Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an outer wall structure of a refrigerated warehouse or a refrigerated warehouse having heat insulation and fire resistance.
Conventionally, as an outer wall structure of a freezer warehouse or a refrigerated warehouse, as disclosed in

The second aspect of the present invention includes the following configuration as a preferred embodiment.
(16) In the above (14) or (15), the floor slab is continuous from the lower part of the refractory panel attached above the floor slab to the upper part of the refractory panel attached below the floor slab. An external heat insulating layer made of polyurethane foam covering the end of the bracket, the side of the bracket attached to at least the end of the floor slab, and a part of the metal plate of the fireproof panel.
(17) In the above (16), a moisture-proof coating film covering the external heat insulating layer is provided.
(18) In any one of the above (14) to (17), a floor heat insulating material and then a floor slab on the lowermost floor are disposed on the base of the refrigeration / refrigeration warehouse, and the inner wall material is the floor heat insulating material and Surrounding the periphery of the floor slab on the lowermost floor is disposed on the foundation.
In the first outer wall structure of the present invention, the following effects are obtained.
In the present invention, since the inner wall material is light and has a rock wool layer having high fire resistance as the fire resistant layer, an outer wall structure of a light weight and high fire resistance freezing / refrigerated warehouse is obtained, and fire resistance for 1 hour is achieved. It can also be an outer wall that meets the standards. Moreover, since the exterior material is arranged on the outdoor side of the rock wool layer, the rock wool layer is protected from the external environment, and fire resistance is maintained. In the present invention, since the exterior material is attached to the end of the floor slab via a bracket, a gap is formed between the exterior material and the rock wool layer, and the rock wool layer is crushed with the exterior material. The rock wool layer can be protected with an exterior material without any influence.
Furthermore, in the present invention, an end of the floor slab and the bracket are provided by providing an external heat insulating layer made of polyurethane foam from the lower part of the heat insulating panel above the floor slab separating the upper and lower floors to the upper part of the lower heat insulating panel. The thermal insulation around the area is improved. Further, since the rock wool layer near the end of the floor slab is covered with the external heat insulating layer, it is possible to prevent moisture from entering the rock wool layer near the end of the floor slab. Moisture that has penetrated into the wall is condensed and the rock wool layer hangs downward, and further, the rock wool layer is prevented from being peeled off from the heat insulating panel, thereby reducing the fire resistance of the outer wall. Moreover, it is suppressed that the said heat insulation layer peels off and the heat insulation of the edge part vicinity of a floor slab falls by the hanging or peeling of the rock wool layer which concerns.
Further, in the present invention, by disposing a moisture-proof member in the region covered with the external heat insulating layer, moisture penetrates into the rock wool layer from the surface of the rock wool layer not covered with the external heat insulating layer, It is possible to prevent such moisture from penetrating into the vicinity of the floor slab and causing condensation to reduce the fire resistance of the outer wall and the heat insulation near the end of the floor slab.
Furthermore, by covering the external heat insulating layer with a moisture-proof coating film, the external heat insulating layer is protected from moisture, and deterioration of the external heat insulating layer due to moisture is prevented.
In the present invention, a heat insulating member made of the second heat insulating panel is disposed on the outdoor side from the lower part of the heat insulating panel above the floor slab separating the upper and lower floors to the upper part of the lower heat insulating panel. By arranging the rock wool layer on the exposed surface of the heat insulating panel and the heat insulating member on the outdoor side, the heat insulating property around the end of the floor slab is improved, and at the same time, the heat insulating member is provided between the rock wool layer and the floor slab. Therefore, the condensation does not occur in the rock wool layer, and there is no possibility that the rock wool layer is peeled off by the condensation and the fire resistance of the outer wall is lowered. In particular, by filling a heat insulating filler such as polyurethane foam between the bracket and the heat insulating member, the heat insulating property around the bracket is further improved.
In the outer wall structure of the present invention, the inner wall material is composed of a non-concrete heat insulation panel and a rock wool layer, so that it is lightweight and easy to install. Moreover, both the construction of the external heat insulation layer and the moisture-proof coating and the installation construction of the heat insulation member are easy and can be carried out in a short period of time. Therefore, according to the present invention, it is possible to obtain an outer wall structure of a refrigeration / refrigeration warehouse that is lightweight, has high fire resistance and heat insulation, and can be constructed at low cost in a short period of time.
In the second outer wall structure of the present invention, the following effects can be obtained.
In the present invention, since the inner wall material is composed of a non-concrete fireproof panel, it is lightweight and easy to construct, and it can also be a one-hour fireproof outer wall structure.
Further, in the present invention, an end of the floor slab and the bracket are provided by providing an external heat insulating layer made of polyurethane foam from the lower part of the fireproof panel above the floor slab separating the upper and lower floors to the upper part of the lower fireproof panel. The thermal insulation around the area is improved. Furthermore, by covering the external heat insulating layer with a moisture-proof coating film, the external heat insulating layer is protected from moisture, and deterioration of the external heat insulating layer due to moisture is prevented.
The outer wall structure of the present invention is lightweight and easy to construct because the inner wall material is a non-concrete heat-resistant panel. In addition, both the external heat insulating layer and the moisture-proof coating can be applied easily and in a short period of time. Therefore, according to the present invention, it is possible to obtain an outer wall structure of a refrigeration / refrigeration warehouse that is lightweight, has high fire resistance and heat insulation, and can be constructed at low cost in a short period of time.
In both the first and second outer wall structures of the present invention, a floor heat insulating material and a floor slab are disposed on the foundation, and a heat insulating panel or a fireproof panel is disposed surrounding the periphery of the floor heat insulating material and the floor slab. Therefore, a heat transfer path leading from the floor slab to the foundation is not formed, and a rising heat insulating material rising from the peripheral edge of the floor heat insulating material is unnecessary, and a wide floor area can be obtained.
The outer wall structure of the present invention is an outer wall structure applied to a refrigerated warehouse and a refrigerated warehouse (refrigerated / refrigerated warehouse) having a reinforced concrete (RC) structure or a steel reinforced concrete (SRC) structure. Instead of an inner wall material with a heat insulating material attached to the outdoor side of a concrete panel such as a wall or spun cleat, an inner wall material consisting of a heat insulating panel sandwiched between two metal plates and a rock wool layer, or a fireproof panel It is characterized by the use. The outer wall structure of the present invention is an outer wall structure of a freezing / refrigerated warehouse having a concrete floor slab separating upper and lower floors, and an exterior material is attached to an end of the floor slab via a bracket. Hereinafter, the outer wall structure of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to embodiments.
<First outer wall structure>
FIG. 1 is a diagram schematically showing a configuration of an embodiment of a first outer wall structure of the present invention, and is an end view of a cut portion in a thickness direction and a vertical direction of the outer wall. 2 is a horizontal cross-sectional view of the outer wall structure of this example, and is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA ′ of FIG. 1 is an end view of the BB ′ cutting part of FIG.
In the embodiment of FIGS. 1 and 2, 1 is a foundation, 2 is a floor insulation, 3 is a floor slab on the first floor, and 4 is a floor slab that separates the first and second floors. The outer wall structure of the present invention includes an
In the present invention, the
The
In the present invention, the
In the present invention, since the
In this example, a heat insulation measure is taken by interposing a heat insulating packing 23 between the
In this example, the end portion of the
The
Moreover, when the
In addition, as shown in FIG. 2, the
The construction method of the present invention is as follows. When the
Note that the
Even in the case of an outer wall structure in which a heat insulating material is attached to the outdoor side of a conventional concrete fireproof outer wall, the floor
The embodiment which improved the heat insulation of the edge part periphery of a floor slab is demonstrated in the outer wall structure of this invention using FIGS. FIG. 3 is a diagram schematically showing the configuration of the outer wall structure of this example, and is an end view of the cut portion in the thickness direction and the vertical direction of the outer wall. FIG. 4 is a horizontal sectional view of the outer wall structure of this example, and is a C-C ′ sectional view of FIG. 3. FIG. 3 is an end view of the E-E ′ cutting part of FIG. 4. 5 is an enlarged view of the vicinity of the moisture-
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the outer wall structure of this example basically includes the outer wall structure shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, and further includes an outer
Further, since the
Furthermore, in this example, by disposing the moisture-
The moisture-
In this example, as shown in FIG. 5, the outer
Furthermore, in this example, it is preferable to cover the outer
In this example, as described above, the moisture-
As the moisture-
Other embodiment which improved the heat insulation of the edge part periphery of the
Also in this example, as shown in FIGS. 7 to 10, the outer wall structure shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 is basically provided, and a
The
The
In addition, when the outdoor side surface of the
A general attachment member (not shown) such as a screw, a nail, or an angle can be used to attach the
Moreover, although the
In this example, the

FIG. 11 is a diagram schematically showing a configuration of an embodiment of the second outer wall structure of the present invention, and is an end view of the cut portion in the thickness direction and the vertical direction of the outer wall. 12 is a horizontal cross-sectional view of the outer wall structure of this example, and is a cross-sectional view taken along the line JJ ′ of FIG. FIG. 11 is an end view of the KK ′ cutting part of FIG.
The basic structure of the second outer wall structure of the present invention is the same as that of the first outer wall structure described above, except that the

As the
The
Also in the present invention, as in the first outer wall structure, as shown in FIGS. 14 and 15, the
Further, in the present invention, as in the first outer wall structure, as shown in FIG. 16, the outer
Furthermore, in the present invention, similarly to the first outer wall structure, the floor
