Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a traveling device, and relates to a traveling device capable of improving straightness.
Conventionally, there is a traveling device (omnidirectional wheel) in which a plurality of crawlers are arranged around a rolling shaft (Patent Document 1). This traveling device can move forward and backward by rotating the rolling shaft and rotating the crawler around the rolling shaft, and can traverse by stopping the rotation of the rolling shaft and rotating the crawler, and rotating the rolling shaft. However, it can be skewed by rotating the crawler. The plurality of crawlers include a drive crawler and a driven crawler that is driven by the drive crawler by meshing with the drive crawler and a transmission mechanism such as a gear and a belt. The drive crawler and the driven crawler are alternately arranged around the rolling shaft.
However, in the above conventional technique, the rotational speed of the driven crawler may be slower than the rotational speed of the drive crawler due to the transmission mechanism for following the driven crawler. When the traveling device is skewed, the drive crawler and the driven crawler are alternately grounded. Therefore, when the driven crawler is grounded, the lateral movement is instantaneously slowed. When the drive crawler is grounded, the lateral movement is instantaneous. Or get faster. Therefore, there is a problem that the straight traveling performance of the traveling device is deteriorated.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a traveling device that can improve straightness.
According to the traveling device of the first aspect, the first rotating shaft rotates by the driving force generated by the first driving unit, and the frame rotates around the first rotating shaft by the rotation of the first rotating shaft. A plurality of crawlers supported by the frame and stretched along the axial direction of the first rotating shaft are arranged in the circumferential direction of the first rotating shaft. The driving force generated by the second driving unit fixed to the frame is directly transmitted to all of the plurality of crawlers by the power transmission unit to rotate the crawler. As a result, a difference in rotational speed between the plurality of crawlers can be suppressed, so that when the crawler rotating while rotating the first rotation shaft changes the grounding crawler, the movement due to the crawler rotation is instantaneously increased. Or slowing down. As a result, there is an effect that the straightness of the traveling device can be improved.
According to the traveling device of the second aspect, the plurality of crawlers include the plurality of first crawlers and the plurality of second crawlers respectively disposed between the first crawlers adjacent in the circumferential direction of the first rotation shaft. Prepare. The ground contact surfaces on the side away from the axis of the first rotation shaft of the plurality of first crawlers and second crawlers are formed in an arc shape having the same distance from the axis of the first rotation shaft. The gap between the first crawler and the second crawler is recessed toward the first rotation shaft with respect to the ground contact surface on the side away from the axis of the first rotation shaft of the first crawler and the second crawler. When the gap between the ground contact surfaces on the side away from the axis of the rotating shaft is large, the traveling device easily swings up and down when the grounding crawler changes. On the other hand, since a part of both ends in the width direction of the second crawler is surrounded by the first crawler, the gap between the ground contact surfaces on the side away from the axis of the first rotation shaft by bringing the first crawler and the second crawler close to each other. Can be reduced. Thereby, in addition to the effect of Claim 1, there exists an effect which can suppress the up-and-down swing of the traveling apparatus when the grounding crawler changes.
According to the traveling device of the third aspect, since the width of the second crawler in which part of both ends in the width direction is surrounded by the first crawler is larger than the width of the first crawler, the first crawler and the second crawler are mutually connected. The gap between the ground contact surfaces closer to and away from the axis of the first rotation shaft can be made smaller. As a result, in addition to the effect of the second aspect, there is an effect that the traveling device can be further prevented from shaking up and down when the crawler to be grounded changes.
According to the traveling device of the fourth aspect, the frame is inclined between the first crawler adjacent to the end of the first rotating shaft in the axial direction and the circumferential direction of the first rotating shaft from the second crawler. Parts are provided. The inclined portion is inclined toward the axial center of the first rotation shaft as it is away from the second crawler. When there is an obstacle that needs to get over the road surface on which the traveling device travels, the obstacle can be overcome by sliding the inclined portion against the obstacle and lifting the traveling device. In addition, since the inclined portion is located on the axial center side of the first rotating shaft with respect to the ground contact surface on the side away from the axial center of the first rotating shaft of the second crawler, the inclined portion becomes the road surface when the road surface is flat. Contact can be prevented. As a result, in addition to the effect of the second or third aspect, there is an effect that the traversability of the traveling device can be improved.
According to the traveling device of the fifth aspect, the inclined portions are respectively provided on both end sides in the axial direction of the first rotation shaft with respect to the second crawler. The inclined portion is positioned on the axial center side of the first rotating shaft with respect to the imaginary line connecting the end portions in the width direction of the ground contact surface on the side away from the axial center of the first rotating shaft in the first crawler adjacent to the inclined portion. To do. Thereby, when the slope part of one side gets on the obstacle of a road surface, it can prevent that the slope part of an other side contacts a road surface. As a result, in addition to the effect of the fourth aspect, there is an effect that the traversability of the traveling device can be further improved.
According to the traveling device of claim 6, the power transmission unit includes a second rotating shaft whose axis coincides with the axis of the first rotating shaft, and a tooth portion provided in a spiral shape on the outer peripheral surface of the second rotating shaft. With. The tooth portions respectively contact a plurality of crawlers whose distances from the axis of the first rotation shaft are set to be the same. By rotating the helical tooth portion around the second rotation shaft, the driving force in the axial direction of the second rotation shaft is transmitted from the tooth portion to the plurality of crawlers. Since the rotational speed difference between the plurality of crawlers can be suppressed while simplifying the power transmission unit, the simplified power transmission unit has an effect of improving the straightness of the traveling device.
By arranging a plurality of disk parts whose central axes are supported by the second rotation axis so that the shape connecting the outer peripheral edges on the side away from the second rotation axis is formed in a spiral shape, a plurality of disk parts A tooth part is formed by this. Since the disk portion rotates around the central axis, friction in the circumferential direction of the second rotation shaft due to contact between the outer peripheral edge of the disk portion and the crawler can be reduced. As a result, in addition to the effect of any one of claims 1 to 5, since wear of the disk portion and the crawler can be suppressed, the durability of the disk portion and the crawler can be improved.
According to the travel device of claim 7, the power transmission unit includes a second rotating shaft whose axial center coincides with the axial center of the first rotating shaft, and a tooth portion spirally provided on the outer peripheral surface of the second rotating shaft. With. The flank of the tooth portion contacts a plurality of convex portions provided on a plurality of crawlers whose distances from the axis of the first rotation shaft are set to be the same. By rotating the helical tooth portion around the second rotation shaft, the driving force in the axial direction of the second rotation shaft is transmitted from the tooth portion to the plurality of crawlers. Further, since the flank of the tooth portion and the convex portion are in contact with each other, the driving force in the axial direction of the second rotating shaft can be reliably transmitted from the tooth portion to the plurality of crawlers. As a result, while simplifying the power transmission part, the transmission of driving force can be ensured and the rotational speed difference between multiple crawlers can be further suppressed, so the straightness of the traveling device is further improved by the simplified power transmission part There is an effect that can be done.
When the convex portion is bent in the crawler rotating direction by the rotation of the crawler, the amount of elongation of the convex portion increases toward the outside of the rotation (the leading end side of the convex portion), and resistance due to the elongation occurs. Since the front end side of the convex portion is divided by the cut portion provided in the convex portion, the amount of elongation on the front end side of the convex portion can be reduced, and the resistance due to the elongation can be reduced. As a result, in addition to the effect of any one of claims 1 to 5, the crawler can be smoothly rotated.

As shown in FIGS. 4A and 4B, the
The frame
The
The

Next, the internal structure of the traveling
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the
Since the
The connecting
The
The traveling
The second
Here, the
The
Returning to FIG. 5 and FIG. As shown in FIG. 5, the
Since the
As shown in FIG. 6, the
As a result, the driving force in the direction of the axis C can be transmitted from the
Next, a traveling method of the traveling
As described above, the traveling
When the traveling
In the present embodiment, the driving force generated by the
Next, with reference to FIG. 8A and FIG. 8B, an operation in which the traveling
As shown in FIG. 8A, there is an obstacle O that must be overcome on the road surface S on which the traveling
When the traveling
As illustrated in FIG. 8B, when the traveling
Further, since the
In addition, since the recessed
According to the traveling
In the present embodiment, since a part of both ends in the width direction of the
Since the width of the
When the distance from the axis C to the
Since the
Since the
Next, a second embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 9 (a) and 9 (b). In the first embodiment, the first end portion 31 (
FIG. 9A is a front view of the traveling
As shown in FIG. 9A, the
The
As shown in FIG. 9 (b), the inclined portion 73a of the second end 73 is slid with respect to the obstacle O, and the second end 73 side of the traveling device 70 (FIG. 9 (b) the back side of the paper surface) is moved. When it is lifted, the
On the other hand, in the present embodiment, since the
The present invention has been described above based on the embodiments. However, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various improvements and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention. It can be easily guessed. For example, the shapes and dimensions of the
In the first embodiment, the case where the
In the first embodiment described above, the case where the four
In the first embodiment, the case where the
In the first embodiment, the case where the
In the first embodiment, the
Further, the plurality of shoes can be connected to each other by omitting the
In the first embodiment, the case where the plurality of
