Claims (19)
- 原子炉の溶接部(W)を検査するための装置(10)であって、
本体(100)と、
前記本体(100)上の回転可能なパッド(105)と、
前記装置(10)を鉛直方向に移動させるための一対の反対側にある水平パッド(110a、110b)と、
前記装置(10)を水平方向に移動させるための一対の反対側にある鉛直パッド(120a、120b)と、
検査装置(200)と、
を備える装置(10)。 - 前記回転可能なパッド(105)は、前記本体(100)の中央部に位置し、前記検査装置(200)を回転させる、請求項1記載の装置(10)。
- 前記回転は90度単位の増分で行われる、請求項2記載の装置(10)。
- 前記本体(100)の各側に取り付けられた脚(130)をさらに備える、請求項1記載の装置(10)。
- 前記脚(130)は、ステム(135)部材で前記本体(100)に取り付けられている、請求項4記載の装置(10)。
- 前記脚(130)は実質的にY字形又はU字形である、請求項4記載の装置(10)。
- フォーク状アーム(140)をさらに備え、

前記支持部材(145)は、シャフト(155)を挿入し、前記一対の水平パッド(110a、110b)及び前記一対の鉛直パッド(120a、120b)をそれぞれ水平又は鉛直方向に移動させるための孔(147)を含む、請求項7記載の装置(10)。 - 反対側にある前記一対の水平パッド(110a、110b)及び前記一対の鉛直パッド(120a、120b)が、前記シャフト(155)のそれぞれの軸方向に摺動する、請求項9記載の装置(10)。
- 前記シャフト(155)は回転運動を直線運動に変換するボールねじである、請求項9記載の装置(10)。
- 前記検査装置(200)は前記脚(130)に取り付けられている、請求項4記載の装置(10)。
- 前記検査装置(200)は超音波プローブ(172)である、請求項12記載の装置(10)。
- 前記超音波プローブ(172)はジンバルセンサ(180)に取り付けられている、請求項13記載の装置(10)。
- 前記検査装置(200)は支持アーム(171)によって支持される、請求項12記載の装置(10)。
- パッド(105、110a、110b、120a、120b)を制御して炉心隔壁(2)の表面に粘着させる又は押し付けるための真空システム(125)をさらに備える、請求項1記載の装置(10)。
- 原子炉の炉心隔壁(2)における溶接部(W)を検査するための方法であって、
炉心隔壁(2)の壁に沿って装置(10)を移動させ、
鉛直方向に移動させるように一対の反対側にある水平パッド(110a、110b)を付着させ、
前記一対の反対側にある水平パッド(110a、110b)を解放し、
水平方向に移動させるように一対の反対側にある鉛直パッド(120a、120b)を付着させ、
前記一対の反対側にある鉛直パッド(120a、120b)を解放し、
前記炉心隔壁(2)の表面に中央パッド(105)を付着させ、
前記中央パッド(105)を回転させる、
ことを含む方法。 - 前記装置(10)に検査ツール(200)を取り付けることをさらに含む、請求項17記載の方法。
- 前記検査ツール(200)を移動させて、前記検査ツール(200)を前記測定され検査される溶接部(W)に向けて位置合わせさせる、請求項18記載の方法。
