前記窓枠に固定された基体に支持され、手動又は電動で駆動される駆動軸と、
前記基体に支持され、前記駆動軸の回転に連動して垂直軸又は水平軸まわりに回動する回動体と、
前記窓枠に沿って左右方向又は上下方向にスライド可能に支持され、前記回動体の回動に連動して前記窓枠に沿って左右方向又は上下方向にスライドする、左右方向又は上下方向に長い連動部材と、
前記連動部材により駆動されて室内外方向へ伸縮して前記障子を開閉する開閉操作アームとを備え、
前記開閉操作アームは、第1揺動アーム及び第2揺動アームにより構成され、
前記第1揺動アームは、基端部が前記連動部材に対して垂直軸又は水平軸まわりに揺動可能にかつ左右方向又は上下方向にスライド可能に支持されるとともに、先端部が前記第2揺動アームの中間部に枢結され、
前記第2揺動アームは、基端部が前記窓枠に対して垂直軸又は水平軸まわりに揺動可能に支持されるとともに、先端部が前記障子に対して左右方向又は上下方向にスライド可能に支持されることを特徴とする窓開閉装置。
