Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a sheet body in which a rectangular upper sheet and a lower sheet are overlapped and bonded to each other, and in particular, the overlapping is achieved while curling is suppressed when a part of the upper sheet and the lower sheet is peeled off. The present invention relates to a technique for avoiding erroneous detection of a state in which a plurality of sheets overlap each other, where the upper sheet and the lower sheet that should be originally detected as a single sheet when being conveyed by a printer.
Conventionally, when delivering a delivery item, a delivery slip in which delivery information such as the address, name or name of the delivery source and delivery destination of the delivery item is entered is used, and the delivery slip in which the delivery information is entered is used as the delivery item. The delivery is delivered to the delivery destination according to the delivery information that is affixed and entered in the delivery slip.
In such a delivery slip, one in which a delivery slip brought back by a delivery company after delivery is delivered to a delivery destination is separable is used. When this delivery slip is used, when the delivery item is delivered to the delivery destination, a receipt stamp is pressed on the delivery slip, and the delivery slip is separated from the delivery slip and brought back by the delivery company. It is managed that it was delivered to.
As described above, the delivery slip that can be taken away with the delivery slip is, for example, a delivery slip even after the delivery is delivered to the delivery destination on the surface of the base sheet with the adhesive applied to the entire back surface. In addition to adhering a sticker slip that is stuck on the sheet to make it difficult to peel off, the above-mentioned delivery slip is attached so as to be peelable. This delivery slip is affixed to the delivery with an adhesive applied to the back surface of the base sheet. When the delivery item is delivered to the delivery destination, a receipt stamp is pressed on the delivery slip, and the delivery slip is peeled off from the base sheet, so that the delivery slip can be separated from the delivery slip.
Here, the delivery slip needs to be adhered to the base sheet with a certain degree of adhesive force so as not to be inadvertently separated from the base sheet. In particular, in recent years, delivery information for delivery slips is often entered by printing on a printer. In this case, the delivery slip is peeled off from the base sheet when the delivery slip is transported through the printer. Since there is a possibility, a certain level of adhesive force is required.
However, in order to peel off the delivery slip from the base sheet, a force exceeding the adhesive strength of the delivery slip to the base sheet is required. Therefore, if the adhesive strength between the delivery slip and the base sheet is increased, A large stress is concentrated on the peeling area, which causes a large curl on the delivery slip peeled from the base sheet.
Therefore, the applicant of the present application has provided an upper sheet and a lower sheet in an island shape between the upper sheet and the lower sheet in the sheet body in which the upper sheet and the lower sheet are superposed and peelably bonded. We have devised a technique in which a plurality of pseudo-adhesive structures are bonded in a peelable manner.
In this technology, the upper sheet and the lower sheet are not bonded on the entire surface, but are bonded by a plurality of pseudo-adhesive structures provided in an island shape between the upper sheet and the lower sheet. The upper sheet and the lower sheet can be peeled with a small force, so that a large stress is not concentrated on the peeling area between the upper sheet and the lower sheet, and the curl when the upper sheet and the lower sheet are peeled off. Can be suppressed (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
By the way, the sheet body as described above is often conveyed in the printer to print information. However, in the printer, when a plurality of sheets are conveyed in a stacked state, for example, an ultrasonic wave or the like is used. Those that have a mechanism to detect the double feed. Such a printer has a certain width in a direction orthogonal to the sheet conveyance direction and performs a detection operation in a line, and when it is determined that a plurality of sheets are conveyed in an overlapping state, an error output or Carry out transportation stop etc.
Therefore, as described above, when the upper sheet and the lower sheet are bonded by a plurality of pseudo-adhesive structures provided in an island shape between the upper sheet and the lower sheet, the upper sheet and the lower sheet Since there is a region where the sheet is not bonded, the upper sheet and the lower sheet must be detected as a single sheet by bonding the upper sheet and the lower sheet. In some cases, it is determined that the error has occurred, and an error output or a conveyance stop is executed.
The present invention is a configuration in which a rectangular upper sheet and a lower sheet are overlapped and bonded to each other, and the upper sheet and the lower sheet are overlapped while suppressing curling when a part of the upper sheet and the lower sheet is peeled off. An object of the present invention is to provide a sheet body that can avoid erroneous detection of a state in which a plurality of sheets overlap each other when a sheet and a lower sheet must be detected as a single sheet when the sheet and the lower sheet are conveyed by a printer.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides:
A sheet body in which a rectangular upper sheet and a lower sheet are superposed and bonded together,
The adhesive part where the upper sheet and the lower sheet are adhered and the non-adhesive part where the upper sheet and the lower sheet are not adhered are mixed in a stripe shape or island shape, or the upper sheet and the lower sheet Releasable areas where the adhesive strength with the sheet is different in stripes or islands,
It has a predetermined width from an end side of the upper sheet and the lower sheet to an opposite end side, extends through the peelable region, and has a pasting region where the upper sheet and the lower sheet are bonded together. .
In the present invention configured as described above, the peelable region where the upper sheet and the lower sheet are detachably bonded is the adhesive portion where the upper sheet and the lower sheet are bonded, and the upper sheet and the lower sheet. Non-bonded non-bonded parts are mixed in stripes or islands, or the adhesive force between the upper sheet and lower sheet is different in stripes or islands. It is possible to peel off, thereby preventing a large stress from concentrating on the peeling region between the upper sheet and the lower sheet, and curling when the upper sheet and the lower sheet are peeled off is suppressed. In addition, when the sheet body is transported in the printer to print information on the sheet body, as described above, a double feed is detected in a line having a certain width in a direction orthogonal to the sheet transport direction. When the operation is performed, the pasting area where the upper sheet and the lower sheet are bonded together extends from the edge of the upper sheet and the lower sheet to the opposite edge and extends through the peelable area. Therefore, if the pasting area is set according to the area where the double feed detection operation is performed, even if there is a peelable area in the area where the double feed detection operation is performed, the double feed detection operation is actually performed. In the area to be performed, the upper sheet and the lower sheet are adhered to each other, thereby avoiding erroneous detection that a plurality of sheets are overlapped.
According to the present invention, the bonded portion where the upper sheet and the lower sheet are bonded and the non-bonded portion where the upper sheet and the lower sheet are not bonded are mixed in a stripe shape or island shape, or the upper sheet and the lower sheet are mixed. In a configuration having peelable areas having different adhesive strengths with the sheet or stripe shape, the sheet has a predetermined width from the edge of the upper sheet and the lower sheet to the opposite edge, and extends through the peelable area. The upper sheet and the lower sheet have a sticking area where the upper sheet and the lower sheet are adhered to each other, so that curling is suppressed when a part of the upper sheet and the lower sheet is peeled off, and the upper sheet and the lower sheet are overlapped with each other. It is possible to avoid erroneous detection of a state in which a plurality of sheets are overlapped, which should originally be detected as a single sheet when being conveyed by the printer.

Below, the effect | action by the sheet | seat body comprised as mentioned above is demonstrated.
FIG. 6 is a diagram for explaining the operation when information is printed on the sheet body shown in FIGS.
When printing information on the sheet body shown in FIGS. 2 to 5, the sheet body is transported through the printer to print information. However, in the printer, a plurality of sheets are transported in a stacked state. In such a case, for example, a device having a mechanism for detecting the double feed using ultrasonic waves or the like is used. Such a printer has a certain width in a direction orthogonal to the sheet conveyance direction and performs a detection operation in a line, and when it is determined that a plurality of sheets are conveyed in an overlapping state, an error output or Carry out transportation stop etc.

By the way, in the sheet | seat body shown in FIGS. 2-5, in the area | region used as the
As described above, the
Below, the usage method of the sheet | seat body mentioned above is demonstrated.
7-10 is a figure for demonstrating the usage method of the sheet | seat body shown in FIGS.

After the information such as the delivery information is printed on each of the
Next, the sticking
And since the
On the other hand, in the
The
The
In this way, the
As shown in FIG. 10B, when the package of the
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 10 (c), the

(Second Embodiment)
FIG. 11 is a diagram schematically showing a second embodiment of the sheet body of the present invention, in which (a) is a plan view and (b) is an AA ′ cross-sectional view shown in (a). .
As shown in FIG. 11, this embodiment is a sheet body in which an upper sheet 105 and a lower sheet 106 are overlapped and are detachably bonded by an

Below, the specific example of the sheet | seat body comprised as mentioned above is demonstrated.
図12は、図11に示したシート体の具体例を示す図であり、(a)は平面図、(b)は(a)に示したA−A’断面図、(c)は(a)に示したB−B’断面図、(d)は(a)に示したC−C’断面図である。
12 is a diagram illustrating a specific example of the sheet body illustrated in FIG. 11, where (a) is a plan view, (b) is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA ′ illustrated in (a), and (c) is (a). BB ′ cross-sectional view shown in FIG. 4B, and (d) is a CC ′ cross-sectional view shown in FIG. 13A and 13B are diagrams showing the configuration of the overlapping surface of the
In this example, as shown in FIG. 12, the
The
On the overlapping surface of the
First, on the overlapping surface of the
An
Of the
In the sheet body configured as described above, the
