Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an uneven decorative board and a method for manufacturing the same, and more specifically, a step between a concave portion and a convex portion can be visually recognized in three dimensions, and a three-dimensional effect can be recognized even by a tentacle, and an object such as natural stone, natural wood, tile, etc. The present invention relates to an uneven decorative board having equivalent design properties and a method for producing the same.
Natural stones, natural wood, tiles and the like are known as building materials for decorating buildings.
Although these building materials are excellent in design, they have the disadvantages of poor productivity and high cost.
In addition, natural stone and natural wood are difficult to obtain from the viewpoint of nature conservation.
For these reasons, the use of these building materials has been avoided for prefabricated and unitized houses that have been on the rise in recent years.
On the other hand, so-called decorative boards have been developed in which natural stones, natural wood, tiles, and the like are used as objects and the pattern is drawn on the surface.
Such a decorative board can be manufactured at a low cost, and can be constructed by a general carpenter without relying on skilled craftsmen, so is suitable for use in prefabricated and unitized houses, Contributes to improving the design of buildings.
As such a decorative board, for example, a base material, an undercoat layer formed on the surface of the base material, a receiving layer formed on the surface of the undercoat layer, and an ink jet on the surface of the receiving layer A coating building material comprising a printing layer formed by printing, a clear layer formed on the surface side of the printing layer, an inorganic coating layer, and a functional coating layer is known (see, for example, Patent Document 1). .
In addition to this, there are also known decorative boards that are provided with unevenness by embossing on a substrate and painted with a roll coater to express tiles, and decorative boards that are patterned by various printing methods ( For example, see Patent Document 2).
However, the conventional decorative board containing the painted building material described in

Hereinafter, each step will be described in more detail.
First, in the first step S1, the surface of an object such as natural stone, natural wood, tile or the like having irregularities on the surface is read with a full-color scanner to obtain image data.
