Description

The present invention relates to a control device box that is suspended below a floor of a railway vehicle and accommodates a plurality of electronic components used for operation control of the railway vehicle.

This type of control device box is known from, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. H10-228707. In this device, vent holes are formed in the upper surface and the lower surface of the control device box, respectively. When the railway vehicle is running, rainwater enters the control device box from the upper ventilation hole, and dust enters the control device box from the lower ventilation hole together with outside air. For this reason, a cover body having a filter for preventing intrusion of dust into the control device box is usually attached to the ventilation hole on the lower surface.

Here, for example, when a large amount of rain falls and there is a puddle on the track, rainwater splashed when the vehicle is traveling may enter the control device box from the ventilation holes on the lower surface. For this reason, it is a common practice to use a so-called flexible mesh formed in a cylindrical shape as a filter, and to prevent water intrusion by stacking a plurality of the formed ones in the ventilation holes on the lower surface. However, this increases the cost.

Further, Patent Document 2 discloses that a dust removal box projects from the outer surface side of the side plate of the control device box and a filter is attached to one side of the dust removal box. In this case, a plurality of baffle plates are provided in the dust removal box, a perforated bottom plate is provided horizontally at the lower end of the baffle plate, and the opening at the bottom of the dust removal box is closed by the lower cover. And the outside air introduced from the vent on the side surface of the dust removal box is meandered between the baffle plates and supplied to the control device box through the air filter. If such a structure of Patent Document 2 is applied to the ventilation hole on the lower surface of Patent Document 1, rainwater can be prevented from entering by a baffle plate in the dust removal box, so that the number of filters can be reduced. However, if the dust box is protruded from the control device box, there is a problem that not only the control device box is enlarged, but also the weight is increased.

Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-152033

In view of the above points, the present invention ensures the invasion of dust and rainwater from the ventilation holes on the lower surface without using a plurality of filters and without increasing the size and weight of the control device box. It is an object of the present invention to provide a control device box that can be prevented.

In order to solve the above problems, the control device box of the present invention, which is suspended under the floor of a railway vehicle and accommodates a plurality of electronic components used for operation control of the railway vehicle, has ventilation on the upper and lower surfaces of the control device box. A pair of upper and lower upper frames, each of which has a hole, is provided with a lid having a filter for preventing dust from entering the control device box, and the lid sandwiches the filter in the vertical direction. The first and second vents that are long in the X-axis direction are spaced apart from each other in the Y-axis direction, with the directions orthogonal to each other in the same plane as the X-axis direction and the Y-axis direction. And a plurality of second vents that are long in the X-axis direction are spaced apart from each other in the Y-axis direction and the positions relative to the first vent ports are shifted in the Y-axis direction. Falling wall at both edges along the X-axis direction of the first vent and the X-axis direction of the second vent The labyrinth with a built-in filter is provided with rising walls at both edges along the upper and lower sides, meandering in the vertical direction with the upper and lower frames assembled, and leading from the second vent to the first vent It is characterized in that a passage is defined.

According to the present invention, when the vehicle travels, rainwater may enter from the second vent hole, but even in this case, the first wall is blocked by the rising wall portion or the falling wall portion that defines the labyrinth passage. The rainwater that has entered does not reach the vent and is drained again from the second vent or accumulates in the lower frame located between the adjacent rising walls. For this reason, since the filter itself does not attempt to prevent the intrusion of rain water as in the above conventional example, the filter only needs to have a function of preventing the intrusion of dust, and it is necessary to use a plurality of filters in layers. Absent. In addition, since the lid provided in the ventilation hole on the lower surface has the function of preventing the intrusion of dust and the function of preventing the intrusion of rainwater, the control device box is not increased in size and weight.

Hereinafter, with reference to the drawings, an embodiment of a control device box of the present invention that is suspended under the floor of a railway vehicle outside the figure and accommodates a plurality of electronic components used for operation control of the railway vehicle will be described. In the following, it is suspended under the floor of the railway vehicle in the posture shown in FIG. 1, and the term indicating the direction is based on this.

Referring to FIG. 1, CB is a control device box of the present embodiment that is suspended under the floor of a railway vehicle (not shown) via trapezoidal suspension members Sm that are erected at the four corners of the upper surface. . The control device box CB houses a plurality of electronic parts used for operation control of the railway vehicle, such as running the railway vehicle and cooling and heating the inside of the railway vehicle, although not particularly illustrated and described. Examples of the electronic component include a semiconductor element, a transformer (transformer), a capacitor, a resistor, and the like, and some of them require heat because they generate heat during operation control.

On the upper surface and the lower surface of the control device box CB, rectangular ventilation holes 11 and 12 communicating with the inside thereof are respectively opened. When the railway vehicle is traveling, outside air is ventilated from the lower ventilation hole 12 through the control device box CB to the upper ventilation hole 11 to cool the electronic components in the control device box CB. Thus, when the ventilation holes 11 and 12 are provided in the upper surface and the lower surface of the control device box CB, rainwater enters from the upper ventilation hole 11 and dust enters from the lower ventilation hole 12 together with the outside air. Problems such as incurring component failures occur.

A rising wall portion 11a is erected around the entire periphery of the upper ventilation hole 11, and the upper lid Uc covers the upper ventilation hole 11 by surrounding the rising wall portion 11a with a gap. Is installed. In this case, the upper lid Uc is fixed to the upper surface of the control device box CB via the bolt 13 at a predetermined location on the outer edge thereof. On the other hand, a lower lid (lid body) Dc having a filter for preventing dust from entering the control device box CB is attached to the lower ventilation hole 12, but it is flipped up when the vehicle travels. It is also necessary to make a configuration so that rainwater does not enter the control device box CB from the ventilation hole 12 on the lower surface.

2 to 4, the lower lid Dc has an outline having a size equivalent to that of the rectangular ventilation hole 12, and a pair of upper and lower upper frame bodies 3 and 4 that sandwich the filter 2 in the vertical direction. And have. As the filter 2, for example, a so-called flexible mesh formed into a cylindrical shape is used, but is not limited thereto. Here, when the direction along the long side of the rectangular ventilation hole 12 is described as the X-axis direction, and the direction along the short side of the ventilation hole 12 is described as the Y-axis direction, the upper frame 3 has a rectangular central hole 31a. A plate-shaped main body 31 and a plate material 2 which is fixed to the lower surface of the main body 31 by welding or the like on the lower surface of the main body 31 so as to straddle the central hole 31a in the X-axis direction. And a U-shaped body 32 of the book. As a result, three rectangular first vent holes 33 that are long in the X-axis direction and spaced in the Y-axis direction are formed, and the portion of the U-shaped material that extends downward is the first vent hole 33. Falling wall portions 34 formed over the entire length at both edge portions along the X-axis direction are configured.

The lower frame body 4 includes a main body 41 in which a plate material is formed in a dish shape so that a flange portion 41a remains in the periphery, and a portion of the main body 41 that protrudes downward is a rectangular second long in the X-axis direction. Two vent holes 42 are formed with an interval in the Y-axis direction and a position relative to the first vent hole 33 shifted in the Y-axis direction. A first rising wall portion 43 is provided on each edge portion along the X-axis direction of each second vent 42 along the entire length thereof. The lower frame body 4 is also provided with a second rising wall portion 44 having a length that reaches the upper frame body 3 when the upper frame body 3 and the lower frame body 4 are assembled. The rising wall portions 44 serve as falling wall portions that exist at the edges of the first vent holes 33 located at both ends in the Y-axis direction. Thus, in the assembled state of the upper frame body 3 and the lower frame body 4, the second ventilation is performed by meandering vertically between the falling wall portion 33 and the first and second compatible rising wall portions 43 and 44. A labyrinth passage 44, in which the filter 2 is present, is defined from the opening 42 to each first ventilation hole 33.

Four projecting pieces 35 are provided on the lower surface of the upper frame 3 on both sides in the Y-axis direction of the central hole 31a and at a predetermined interval in the X-axis direction, and correspond to the positions of the projecting pieces 35. The lower frame body 4 is provided with four holding bodies 46 each having a receiving recess 46a for receiving the lower end portion of each protruding piece 35. When the upper frame body 3 and the lower frame body 4 are assembled, the protrusions 35 are inserted into the receiving recesses 46a and engaged with each other (a so-called ball catch mechanism), so that the filter 2 is attached to the upper frame body 3 and the lower frame body 4. The state clamped with the frame 4 can be held. In addition, when assembling the upper frame body 3 and the lower frame body 4 in a state in which the filter 2 is contained, it is preferable that the filter 2 is molded in advance according to the shape of the labyrinth passage 44.

The lower lid Dc includes an annular support frame 5 having a rectangular outline. A hinge 51 is provided on the support frame 5 so as to be positioned on one side along the X-axis direction, and is swingably attached to the lower surface of the control device box CB via the hinge 51. A tongue piece 52 is provided on the other side of the support frame 5 along the X-axis direction, and the support frame 5 can be fixed to the lower surface of the control device box CB via the tongue piece 52 by a bolt 53. Thereby, in the state which attached the support frame 5 to the lower surface of the control apparatus box CB, the support frame 5 contact | abuts to the flange 41a of the lower frame body 4, and the cover body Dc is separated from the control apparatus box CB by the vibration at the time of driving | running | working. I try not to fall.

According to the above embodiment, rainwater may enter from the second vent 42 when the vehicle is running. Even in this case, the falling wall 33 defining the labyrinth passage 44 and the first and second The inflowing rainwater does not reach the first ventilation port 33 by being blocked by the compatible upflow wall portions 43 and 44, and the intruded rainwater is re-drained from the second ventilation port 42, or the first and second compatible upflows adjacent to each other. It collects in the part of the lower frame 4 located in wall part 43,44. For this reason, since the filter itself does not attempt to prevent rainwater from entering as in the conventional example, the filter 2 only needs to have a function of preventing dust from entering, and a plurality of filters 2 are used in an overlapping manner. There is no need. In addition, the lid body Dc provided in the ventilation hole 12 on the lower surface is provided with a function for preventing the intrusion of dust and a function for preventing the intrusion of rainwater, thereby leading to an increase in size and weight of the control device box CB. Nor.

Further, since the filter 2 is sandwiched between the upper and lower upper frame bodies 3 and 4 and supported by the support frame 5 attached to the lower surface of the control device box CB, the bolt 53 of the support frame 5 is attached. When the support frame 5 is removed and the support frame 5 is swung, the filter 2 sandwiched between the upper and lower upper frame bodies 3 and 4 can be taken out, and the protruding pieces 35 and the receiving members 46 can be taken out. Can be disassembled simply by releasing the engagement with the filter 2, and maintenance such as replacement of the filter 2 can be improved.

As mentioned above, although embodiment of this invention was described, this invention is not limited to said thing. In the above embodiment, the case using the support frame 5 has been described as an example, but a configuration in which this is omitted and the lower frame body 4 is directly fixed to the lower surface of the control device box CB may be employed. In the above embodiment, a so-called ball catch mechanism is provided to fix the upper frame body 3 and the lower frame body 4, but the filter 2 is sandwiched between the upper frame body 3 and the lower frame body 4. Any other known method can be adopted as long as it can maintain the above state.
