（ハ）下蓋（２）の下部にパイプキャッチクリップ（５）を左右２か所設ける。
（ニ）パイプキャッチクリップ（５）の両端にパイプキャッチクリップスライドレール（６）を設ける。
（ホ）上蓋（１）と下蓋（２）の後ろ側に上下蓋の丁番（１１）を設ける。
