it is a member that is deformed when the shoji is stowed and can be restored after the stowing is completed.

A protrusion 81 is provided outside the lower end of the indoor wall portion 114c of the resin upper member 114 so as to be close to the indoor side surface of the upper collar 21 of the inner shoji 2. The protrusion 81 is formed as a fin piece formed integrally with the resin upper member 114, and the inner guide rail 112 a and the resin upper member 114 are fixed by separating the space on the upper surface of the inner shoji 2 from the indoor space. The air to which the cold heat is transmitted through the screw g is prevented from flowing into the room by convection between the upper surface of the inner impeller 2 and the lower surface of the upper frame 11.
Since the protrusion 81 separates the space on the upper surface of the inner shoji 2 from the indoor space and air convection is suppressed, not only the cold heat transmitted by the inner guide rail 112a but also the screw g that fixes the resin upper member 114 is transmitted. It is possible to suppress the cold heat that is generated, and to obtain better heat insulation performance. Furthermore, by forming the fin-like projecting portion 72 and the projecting portion 81 on the resin upper member 114, a space surrounded by the resin material can be formed by the resin portions of the frame body and the shoji and the projecting portions 72 and 81. , Heat insulation can be improved.

The lower frame 12 is a connection made of an outdoor lower member 121 and an indoor lower member 122 made of a metal material such as aluminum, and a heat insulating material such as a resin that connects the outdoor lower member 121 and the indoor lower member 122. A member 123 and a resin-made resin lower member 124 disposed and fixed on the inner periphery of the upper surface of the indoor lower member 122 are configured.
An outer guide rail 121a that guides the shoji is provided on the upper surface of the outdoor lower member 121 on the outside of the room, and an inner guide rail 122a that guides the shoji from the outdoor end of the indoor lower member 122 is provided. .
Between the outer guide rail 121a and the inner guide rail 122a, a resin lower rail cover 52 that covers the upper surface of the outdoor lower member 121 is disposed.

The lower cover 52 between the rails is configured as a substantially flat plate-like long member having substantially half the length of the lower frame 12, and at least a summing block installed at a position below the summing portion of the lower frame 12. It is arranged between the left vertical frame 14 (not shown) and suppresses the transmission of cold heat from the upper surface of the outdoor lower member 121 exposed indoors when the inner and outer shoji 2, 3 are closed. doing.

The resin lower member 124 includes a bottom wall portion 124a covering the upper surface of the indoor side lower member 122, an indoor wall portion 124b extending upward from the indoor side end of the bottom wall portion 124a, and an indoor side from the upper end of the indoor wall portion 124b. The projection 82 is provided on the outside of the upper end chamber of the indoor wall 124b of the lower resin member 124 so as to be close to the indoor side surface of the lower collar 22 of the inner shoji 2. The space between the inner peripheral surface of the lower frame 12 on the indoor side of the inner guide rail 122a and the upper surface of the inner shoji 2 is separated from the indoor space, and the air to which the cold is transmitted from the inner side surface of the inner guide rail 122a to the indoor space. Convection is suppressed.

The right vertical frame 13 is formed of a metal material such as aluminum, and a main body member 131 provided with a pulling piece 131a with which a pulling block f arranged on the door toe 23 of the shoji 2 is in contact with the inner peripheral surface. The resin right member 132 is disposed and fixed on the inner peripheral surface on the indoor side of the main body member 131.

The resin right member 132 includes an attachment portion 132a engaged with the main body member 131, a right vertical wall portion 132b extending in the inner circumferential direction from the indoor side end of the attachment portion 132a, and an inner peripheral side end of the right vertical wall portion 132b.
-Second Embodiment-
A second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.
In the second embodiment, in addition to the projecting portion 71 on the lower surface of the upper rail-to-rail cover 51, further, a fin piece (projecting portion) that inclines so as to become the outdoor side toward the indoor side of the projecting portion 71. 73 is made to hang down.

In the case of a heat insulating sash that is not so high in required heat insulating performance, the upper cover 51 between the rails can be omitted in a region where the shoji 2 is present in the closed state of the shoji from the viewpoint of manufacturing cost reduction or the like. In order to enhance the performance, it is desirable to provide the inter-rail upper cover 51 also in the region where the shoji 2 is present in the shoji closed state. In that case, as shown in FIG. 4, by providing a rail-to-rail upper cover 51 having a fin piece (protrusion) 73 that is close to or abutting on the upper surface of the inner impingement 2 in the region where the inner impingement 2 exists. A space is formed between the fin piece (projecting portion) 73 and the inner guide rail 112a, and the heat insulation effect can be enhanced.

And the upper cover 51 between rails of 2nd Embodiment can combine the upper cover 51 between rails provided in the area | region in which the external shoji 3 exists, and the upper cover 51 between rails provided in the area | region in which the internal shingles 2 exist. Therefore, it is only necessary to select whether or not to provide the upper cover 51 between the rails in the area where the inner sward 2 is present without designing a new upper cover between the rails, and the member management is easy. Become.

Further, in the second embodiment, the fin piece (protruding portion) 71 close to the upper end of the outer obstacle 3 has a lower end inclined to the indoor side, and the fin piece (protruding portion) 73 close to the upper end of the inner obstacle 2. Since the lower end is inclined to the outdoor side, the fin pieces (projections) 71 and 73 are inside the guide grooves at the upper ends of the upper collars 21 and 31 of the shoji 2, 3 when being built with Kendon. It can be prevented from being caught and construction is easy.

-Third embodiment-
A third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.
In the third embodiment, the protrusions interposed between the inner peripheral surface of the upper frame 11 and the upper surfaces of the inner and outer shojis 2 and 3 are the upper surfaces of the upper and lower interior side portions 212 and 312 of the inner and outer shojis 2 and 3. The fin pieces (projecting portions) 74 and 75 are provided so as to be inclined toward the outdoor side as they go further upward. The tips of the fin pieces (projecting portions) 74 and 75 are the upper cover 51 between the rail and the resin. It is close to or in contact with the lower surface of the upper member 114.

Also in the third embodiment, after the shoji is completed, fins (protrusions) 74 and 75 that are restored so as to be close to or in contact with the lower surfaces of the upper cover 51 between the rails and the upper resin member 114, It is possible to suppress convection of air transmitted with cold heat from the guide rails 111a and 112a into the room, and to improve heat insulation performance.

-Fourth Embodiment-
A fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.
In the fourth embodiment, the protrusions interposed between the inner peripheral surface of the upper frame 11 and the inner and upper surfaces of the outer shoji 2, 3 are formed of a soft material and have a predetermined width in the expected direction. It is constituted by a hollow portion (projecting portion) 76 having a substantially inverted trapezoidal cross section that is close to or in contact with the upper surfaces of the shojis 2 and 3.

In the fourth embodiment, the hollow portion (projecting portion) 76 formed on the lower surface of the inter-rail upper cover 51 can suppress the convection into the room of the air to which the cold heat is transmitted from the outer guide rail 111a. The heat insulation performance can be further improved by the air layer inside the hollow portion (projecting portion) 76. Moreover, since the hollow part (protrusion part) 76 is formed in a substantially inverted trapezoidal cross section having a predetermined width, when it is provided in a region where the shoji 2 is present when the shoji is closed, the inner guide of the shoji 2 is provided. It is possible to prevent the outside air from directly hitting the rail 112a.

Furthermore, since the hollow part (projection part) 76 is formed in a substantially inverted trapezoidal cross section, it is possible to suppress twisting deformation of the hollow part (projection part) 76 when the shoji is built, and the appearance design deteriorates. Can be prevented.

The heat insulating sash provided with the portions 81, 82, and 83 was used, and the fin-like protruding portion 71 and the protruding portions 81, 82, and 83 were not provided as a comparative example.
Table 1 shows the heat transmissivity of Examples 1 and 2 and Comparative Example of the present invention.
The heat transmissivity is used as one of the criteria for evaluating the heat insulation performance of the sash and the like, and the amount of heat passing through 1 m 2 per hour when the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the sash and the like is 1 degree. Expressed in watts, the smaller the value, the better the heat insulation.
In the table, LE3-G16-3 is Low-E 3 mm glass + intermediate gas layer 16 mm + float transparent 3 mm glass double layer glass, and LE3-A16-3 is Low-E 3 mm glass + intermediate air layer 16 Multi-layer glass of millimeter + float transparent 3 mm glass, 3-G16-3, indicates a double-layer glass of float transparent 3 mm glass + medium air layer 10 mm + float transparent 3 mm glass.

Figure 2016070029

From Table 1, in any sash using any multilayer glass, a comparative example in which no protrusion is provided on any side of the window frame by providing a fin-like protrusion 71 on the lower surface of the upper cover 51 between the rails. On the other hand, the heat transmissibility is improved by 0.04 to 0.05 points, and furthermore, by providing the protrusions 81, 82 and 83 on the resin upper member 114, the resin lower member 124 and the resin right member 132, respectively, It is improved by 0.04 to 0.05 points, and it can be seen that the heat insulation of the sash is improved.

As described above, by interposing a protrusion that can be deformed and restored in the space between the inner peripheral surface of the upper frame 11 on the indoor side of the outer and inner guide rails 111a and 112a and the upper surface of the inner and outer impellers 2 and 3, During the construction work of the external shoji 2 and 3 by Kendon, it easily deforms and does not get in the way, and when the construction work is finished, it is restored to its original shape, and the inner peripheral surface of the upper frame 11 and the inside and outside Since it can be brought close to or in contact with either of the upper surfaces of the shoji 2 and 3, a sufficient space is provided to allow the shoji to be built between the inner peripheral surface of the upper frame 11 and the upper surface of the outer shoji 2 and 3. The fin pieces (protruding portions) 71 and 72 can close at least a part of the interval after the completion of the erection, and the upper frame 11 has an inner peripheral surface and an inner surface of the outer shoji 2,3. Air convection between them can be suppressed.
And, by projecting the projecting portion at an angle, the deformation during the construction of the shoji is uniformly performed over the entire length in the longitudinal direction, and it is possible to prevent twisting and the like from occurring in the middle, and good proximity when restoring Alternatively, the contact state can be maintained.
The protrusion may be provided on the indoor side of either the inner guide rail or the outer guide rail, but it is provided on the indoor side of both the inner guide rail and the outer guide rail. It is preferable to suppress air convection over the entire length of the upper frame 11 by making them approach.
Further, the resin upper member 114, the protrusions 81 and 82 provided at the inner peripheral end of the resin upper member 114, and the protrusions 83 and 84 provided at the inner peripheral end of the resin right member 55 and the resin left member 56. , And in cooperation with the protrusions 71 and 72 provided on the rail upper cover 51 and the resin upper member 114, it is possible to prevent the transfer of cold heat due to air convection over the four circumferences of the heat insulating sash. A heat insulating structure can be obtained.

In addition, it is preferable that the projecting portion is in contact with either the upper frame or the upper collar, or is about 2 mm or less, but if close enough to be about 10 mm or less, convection can be suppressed to some extent. Insulation performance can be improved.
