Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an inner bag for a flexible container bag produced using a tungsten sheet containing barium sulfate or a tungsten compound, which is a kind of radiation shielding raw material.
Along with the accident at the TEPCO Fukushima Daiichi NPS due to the tsunami of the Great East Japan Earthquake, a wide range of soils, mainly in Fukushima Prefecture, have been contaminated with radioactive materials. The area of soil contamination is large, and the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries is working on the development of decontamination technology for the soil that is the basis of food production. As part of this, in Fukushima Prefecture, taking into account the ground (paddy fields, fields) and the degree of contamination, topsoil (filler) is scraped from soil with a radioactive cesium concentration of 5000 Bq / kg or more. Specifically, the topsoil is scraped off by heavy machinery (yumbo), filled into a flexible container bag, transported to a predetermined temporary storage location, and stored until moving to an intermediate storage facility installed in the future. .
However, the raw fabric woven with a tape yarn made of thermoplastic resin such as polyethylene or polypropylene is cut into a plurality of parts sheets of a predetermined shape, and the adjacent parts sheets are sewn together into a bag shape. Some have a radiation shielding function (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
Further, a powdery shielding material made of a barium sulfate and / or iron-containing material and having an average particle diameter in the range of 0.01 to 50 μm is uniformly dispersed in a binder made of a thermoplastic resin and / or a thermoplastic elastomer. The air dose rate when the powder shielding material is 40 to 95 wt% and the radiation shielding rate per sheet is measured with a cesium 137 standard radiation source. A radiation shielding material having a reduction rate of 0.3 to 50%, and radiation using the radiation shielding material so as to form at least one radiation shielding layer around or covering the radiation source There was also a shielding method (see, for example, Patent Document 2).
A flexible container bag is formed by cutting a plurality of original fabrics woven with a tape yarn made of a thermoplastic resin such as polyethylene or polypropylene into component sheets of a predetermined shape, and sewing the adjacent component sheets together into a bag shape. Some have a radiation shielding function. However, the radiation of further contaminated soil improves the shielding effect of the outward leakage of the flexible container bag, and prevents radioactive contamination of workers engaged in long-term work not only at the site of topsoil scraping but also at the storage location. There was a growing need for reduction.
In addition, flexible container bags made of fabric made of polypropylene as the main raw material have the required tensile strength but are not sufficiently weather resistant to ultraviolet rays. The progress was so fast that even if a UV agent was added, the weather resistance could not be maintained for a sufficient period.
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and even if the flexible container bag receives sunlight, the amount of external leakage of radioactive material in the inner bag for the flexible container bag used inside the flexible container bag is reduced. An object of the present invention is to provide an inner bag for a flexible container bag that has sufficient weather resistance even when sunlight leaks from the flexible container bag.

Polypropylene is a homopolymer of propylene, or a propylene-based one, and α-olefins such as ethylene, 1-butene, 1-pentene, 1-hexene, 4-methyl-1-pentene, and acrylic acid. Random copolymers, block copolymers, or graft copolymers with unsaturated carboxylic acids such as ethyl acrylate and derivatives thereof, vinyl esters such as vinyl acetate, unsaturated aromatic compounds such as styrene and methylstyrene, etc. It can be combined.
The

Further, the
As shown in FIG. 2, the radiation shielding
Thus, the tungsten sheet containing tungsten used for the
Furthermore, with reference to FIG.1 and FIG.2, the radiation shielding flexible container bag which mounted | wore the flexible container bag with the inner bag for flexible container bags concerning this invention is demonstrated.
As described above, the
As shown in FIG. 2, this
In this way, the flexible container bag
Further, the
Moreover, the
In addition, a tungsten film can be manufactured by installing a die having a linear lip called a T-die at the tip of an extruder, and extruding the material flat and continuously molding it.
Further, the
The
When using the
In this way, the radiation shielding
Since the
Furthermore, it becomes effective by providing the
In order to improve the performance of the radiation shielding
Next, FIG. 3 (a) is a graph showing the weather resistance strength of the outer fabric of the inner bag for the flexible container bag, and FIG. 3 (b) is a data table of the weather resistance strength of the outer fabric of the inner bag for the flexible container bag. To do.
Weather resistance (JIS-Z-1651 carbon arc method) The vertical axis indicates the strength retention ratio, which is the ratio of the vertical strength, and the horizontal axis indicates the aging time (hr). Here, the inner bag for the flexible container bag The strength retention of cloth bags (flexible bags) made of the same material as the outer cloth and general cloth bags (made of polypropylene) are compared. The flexible container bag is also called a cross bag. Later, longitudinal strength and lateral strength are measured, but in general, the cross bag has a configuration in which the length of the tape yarn (weft) is slightly larger than the width of the tape yarn (warp), so the longitudinal strength is It is larger than the lateral strength. And when compared with a general pass / fail judgment level = 70%, the general cross bag is about 900 hr, but the cross bag made of the same material as the outer fabric is cleared about 1500 hr, so it has sufficient weather resistance. I understand that. In addition, as for the material used here, the addition amount of barium sulfate is 40 weight%.
As shown in the data table of the weather resistance strength of the outer fabric of the inner bag for the flexible container bag in FIG. 3 (b), in the general cloth, the longitudinal strength after 900 hours is 71.8%, and the lateral strength is 62.1%. On the other hand, the cloth bag made of the same material as the outer cloth has a very good result with a longitudinal strength of 77.3% and a lateral strength of 64.1% after 1500 hours.
Next, an increase / decrease in the amount of barium sulfate added to the inner cloth of the inner bag for the flexible container bag of FIG. 4 and a data table of the fabric strong vibration elongation test will be described. Thus, in the strength tests 1 to 4, the amount of barium sulfate added was changed from 30% to 60%, and the tape yarn strength (cN / dt) was measured. All can maintain the test reference value (here, 3 cN / dt). Here, if the amount of barium sulfate added is increased, the weather resistance is improved, but the strength is weakened. Next, the tensile strength (N) also decreases in strength if the amount of barium sulfate added is increased. Further, in the elongation (%), the elongation changes similarly from 25% to 15% with the increase in barium sulfate addition (from 30% to 60%), and the weft strength changes from 18% to 13%. Flexibility is gone.
Thus, it was found that the strength was sufficient even when the amount of barium sulfate added was changed from 30% to 60%. Furthermore, it was found that 40% of the added amount of barium sulfate satisfies the weather resistance of about 1500 hours, so even if some tensile strength is lowered, it is sufficient even if the added amount of barium sulfate is increased to about 60%. It can be assumed that the product performance will be maintained.

Next, Fig. 6 (a) Data table showing the dependence of the radiation (γ-ray) shielding performance of the inner fabric of the inner bag for the flexible container bag on the amount of added tungsten, thickness and particle size, Fig. 6 (b) The relationship between the radiation shielding performance of the inner cloth of the inner bag for container bags and the tungsten content will be described. Here, the components of
Further, if the tungsten content rate of the tungsten compound is increased from 5% to 10%, it is effective because the radiation shielding rate can be increased in order to double the tungsten content contained in the test piece.
As shown in the data table of FIG. 6A, in
In Reference Example 1 and
FIG. 7 shows the dependence of the amount of added tungsten, the thickness, and the particle size on the radiation shielding performance of the inner cloth of the inner bag for the flexible container bag. Here, in

If the thickness is the same, a laminate of film pieces is more flexible and easier to handle, so it is even better for an inner bag of a container bag.

The evaluation test was conducted on March 15, 2015 at the Ito Campus of Kyushu University. The test conditions of the radiation shielding evaluation method are 1 m from the floor, the detector is spaced 25 cm from the radiation source to the measurement center, and a sample is present (with sample) and a sample is present (with sample). No)), the net dose rate (removing the background dose rate) is measured, and the shielding rate is obtained from the average of the obtained measurement values.
Source: Cesium 137, Half-life: 30 years, γ-ray energy: 662 keV, γ-ray intensity: 2208 γ / s, distance to table: 20 mm, measuring device: Ge detector, measuring time: 1000 s, CsROI channel.
Samples were measured with a standard radiation source of NET = 13151, GR0SS = 13974, BG = 823, σ (NET) = 122, and σdirect (NET) = 115.
Further, the sample 3A (
Here, GLOSS is a value actually measured, BG (background) is a background value, and NET is a value of a sample obtained by subtracting BG from GLOSS. That is, it is expressed as NET + BG = GROSS. Also, σ (NET) and σdirect (NET) indicate the range of error of the measurement value possessed by this measurement.
