Description

  The present invention contains a silicone resin in the components and has a water content of 0.5% by mass or less, has a curl keeping power, and is easy to remove makeup with warm water while having water resistance. It is related with the eyelash cosmetic characterized by this.

  Conventionally, eyelash cosmetics (mascara and eye makeup cosmetics) are made with warm water without the need for a waterproof type (hereinafter referred to as WP type) composed of an oil-based material that emphasizes water resistance and curl-keeping power. There is a film type (FM type) that emphasizes easy cleansing properties. However, in recent years, there has been a demand for water resistance and curl keeping power that can easily remove makeup.   Conventionally, in the WP type, there are a film forming using a silicone resin (Patent Document 1) and a film forming using a dextrin fatty acid ester (Patent Document 2). However, in order to remove makeup, oil cleansing agents and exclusive makeup removers are essential and do not meet market needs. Among them, WP type eyelash cosmetics on the market often contain a silicone resin in order to obtain curl keeping power.

  The FM type includes water as a base material and a film formed using an acrylic emulsion (Patent Document 3), and a film formed using a urethane emulsion (Patent Document 4). Although it is easy to drop the mascara, the curl keeping force is greatly inferior to the WP type and does not satisfy the market needs. Further, a proposal has been made to have both functions (Patent Document 5), but eventually it does not satisfy the sufficient curl-keeping force required by the market, and requires oil cleansing.
