固定バラスト2a、可変バラストチャンバ天板2b、安定化ジャイロスコープ3、ジャイロスコープチャンバ天板4、生産チャンバ天板5及び発電チャンバ床板10として機能する円板を含む複数の円板を含み、
固定バラスト2a及び可変バラストチャンバ天板2bが可変バラストチャンバ17の上下を画定し、
可変バラストチャンバ天板2b及びジャイロスコープチャンバ天板4がジャイロスコープチャンバ20の上下を画定し、
ジャイロスコープチャンバ天板4及び生産チャンバ天板5が生産チャンバ24の上下を画定し、
チャンバ壁6が、可変バラストチャンバ17、ジャイロスコープチャンバ20及び生産チャンバ24の外側構造物を与え、
可変バラストチャンバ17、ジャイロスコープチャンバ20及び生産チャンバ24は、二重壁の構造柱及び中心柱によって接続され、
構造柱7及び中心柱8は、その長さ沿いに、らせん階段55を有し、
構造柱7は、各チャンバへのアクセスのための水密ドア19を有し、
発電チャンバ床板10が底面を画定する発電チャンバ14が、フロート支持柱11に沿って摺動してラック棒13によって動力をエネルギー変換器42へと伝達するフロート12によって生産されるエネルギーの変換及び管理に使用される機器を収容し、
エネルギー変換器42は交互の動きを、発電機43を回すのに十分なトルクを有する連続円運動に変換し、これは、そのエネルギーをエネルギー貯蔵ユニット26へと供給し、島状プラットフォーム1の推進、位置決め及び制御、島状プラットフォーム1並びに生産チャンバにおける脱塩及び他の装置に必要なエネルギー、接続された海洋装置へと、又は海底電力ケーブルへの分配を目的とする潜水電力ケーブルへとエネルギーを与え、
制御室15が、乗員用のコンピュータ及び居住部分を収容するべく使用され、

太陽光起電力及び風力発電機が、波動が必要最小条件未満の場合の期間中に島状プラットフォーム1に供給される補助電源を与え、
航行船舶のための船舶規則によって要求される救命ボート53、灯火59、安全柵52及び他の機器を含む安全機器が、水面上出現部分に配置され、
島状プラットフォーム1上で生産された電気、飲料水又は他の品物を分配するためのグリッド又は外部装置への接続性が、相互接続器56、電力ケーブル58及び水配管58によって与えられ、
ヘリポート51が、人員及び機器を島状プラットフォーム1へと運ぶ小型ヘリコプターのための着陸プラットフォームを与え、

Claims (18)
- 海に浮遊して使用されるプラットフォームであって、
海面の下に存在する水面下潜水部分と、
前記海面の上に存在する水面上出現部分と、
前記海面を含みかつ前記水面下潜水部分と前記水面上出現部分とを連結する波力発電機構部分と
を含み、
前記水面下潜水部分は、
前記プラットフォームが水中で直立姿勢を維持するためのバラストと、
前記バラストの上に順次積層された複数のチャンバと
を含み、
前記波力発電機構部分は、前記海面に浮遊して前記水面下潜水部分と前記水面上出現部分との間のフロート支持柱に沿って移動する複数のフロートを含み、
前記水面上出現部分は、
前記複数のフロートが波に推進されて上下する運動を、連続する一方向の円運動に変換する変換器と、
前記連続する一方向の円運動によって電力を発生する発電機と
を収容する発電チャンバを含むプラットフォーム。 - 前記バラストは、
重量が固定された固定バラストと、
海水の充填量を変化させることによって重量を変えることができる可変バラストと
を含む請求項1のプラットフォーム。 - 前記可変バラストは、前記固定バラストによって底が画定される可変バラストチャンバとして構成される請求項2のプラットフォーム。
- 前記可変バラストチャンバの天板によって底が画定され、かつ、ジャイロスコープとして機能する円板を収容するジャイロスコープチャンバが、前記可変バラストチャンバの上に積層される請求項3のプラットフォーム。
- 前記ジャイロスコープチャンバの天板によって底が画定され、かつ、前記発電機から供給される電力によって動作する脱塩システムを収容する一以上の生産チャンバが、前記ジャイロスコープチャンバの上に積層される請求項4のプラットフォーム。
- 前記水面下潜水部分及び前記水面上出現部分は、
一つの中心柱と、
前記中心柱のまわりに対称的に設けられた複数の構造柱と
によって接続される請求項1のプラットフォーム。 - 前記水面下潜水部分及び前記水面上出現部分は円筒の形状に構成され、
前記複数の構造柱は、前記円筒の円周方向に互いに等間隔に設けられる請求項6のプラットフォーム。 - 前記複数のフロートは、前記水面下潜水部分と前記発電チャンバとの間に設けられたフロート支持柱に沿って上下に動く請求項1のプラットフォーム。
- 前記複数のフロートのそれぞれには前記フロート支持柱と平行に延びて前記変換器に接続されるラック棒が設けられ、
各フロートの上下動が前記ラック棒を介して前記変換器に入力される請求項8のプラットフォーム。 - 前記複数の構造柱はそれぞれ二重壁の構造を有し、
前記二重壁の2つの壁の間にはらせん階段が配置され、かつ、外側壁には前記チャンバへのアクセスを可能とする水密ドアが配置される請求項6のプラットフォーム。 - 前記複数の構造柱は4つ以上の構造柱である請求項6のプラットフォーム。
- 前記複数の構造柱のそれぞれには、構造柱の軸方向まわりに配向を360度変えられる推進モータが設けられる請求項6のプラットフォーム。
- 前記推進モータは、保守のために前記発電チャンバまで引き上げることができる請求項12のプラットフォーム。
- 前記フロートは、アルミニウムを含む軽量の構造材から作られた中空体から構成される請求項1から13のいずれか一項のプラットフォーム。
- 前記プラットフォームの重量の95パーセント以上が前記海面の下に存在する請求項1から14のいずれか一項のプラットフォーム。
- 潜水可能電力ケーブル及び水配管を、海底を含む転送接続箇所の相互接続器に接続するグリッド相互接続器をさらに含む請求項1のプラットフォーム。
- 前記プラットフォームが展開される国によって規定される国際水域での商業船舶運航用の船舶規則が要求するすべての安全機器をさらに含む請求項1のプラットフォーム。
- 前記生産チャンバはさらに、ミネラル水又は水素を生成するシステムを収容する請求項5のプラットフォーム。
