Description

The present invention relates to a knitted fabric composed of a double-sided tissue and a garment including the same.

A knitted fabric having a double-sided structure is also called a double knitting, and is a general term for a knitted fabric that is knitted by double-sided joining in which a knitting needle of two rows of needle beds is directly opposed in a weft knitting machine. When knitted with a circular knitting machine, it may be called smooth knitting (interlock). Patent Document 1 proposes a multilayered fabric in which a polyester multifilament yarn is used as an inner layer, an outer layer, and a binding yarn to form a knitted fabric, and the knitted fabric is hydrophilized. Patent Document 2 proposes a knitted fabric having a double-sided structure in which an inner layer is a polypropylene multifilament yarn, an outer layer is an acrylic spun yarn, and a binding yarn is a polyester multifilament yarn. Patent Document 3 proposes a knitted fabric having a double-sided structure in which a polypropylene multifilament yarn is used for the inner layer and a polyester multifilament yarn is used for the outer layer, and the outer layer is processed with a hydrophilic resin.

However, when the conventional knitted fabric is made into a garment, there is a problem in warmth and comfort, and further improvement has been demanded.
In order to solve the above-described conventional problems, the present invention provides a warm and comfortable double-sided knitted fabric and a garment including the same.

The double-sided knitted fabric of the present invention is a double-sided knitted fabric including an inner layer on the skin side, an outer layer on the outside air side, and a binding yarn connecting the inner layer and the outer layer, and the inner layer is composed of a yarn containing polypropylene fibers. The outer layer is made of yarn containing animal hair fibers and polyester fibers, the binding yarn is made of yarn containing polyester fibers, and the outer layer and the polyester fibers of the binding yarn have water-absorbing diffusibility. And

The garment of the present invention is a garment including the double-sided knitted fabric.

In the double-sided knitted fabric of the present invention, the inner layer is composed of a yarn containing polypropylene fiber, the outer layer is composed of a yarn including animal hair fiber and polyester fiber, and the binding yarn is composed of a yarn including polyester fiber, and the outer layer and Since the polyester fiber of the binding yarn has water absorption and diffusibility, it is possible to provide a warm and comfortable double-sided knitted fabric and a garment including the knitted fabric. That is, when the inner layer contains a yarn containing polypropylene fibers and the outer layer contains animal hair fibers, it is excellent in heat retention and warm. Further, since the outer layer and the polyester fiber of the binding yarn have water-absorbing diffusibility, moisture on the skin side diffuses to the front side, and the skin side is a yarn containing polypropylene with an official moisture content of 0%. Does not remain. Therefore, even if the sweating occurs and the moisture content of the clothes increases, the skin side is not sticky and is kept dry. In addition, the garment of the present invention has a low thermal conductivity, is warm, has high moisture absorption and moisture release, has a high odor reduction rate, is warm and comfortable, has washability, and can be washed in the home.

FIG. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a double-sided knitted fabric according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a knitting structure diagram of the double-sided knitted fabric.

The present invention is a double-sided knitted fabric including an inner layer, an outer layer, and a binding yarn that connects the inner layer and the outer layer. The double-sided knitted fabric may be a weft knitted fabric (including a circular knitted fabric) or a warp knitted fabric. The inner layer is composed of yarn containing polypropylene fiber, the outer layer is composed of yarn containing animal hair fiber and polyester fiber, the binding yarn is composed of yarn containing polyester fiber, and the outer layer and polyester fiber of the binding yarn are water-absorbing and diffusing. Have sex.

The yarn containing animal hair fibers and polyester fibers in the outer layer is preferably a long / short composite spun yarn containing animal hair fibers and polyester multifilament yarn, or a mixed spun yarn of animal hair fibers and polyester fibers. When the polyester fiber is included, the dimensional stability is improved, and it is washable and can be washed at home. The blended spun yarn or long / short composite spun yarn of animal hair fiber and polyester fiber is preferably 30 to 100 in metric count, and more preferably 40 to 80 in metric count. Single yarn or twin yarn may be used. If it is the said range, it is preferable as innerwear or sportswear. The blended spun yarn of animal hair fiber and polyester fiber can be blended by a card machine, blended after being made into a fiber bundle, or the like.

The long and short composite spun yarn including animal hair fibers and polyester multifilament yarn is preferably a fine spinning spun yarn in which animal hair fibers and polyester multifilament yarn are integrally twisted. This fine spinning intertwisted yarn is supplied with polyester multifilament yarn upstream of the front roller of the ring spinning machine, and is combined with a short fiber bundle containing animal hair fibers above or below the nip point of the front roller to add real twist. Manufactured by. The polyester multifilament yarn may be used as it is, or may be opened in advance by electricity or air.

It is preferable to use at least one yarn selected from the following (1) to (4) as the yarn containing the polypropylene fiber of the inner layer.
(1) Spinned yarn made of polypropylene fiber (2) Filament yarn made of polypropylene fiber (3) Mixed spun yarn of polypropylene fiber and polyester fiber (4) Mixed yarn of filament yarn made of polypropylene fiber and filament yarn made of polyester fiber It is also possible to knit using the yarns (1) to (4).

The yarn containing polypropylene fibers of the inner layer is preferably a multifilament yarn or spun yarn containing 30% by mass or more of polypropylene fibers. This keeps your skin dry even if you sweat. The preferable fineness of the multifilament yarn containing polypropylene fibers is 40 to 300 decitex, and more preferably 60 to 200 decitex. In the case of spun yarn, one having a fineness similar to that of multifilament yarn is used. If it is the said range, it is preferable as innerwear or sportswear.

The binding yarn is composed of a yarn containing polyester fiber. The yarn containing the polyester fiber is preferably a spun yarn or a multifilament yarn containing 50% by mass or more of the polyester fiber. The preferred fineness of the binding yarn is 30 to 200 decitex, and more preferably 40 to 150 decitex. If it is the said range, it is preferable as innerwear or sportswear.

The outer layer and the polyester fiber of the binding yarn have water absorption and diffusibility. Water absorption diffusivity can be imparted by water absorption processing. When the water absorption process is performed, the generated sweat can be quickly moved to the outside air side. This keeps the skin side dry. Here, the water-absorbing process includes a case where the fiber itself has water-absorbing diffusibility and a case where the water-absorbing agent is fixed to have water-absorbing diffusibility. When the fiber itself has water-absorbing diffusibility, for example, polyethylene terephthalate is copolymerized with a metal sulfonate group-containing isophthalic acid component, and the yarn or knitted fabric containing the fiber is obtained by alkali weight reduction treatment. When the water-absorbing agent is fixed and has water-absorbing diffusibility, it can be obtained by processing with a water-absorbing agent containing, for example, polyethylene glycol and a thermosetting resin binder component, or a water-absorbing agent containing a mixture of sucrose fatty acid ester, water and ethanol. . In this water-absorbing process, a water-absorbing agent is applied to the knitted fabric by dipping or padding, and is fixed by heat treatment.

The outer layer animal hair fibers are wool, preferably 30% by mass or more of the outer layer yarn and 10% by mass or more of the double-sided knitted fabric. Thereby, the warmth of wool can be demonstrated.

The basis weight of the double-sided knitted fabric is preferably 150 to 400 g / m 2 , more preferably 180 to 380 g / m 2 . If it is the said range, it is suitable as innerwear or sportswear.

The garment of the present invention includes the double-sided knitted fabric, and includes innerwear and sportswear. The garment of the present invention is suitable for innerwear and sportswear worn in cold weather, and is warm and comfortable when sweating.

Next, it demonstrates using drawing. In the following drawings, the same reference numeral indicates the same article. FIG. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a double-sided knitted fabric according to an embodiment of the present invention. The double-sided knitted fabric 4 includes an inner layer yarn 1 on the skin side, an outer layer yarn 3 on the outside air side, and a binding yarn 2 (intermediate layer) that connects the inner layer yarn 1 and the outer layer yarn 3. The inner layer yarn 1 is composed of yarn containing polypropylene fiber, the outer layer yarn 3 is composed of animal hair fiber and polyester fiber, and the binding yarn 2 is composed of polyester fiber.
The polyester fibers of the outer layer yarn 3 and the binding yarn 2 have water absorption and diffusibility.

FIG. 2 is a knitting structure diagram of the double-sided knitted fabric. The inner layer yarn 1 is knitted with a cylinder needle knit, the outer layer yarn 3 is knitted with a dial needle knit, and these are connected by a binding yarn 2 to form an intermediate layer.

Hereinafter, more specific description will be made using examples. The present invention is not limited to the following examples.

<吸水性>
吸湿性=(B−A)/D×100(%)
放湿性=(B−C)/D×100(%)
<消臭性>
<濡れ感>
<Warmness (heat retention)>
The thermal conductivity was measured using KES Thermolab II (manufactured by Kato Tech). It can be said that the smaller the heat conduction amount, the less heat is passed and the higher the heat retention.
<Water absorption>
By the water drop dropping method, the time until a water drop was dropped from the skin surface and penetrated was measured. The higher the water absorption, the faster the sweat is absorbed and the less sticky it becomes.
<Hygroscopic / Hygroscopic>
The hygroscopicity was measured according to the following formula.
(1) After adjusting for 3 hours in a constant temperature and humidity room at 20 ° C and 65% RH (relative humidity) and measuring the weight (Ag)
(2) Place in a constant temperature and humidity chamber at 40 ° C and 95% RH for 30 minutes and measure the weight (Bg)
(3) Place in a constant temperature and humidity chamber at 20 ° C and 65% RH for 30 minutes and measure the weight (Cg)
(4) Absolutely dry at 105 ° C for 2 hours and measure absolute dry weight (Dg)
Hygroscopicity = (B−A) / D × 100 (%)
Moisture release = (BC) / D × 100 (%)
High moisture absorption and release reduces the feeling of stuffiness and provides a comfortable fit.
<Deodorant>
The odor reduction rate after 2 hours of the initial concentration (ammonia 100 ppm, acetic acid 30 ppm) was measured according to the method of SEK mark textile product certification. Higher deodorant is less likely to smell sweat while wearing.
<Wet feeling>
5 ml of water was sprayed with a spray, and the wet feeling touched by the hand after 5 minutes was evaluated (10 test subjects). The evaluation method was a one-to-one comparison between the example and the comparative example, answering the higher wet feeling, and comparing both the skin side and the front side. If there is little wetting on the skin side, it will be less sticky and less chilly, making it comfortable to wear. Table 2 shows the higher wetting feeling.

The obtained double-sided knitted fabric had a basis weight of 209 g / m 2 , and the proportion of each fiber material was 39% by weight of wool, 32% by weight of polypropylene, and 29% by weight of polyester.
The knitted fabric was subjected to water absorption processing in the same manner as in Example 1. The knitted fabric after the water absorption processing can be washed at home, and no dimensional change was observed even after repeated home washing. Other evaluation results are collectively shown in Tables 1 and 2 later.
