Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a synthetic resin packaging bag (antistatic synthetic resin packaging bag with an opening / closing tool) that exhibits an appropriate antistatic effect over a long period of time while maintaining the stability of the reopening / closing function. It is. The present invention also relates to a synthetic resin packaging bag (antistatic synthetic resin packaging bag with an opening / closing tool) that satisfies the tactile sensation, ease of manufacturing difficulty, and low cost.
As is well known, synthetic resin packaging bags are widely used in various fields. In particular, synthetic plastic packaging bags with an opening / closing tool (chuck) can be opened and closed at any time, and are highly evaluated in practical use.
In the technical field of packaging, countermeasures against static electricity have been regarded as important, including packaging bags made of synthetic resin. This is because unexpected troubles may be caused by the reasons outlined in (1) to (3) below.
(1) The electrical insulation bag (synthetic resin bag) is charged with static electricity due to handling such as friction, separation, and movement, and this causes dust to adhere to the bag.
(2) When electronic parts are packaged in an electrically insulating bag (synthetic resin bag) that is contaminated with dust, dust will also adhere to the electronic parts.
(3) Due to dust adhering to electronic components, electronic devices in information, electronics, precision fields, etc. cause malfunction (system failure).
As one of the countermeasures against static electricity, adding a low molecular weight antistatic agent such as a low molecular weight surfactant to a thermoplastic synthetic resin which is a raw material of the bag has already been implemented. By the way, in the case of a bag made of a thermoplastic synthetic resin containing a low molecular weight antistatic agent such as a low molecular weight surfactant, it exhibits a reasonable antistatic effect, so the unexpected trouble described above may occur. I want to. In addition, the technical contents utilizing the low-molecular-weight surfactant can easily take measures and are low in cost.
On the other hand, a synthetic resin bag containing a low molecular weight antistatic agent has a drawback that the antistatic effect disappears with time and a problem that the surfactant bleeds out to the outer surface or the inner surface of the bag.
As another countermeasure against the static electricity described above, the packaging film disclosed in the following Patent Document 1 and the packaging bag disclosed in the following Patent Document 2 are ionic (anion, cation, amphoteric) or nonionic (non-ionic) Ion) polymer type antistatic agent is added to thermoplastic synthetic resin (raw material of film and bag) to prevent electrification that causes dust adhesion. This polymer type antistatic agent is desirable in that it does not cause a bleed-out phenomenon as seen in low molecular weight surfactants and exhibits a good antistatic effect over a long period of time. Therefore, it can be said that the polymeric antistatic agent can replace the low molecular weight surfactant as an antistatic agent for packaging films and packaging bags.
In addition to this, the polymer type antistatic agent as an additive for the thermoplastic synthetic resin is also disclosed in the following
However, the polymer-type antistatic agent has to solve several problems when it is used as an additive for a synthetic resin packaging bag with an opening / closing tool. This is because the following problems (4) and (5) occur when the bag and the opening / closing tool are formed by extrusion molding means.
(4) For a pair of male and female switches that have a special shape, and for a pair of male and female switches that require precise and high biting accuracy, a resin material (thermoplastic synthetic resin) with extremely good moldability is used. It is essential. On the other hand, the thermoplastic synthetic resin for an opening / closing tool contains a polymer type antistatic agent in an amount necessary for antistatic, so that the physical properties change and the moldability is considerably lowered. Due to this non-conformity, the molding finish of the opening / closing part is deteriorated, and the yield of non-defective packaging bags is lowered.
(5) As a countermeasure against the opening / closing tool, it can be proposed that the opening / closing tool is formed into a tape shape with a separate material having good moldability, and this is heat-bonded (heat sealed) to the inner surface of the bag containing the polymer antistatic agent. . However, because the thermoplastic synthetic resin for the bag also contains a polymer antistatic agent, the opening / closing device adhesion to the bag inner surface by the heat sealing means is not sufficient, and as a result, the bag inner surface and the opening / closing device inner surface There may be gaps that impede airtightness.
The packaging bag disclosed in Patent Document 2 adopts a double bag structure in order to solve the above problems. It has a double bag structure of an inner bag (thermoplastic synthetic resin) containing a polymer antistatic agent and an outer bag (thermoplastic synthetic resin) not containing a polymer antistatic agent. According to the technique of Patent Document 2, since the opening / closing tool is bonded to the inner surface of the opening portion of the outer bag that does not contain the polymer type antistatic agent, adhesion failure such as a gap does not occur. Therefore, in the case of this document technique, good results are achieved from the viewpoint of the adhesiveness of the opening / closing tool. However, considering the entire packaging bag, the technique of Patent Document 2 has the following problems (6) and (7).
(6) Since two bags, an inner bag and an outer bag, are required, the material cost increases, which increases the cost of the product.
(7) The number of processes from the manufacturing point of view, such as the process of making the inner bag, the process of making the outer bag, and the process of combining the two bags, is extremely low, resulting in low productivity. In addition, the union process of both bags is difficult. Of course, this also increases the cost of the product.
In view of the technical problems as described above, the present invention has an antistatic property that prevents the bleed-out phenomenon and the disappearance phenomenon over time, the function retention of the switch, the fixability of the switch, the simplicity of manufacturing, the cost reduction, etc. It is an object of the present invention to provide a synthetic resin packaging bag (antistatic synthetic resin packaging bag) that can be satisfied.

The synthetic resin packaging bag according to the present invention has the following effects <01> to <12>.
<01> The bag body in the present invention is made of an antistatic thermoplastic synthetic resin containing a polymer type antistatic agent, and has a surface resistivity of 10 2 Ω / Sq or more and 10 10 Ω / It is less than Sq. Such an antistatic bag body is either not charged at all or is extremely difficult to be charged. Therefore, in the case of a synthetic resin packaging bag mainly composed of this bag body, this can be satisfactorily responded to when packaging an article that is not affected by static electricity.
<02> In the present invention, it is the above-described polymer type antistatic agent that is added to the bag body in order to prevent the antistatic. In the case of this polymer type antistatic agent, the bleed-out phenomenon hardly occurs and the antistatic effect does not disappear with time. Therefore, in the case of the synthetic resin packaging bag mainly composed of the bag body, the antistatic effect at a set level is constantly exhibited with a stable antistatic function over a long period of time.
<03> Regarding the molding of thermoplastic synthetic resins containing polymer antistatic agents, there is no problem when molding simple shapes such as films and sheets, but molding precise and advanced shapes. When doing, molding defects tend to occur. Incidentally, in the case of an opening / closing tool (a male / female pair) integrally formed on the inner surface of the bag body, airtightness at the time of closing and smoothness at the time of opening / closing operations are required, and therefore it belongs to a precise and advanced molded product. In one embodiment, the pair of male and female switches in the present invention are made of a thermoplastic synthetic resin that does not contain a polymer antistatic agent. The opening / closing device of such a material improves the moldability by not containing a polymer type antistatic agent, and even if it is a precise and advanced opening / closing device, it is molded well and integrated with the inner surface of the bag body. It can be made. Therefore, the opening / closing tool with respect to the bag body has a good fixability, and due to its high formability, the opening / closing tool satisfies the airtightness during closing and the smoothness during opening / closing operation.
<04> As another embodiment, a pair of male and female switches in the present invention is made of a static-damping thermoplastic synthetic resin containing a polymer type antistatic agent, and has a surface resistivity of 10 11 Ω / Sq or more and less than 10 13 Ω / Sq. This static-damping thermoplastic synthetic resin is desirable in terms of static electricity countermeasures in that it has predetermined electrical characteristics as compared with an electrically insulating thermoplastic synthetic resin. On the other hand, it seems that the moldability of this thermoplastic synthetic resin is lowered. However, in the case of a thermoplastic synthetic resin having a surface specific resistance value of 10 11 Ω / Sq or more and less than 10 13 Ω / Sq, the surface specific resistance value can be obtained with a small amount of the polymeric antistatic agent. Therefore, the influence of the polymer type antistatic agent on the moldability of the resin is small. Therefore, even a precise and sophisticated opening / closing tool can be molded without causing molding defects.
<05> As an example other than the above, a pair of male and female switches in the present invention is made of an antistatic thermoplastic synthetic resin containing a low molecular weight antistatic agent, and has a surface resistivity value. Is 10 2 Ω / Sq or more and less than 10 11 Ω / Sq. The opening / closing device made of thermoplastic synthetic resin containing surfactant is more preferable than the opening / closing device made of thermoplastic synthetic resin having electrical insulation in terms of static electricity countermeasures for the entire bag including the opening / closing device. About the property, it is more desirable than the thermoplastic synthetic resin opening / closing tool having a polymer type antistatic property. On the other hand, in the case of this thermoplastic synthetic resin containing a surfactant, it can be said that a bleedout phenomenon occurs due to a change over time. However, since the thermoplastic synthetic resin containing a surfactant is used as a constituent material, it is limited to a small member (elongated member) called a pair of male and female switches, and it is present inside the bag body. Even if a bleed-out phenomenon occurs, the effect of this is very small. Of course, the bleed-out phenomenon does not occur on the bag surface side. Therefore, a pair of opening / closing tools provided in the bag body made of a thermoplastic synthetic resin containing a surfactant can also be used for packaging articles while eliminating the influence of static electricity.
<06> When the synthetic resin packaging bag according to the present invention is in a state before putting the packaged item (when not in use), the lower end of the bag body is usually opened to put the packaged item The upper end is closed by heat bonding (heat sealing). In one example of the present invention, in this bag body that is closed at the upper end and opened at the lower end, an in-bag seal portion is formed under the opening / closing tool in the bag body. In terms of the pair of opening / closing tools, the pair of opening / closing tools is sealed between the closed bag upper end portion and the bag seal portion and blocked from the outside. The pair of opening / closing tools enclosed in this way are not easily charged even if they are electrical insulators, and dust adsorption due to static electricity is unlikely to occur. When the pair of opening / closing tools is made of a static-damping thermoplastic synthetic resin or a thermoplastic synthetic resin containing a surfactant, such an effect becomes more prominent.
<07> In the case of the in-bag seal portion formed under the opening / closing tool in the bag body, at least one surface is weakly bonded to the corresponding inner surface of the bag body. In this case, after the upper end portion of the bag is cut and the pair of opening / closing tools are opened while the in-bag seal portion (weak adhesion) is opened, the opening can be easily performed due to weak adhesion.
<08> In one embodiment, the in-bag seal portion under the opening / closing tool of the bag body is formed mainly of a heat-sealing seal member having a belt shape. One embodiment of the sealing member for heat bonding in this case is as follows. That is, the sealing member for heat bonding has an upper horizontally long non-bonded portion and a lower horizontally long weakly bonded portion on one side, and an upper horizontally long strong bonded portion and a lower horizontally long non-bonded portion on the other side. It has. Then, one side of the seal member is weakly bonded to one inner surface of the bag body through the laterally long weakly bonded portion, and the other side of the seal member is bonded to the other side of the bag body via the laterally long strong bonded portion. By being strongly bonded to the inner surface of the bag, an in-bag seal portion is formed. Furthermore, in the bag body in the upside down state of closing the upper end and opening the lower end, when the bag seal part formed under the opening / closing tool of the bag body is such, the bag seal part is While being the inner bottom of the bag body in the upside down state, it serves as a shielding type protective wall for the pair of opening and closing tools to protect the opening and closing tools. Therefore, when a packaged object is put or packed into the bag body from the opened lower end, the packaged object collides with a pair of opening / closing tools to open it, or a pair of fine packaged objects It is possible to avoid the occurrence of problems such as biting between the opening and closing tools.
<09> A pair of opening / closing tools formed integrally with the bag body is desirable in the following respects. First, as for a pair of opening / closing tools that do not contain a polymer type antistatic agent, this has good moldability and good fixability to the bag body. Next, regarding a pair of opening / closing tools containing a low molecular weight antistatic agent, this also has good moldability and good fixability to the bag body. Furthermore, a pair of opening / closing devices containing a polymer antistatic agent so as to satisfy a surface resistivity of 10 2 Ω / Sq or more and less than 10 11 Ω / Sq also has a high content of the polymer antistatic agent. Since it is suppressed, it has moldability and fixability equivalent to the above.
<10> Resin molding including the integration of the bag body and the opening / closing tool is stable in terms of material and other factors, which reduces the difficulty of manufacturing bags. As a result, the yield rate is increased, and as a result, the yield can be improved.
<11> The polymer-type antistatic agent contained in the bag body is such that the bleed-out phenomenon hardly occurs when viewed over time. Therefore, in the case of a bag main body, the surface etc. do not become sticky and can maintain favorable tactile sensation.
<12> The above-mentioned yield improvement leads to product cost reduction. In addition, the polymer antistatic agent added to the bag body is not an ultra-cheap agent, but it exhibits sufficient antistatic properties even if its content in the bag body is suppressed to a small amount of around 16 wt%. Therefore, this does not become a cost push factor. Therefore, this can be satisfied also for cost reduction of the product.
An embodiment of an antistatic synthetic resin packaging bag with an opening / closing tool according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As described above, in the case of the
Since the antistatic agent is indispensable for the
A pair of opening /

The above-mentioned additives are added to the thermoplastic synthetic resin by a well-known “kneading” means. In this case, a master batch is prepared in advance. That is, a master batch is prepared by mixing an additive made of powder with a resin at a predetermined discount value. Then, when melt-kneading the resin in an extrusion molding machine, a master batch is added to homogenize the entire resin, and the resin is extruded to produce a film for a bag body such as a bag surface film and a bag lining film. Further, at this time, the molded product is merged while extruding a predetermined resin by a well-known coextrusion method, whereby the female opening /

In the case of the one illustrated in FIG. 2 as another embodiment of the antistatic synthetic resin packaging bag with an opening / closing tool according to the present invention, the bag structure is basically the same as that of FIG. However, it differs from that of FIG. 1 in the following points.

The belt-
The number of layers of the sealing
The above-mentioned laminated sealing
Regarding the synthetic
The
The main role of the
The main role of the
The sealing
In the embodiment of FIGS. 2A and 2B, the in-
The
In the case of the
The in-
