(3) Since a gap is formed between the radiator cover and the floor surface for the convenience of installation, dust and dust easily collect in the gap. There was a possibility that the lower air passage was blocked, which was not preferable; (4) The cover was a heat-resistant resin plate, but depending on the type of resin selected, the radiation efficiency was poor and the heating performance was reduced. (5 Although the configuration of the radiator that can be installed along the longitudinal direction of the skirting board is disclosed, the configuration at the entrance corner or the exit corner is not disclosed, and it can be introduced as it is to a building having various designs There wasn't.
Moreover, according to the heating system of the said patent document 2, since the heat radiator was stored in the baseboard, it was possible to improve the said (1) and (3) problem. Similarly to Patent Document 1, since the skirting board has a slit portion for convection of air, the problem (2) still occurs. Moreover, since the material of the base material surface part is not specified, there exists a possibility that the problem of said (4) may arise, and it was not fully disclosed about said (5).

According to the skirting board heating device described in Patent Document 3 proposed by the present inventor, the above problems (1) to (5) can be solved. However, further improvement in heating performance has been demanded so that it can be used more suitably as main heating instead of floor heating or the like. However, it is preferable that the contact area between the holder member and the base member is small from the viewpoint of reducing the amount of heat transmitted to the outdoor side by heat conduction from the holder member to the base member and improving the heating performance. From such a viewpoint, the base member is preferably configured to hold the holder member between the pieces as in the present embodiment.

As shown in FIG. 2A and FIG. 3A and FIG. 3B, the base member 1 is provided with a space in which the lower end portion 4d of the cover member 4 is accommodated when the cover member 4 is attached. Further, it is fixed to the inner wall material 11 in a state of being separated from the floor material 12 by a predetermined height (the height indicated by H in FIGS. 3A and 3B). As a method of fixing the base member 1 at a predetermined height away from the floor material 12, for example, a method of arranging a spacer having a predetermined height in the joint portion and fixing the base member 1 to the inner wall material 11 on the spacer. Can be mentioned.

The base member 1 is formed with grooves 1g and 1g for fitting with the head of the fixing member 6, and is formed at the bottom of the groove as shown in FIGS. 2 (a) and 3 (a). The base member 1 is fixed to the inner wall material 11 and the intermediate pillar 15 by allowing the fixing member 6 to pass through the through-hole. The method for fixing the base member 1 is not particularly limited, and the base member 1 may be fixed to a pillar serving as a base of the inner wall material 11, a structural plywood, or the like. Moreover, the kind of fixing member is not specifically limited, A wood screw etc. can be used.

The base member 1 is arrange | positioned in the site | part except an entrance corner part and / or an exit corner part among a connection part. By disposing the base member 1 at a portion other than the entrance corner and / or exit corner of the joint portion, a space for taking out a pipe, which will be described later, an L-shaped member 5 is provided at the entrance corner and / or exit corner. It is possible to secure a space for arranging the end member 8 and a space for arranging the end member 8.

In the present embodiment, the form in which the base member 1 is arranged from above the inner wall material 11 is shown, but the present invention is not limited to this, and a gap is formed in the lower portion of the inner wall material 11 by cutting off the lower portion of the inner wall material 11 or the like. The base member 1 may be installed so as to be embedded in the gap. By installing the base member 1 so as to be embedded in the space below the inner wall material 11, it is possible to further suppress the protrusion of the skirting board heating device into the room.

The height (length in the vertical direction) of the base member 1 is not particularly limited, and can be set as appropriate according to required heating performance and appearance characteristics as a baseboard. The height of the base member 1 can be 7-15 cm, for example.

The material of the base member 1 is made of resin, and its thermal conductivity needs to be lower than that of the cover member 4 described later, and is preferably lower than that of the holder member 3 described later.
The thermal conductivity of the resin constituting the base member 1 is preferably 0.5 W / m · K or less at 20 ° C., more preferably 0.4 W / m · K or less, and 0.3 W / More preferably, it is not more than m · K. The base member 1 preferably has heat resistance. Examples of the resin that satisfies such conditions include polypropylene, polystyrene, acrylonitrile styrene, polyvinylidene chloride, polycarbonate, polyethylene terephthalate, phenol resin, epoxy resin, and unsaturated polyester resin.
By forming the base member 1 from the resin, the amount of heat transferred from the holder member 3 and the cover member 4 holding the hot water pipe 2 to the base member 1 can be reduced, and the amount of heat that escapes to the indoor side is increased. The performance can be improved.

(Pipe for hot water 2)
The hot water pipe 2 is a tubular member that is connected to a heat source unit and circulates hot water inside the pipe to transmit heat. As shown in FIGS. 2A, 3, and 4, the hot water pipe 2 includes an outward pipe 2 a and a return pipe 2 b, and includes engagement portions 3 a and 3 a of a holder member 3 and a cover member 4 described later. It is gripped by the gripping portions 4f and 4f.
The hot water pipe 2 is connected to the L-shaped member 5 or the end member 8 described later at the entrance corner and / or the exit corner (see FIGS. 3 and 7).

As the material for the hot water pipe 2, cross-linked polyethylene having a cross-linked structure in the molecular chain constituting the polyethylene is used. This cross-linked polyethylene pipe has durability test items in accordance with JXPA standards (tensile yield strength, pressure resistance, hot internal pressure creep property, leachability (turbidity, residual chlorine reduction, odor, etc.), chlorine water resistance, gel content Any product that has passed (rate) can be used. In particular, the gel fraction is preferably 65% or more.

(Holder member 3)
The holder member 3 has engaging portions 3a and 3a that engage with the engaged portions 1e and 1e of the base member 1, and is a member that grips the hot water pipe 2 at the engaging portions 3a and 3a. The structure of the holder member 3 will be described with reference to FIG. As shown in FIG. 4 (b), the holder member 3 includes the engaging portions 3a and 3a, the piece 3b connecting the engaging portions 3a and 3a, and the engaging portions 3a and 3a in the vertical direction. And extending pieces 3c and 3c. The engaging portions 3 a and 3 a have a semicircular arc shape capable of gripping the hot water pipe 2 along the outer peripheral surface of the hot water pipe 2, and the convex portions are engaged portions 1 e of the base member 1. 1e can be engaged. When attaching the holder member 3 to the base member 1, it is possible to attach the holder member 3 by engaging the engaging portions 3 a and 3 a of the holder member 3 with the engaged portions 1 e and 1 e of the base member 1. Further, in the present embodiment, by bringing the indoor side surface of the T-shaped piece 1c into contact with the outdoor side surface of the piece 3b, and bringing the outdoor side surface of the L-shaped piece 1d into contact with the outdoor side surface of the piece 3c, The holder member 3 can be stably attached to the base member 1.

In the holder member 3, the hot water pipe 2 is used as a holder at the indoor side ends of the engaging portions 3 a and 3 a (the connecting portion between the engaging portion 3 a and the piece 3 c and the connecting portion between the engaging portion 3 a and the piece 3 b). It is preferable that a locking claw 3d for preventing the hot water pipe 2 from dropping off when attached to the member 3 is formed. By having the locking claw 3d, after the holder member 3 and the hot water pipe 2 are attached to the base member 1, until the cover member is attached, or after the hot water pipe 2 is attached to the holder member 3 first. Since it is possible to prevent the hot water pipe 2 from falling off before the hot water pipe 2 and the holder member 3 are integrally attached to the base member 1, workability can be improved.

The material of the holder member 3 is preferably made of metal or resin having a higher thermal conductivity than the base member 1.

When the material of the holder member 3 is a metal, the thermal conductivity of the metal is preferably 10 W / m · K or more at 20 ° C., more preferably 50 W / m · K or more, and 100 W / m More preferably, it is m · K or more. When the holder member 3 is made of metal, for example, aluminum or the like can be used as the metal constituting the holder member 3. The surface of the holder member 3 is preferably subjected to an alumite / clear treatment. By subjecting the surface of the holder member 3 to an alumite / clear treatment, the fitting operation with the base member 1 can be improved and the radiation rate and the corrosion resistance can be improved. The heat transfer to the cover member 4 is facilitated not only by heat conduction but also by radiation.

When the material of the holder member 3 is resin, the thermal conductivity of the resin is preferably 0.3 W / m · K or more at 20 ° C., more preferably 0.4 W / m · K or more. Preferably, it is 0.5 W / m · K or more. The holder member 3 preferably has heat resistance. Examples of the resin that satisfies such conditions include polyethylene, ABS resin, acrylic resin, polyamide, polyacetal, fluororesin, and cellulose acetate.

By forming the holder member 3 with the resin or metal, the amount of heat transferred from the hot water pipe 2 to the holder member 3 can be increased, and the thermal conductivity of the cover member 4 can be increased as described above. Since a synergistic effect with higher than the thermal conductivity is obtained, it is possible to greatly increase the amount of heat that escapes to the indoor side and improve the heating performance.

(Cover member 4)
The structure of the cover member 4 according to this embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. The cover member 4 is a member having a cross-sectional shape shown in FIG. 4B and extending in the longitudinal direction. In the cross section shown in FIG. 4 (b), the cover member 4 has an upright piece 4a that stands up and down in the paper surface, and an upper end that extends from the upper end of the upright piece 4a to the outdoor side with an inclined surface 4b. Part 4c, lower end part 4d having an inclined surface 4e partially from the lower end of standing piece 4a and extending to the outdoor side, and gripping parts 4f and 4f formed in the middle part of standing piece 4a ing. The grip portions 4 f and 4 f of the cover member 4 have a semicircular arc shape that can grip the hot water pipe 2 along the outer peripheral surface of the hot water pipe 2, and the cover member 4 is attached to the base member 1. In the posture, the hot water pipe 2 can be gripped together with the engaging portions 3 a and 3 a of the holder member 3.
As shown in FIG. 4A, the cover member 4 and the base member 1 are in contact with the upper end piece 1 b of the base member 1 and the upper end portion 4 c of the piece 4 g and at the lower end of the base member 1. The piece 1b and the piece 4h of the lower end portion 4d can be fitted together by contact, and the cover member 4 is detachably attached to the base member 1 by the fitting.

The upper end portion 4c and the lower end portion 4d of the cover member 4 have a shape that fits to each other. As a result, the baseboard heating device 10 may be installed side by side in the vertical direction, as will be described later. FIG. 5 shows a state in which two skirting heaters 10 are installed side by side. A plurality of the skirting heaters 10 of the present invention can be installed side by side in the vertical direction as described above, and can be used as a panel radiator. The shape in which the upper end 4c and the lower end 4d are fitted is preferably a stepped structure having an inclined surface. Since the shape in which the upper end portion 4c and the lower end portion 4d are fitted has an inclined surface, the lower end portion 4d of the cover member 4 has an inclined surface 4e. When the cover member 4 is attached, the lower end portion 4d is scraped or the like. Can be prevented.

As shown in FIG. 2A and FIG. 4A, the outer peripheral surface of the hot water pipe 2 is entirely covered by the engaging portion 3a and the grip portion 4f (hereinafter “completely covered”). Is preferred). Since the outer peripheral surface of the hot water pipe 2 is completely covered by the engaging part 3a and the grip part 4f, the hot water pipe 2 and the cover member 4 are connected via the holder member 3 or directly. Since the amount of heat transfer by heat conduction from the hot water pipe 2 to the cover member 4 can be increased, the heating performance can be improved. Moreover, since the cover member 4 has a structure that directly supports the hot water pipe 2 together with the holder member 3, the thickness of the skirting board heating device 10 in the indoor / outdoor direction can be reduced, and the skirting board heating device 10 is moved to the indoor side. Can be prevented from protruding. According to such a skirting board heating device 10, even if it is installed directly from the indoor side of the inner wall material 11 without forming a gap in the lower portion of the inner wall material 11, it is installed without affecting the appearance. Is possible.

The cover member 4 is made of metal having a higher thermal conductivity than the base member 1. The material of the cover member 4 is not particularly limited as long as it is a metal having a higher thermal conductivity than that of the base member 1. For example, aluminum or the like can be used. The surface of the cover member 4 is preferably subjected to an alumite / clear treatment. By applying alumite / clear treatment to the surface of the cover member 4, the fitting operation with the base member 1, the holder member 3 and the hot water pipe 2 can be improved and the radiation rate can be improved. This makes it easier to transmit the radiation to the room.

The thermal conductivity of the metal constituting the cover member 4 needs to be higher than that of the base member 1. That is, the thermal conductivity of the metal constituting the cover member 4 is preferably 10 W / m · K or more at 20 ° C., more preferably 50 W / m · K or more, and 100 W / m · K or more. More preferably. By forming the cover member 4 from a metal that satisfies the above conditions, the amount of heat transferred from the hot water pipe 2 and the holder member 3 to the cover member 4 can be made larger than the amount of heat transferred to the base member 1, and the amount of heat that escapes to the indoor side. The heating performance can be improved.

In the present invention, the cover member 4 may have a baseboard appearance. Here, “having the appearance of a skirting board” means that, when the skirting board heating device 10 is viewed from the indoor side, it is possible to give the viewer an impression that it is a skirting board. means. Accordingly, the size and shape of the cover member 4 can be appropriately changed within a range applicable to a normally designed baseboard as long as the joint portion between the inner wall material 11 and the floor material 12 can be concealed. is there. The surface appearance of the skirting board can be changed, if desired, by sticking a sheet such as a woodgrain sheet. Moreover, when using the skirting board heating device 10 in combination with the normal skirting board 15 as in the present embodiment, the design of the cover member 4 is the same as that of the skirting board 15 so that a sense of unity is obtained. It can be provided without giving a sense of incongruity in appearance. The skirting board heating device and the skirting board may have different designs.

(Buffer material)
2 and 5 show a mode in which the cover member 4 is directly placed on the floor material 12, but a buffer material is provided at the contact portion between the lower end portion 4 d of the cover member 4 and the floor material 12. It may be arranged. The cushioning material is a sheet-like member that functions as a parting material that hides the eyes of the joint portion. The method of arranging the buffer material is not particularly limited. For example, the cover member 4 is attached in a state where the spacer having the same thickness as the buffer material is arranged at the time of construction of the cover member 4, and then the spacer is removed and the buffer is removed. The method of inserting a material is mentioned. The material of the buffer material is not particularly limited, and a known synthetic resin or the like can be used.

(L-shaped member 5)
The skirting board heating device 10 may have an L-shaped member 5 at the entrance corner or the exit corner.
As shown in FIG. 3, the L-shaped member 5 is configured so that the adjacent forward pipes 2 a or the adjacent return pipes 2 b are connected to each other at the entrance corner A1 (A2) or the exit corner B1 of the inner wall made of the inner wall material 11. It is a member to connect. As shown in FIG. 6C, the L-shaped member 5 has stepped connection portions 5a at both end portions, and the connection portion 5a and the inner peripheral surface of the end portion of the hot water pipe 2 are fitted. By doing so, the hot water pipe 2 and the L-shaped member 5 are connected. Moreover, the connection part of this connection part 5a and the piping 2 for warm water is restrained by the band 7 from the piping 2 for warm water 2, and the connection is firm.

The angle formed by the longitudinal direction of the connecting portions 5a and 5a indicated by α in FIG. 6C is not limited to 90 degrees, and can be appropriately changed according to the angle of the entrance corner portion or the exit corner portion. . For example, as shown in FIG. 6D, an L-shaped member 5 ′ having an angle α larger than 90 degrees may be used. Thus, by using the L-shaped member corresponding to the angle of the entrance corner or the exit corner, it becomes possible to improve the adaptability to a building having various designs.

(Terminal member 8)
The skirting heater 10 may have the end member 8 in the entrance corner or the exit corner.
As shown in FIG. 7A, the end member 8 is a member that connects the forward pipe 2 a and the return pipe 2 b at the end portion of the skirting board heating device 10. As shown in FIG. 7 (b), the end member 8 has a stepped connection portion 8a having the same shape as the connection portion 5a of the L-shaped member at both end portions, and the connection portion 8a and hot water The hot water pipe 2 and the end member 8 are connected by fitting the inner peripheral surface of the end of the pipe 2 for use. Moreover, the connection part of this connection part 8a and the hot water piping 2 is restrained by the band 7 from above the hot water piping, and the connection is strong.

In this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 7A and 7B, the U-shaped end member 8 is shown. However, the end member 8 can be connected to the return pipe 2a and the return pipe 2b. There is no particular limitation as long as it is a simple shape. For example, as shown in FIG.7 (c), you may comprise a terminal member combining L-shaped member 5 '', 5 '', and improves the softness | flexibility of the piping 2 for hot water, and it bends in a U shape. Therefore, the end member may be used.

In FIG. 8, after the hot water pipe 2 composed of the forward pipe 2a and the return pipe 2b connected to the heat source machine is taken out at the longitudinal end of the baseboard heating device linear part 10a as seen from the direction of the arrow VIII in FIG. The state of was shown. When installing the skirting board heating device 10 of the present invention, first, the floor material 12 and the floor base material 16 at the longitudinal ends of the skirting board heating device linear portion 10a are connected to a heat source machine (not shown). Holes 18 and 18 for taking out the forward pipe 2a and the return pipe 2b are formed. The method for forming holes in the floor material 12 and the floor base material 16 is not particularly limited, and a known method can be used. Further, the size of the hole is not particularly limited as long as it can be taken out of the forward tube 2a and the return tube 2b.
Next, the forward pipe 2 a and the return pipe 2 b are raised on the floor through the holes 18, 18, the L-shaped member 5 is connected to the forward pipe 2 a and the return pipe 2 b, and fixed with the band 7. Thus, the forward pipe 2a and the return pipe 2b are taken out into the room, and the flow path is changed in the longitudinal direction of the skirting board heating device linear portion 10a.

In the present embodiment, an example in which the forward pipe 2a and the return pipe 2b are taken out from the flooring 12 into the room is shown, but the method of taking out the forward pipe 2a and the return pipe 2b is not limited to this, and for example, the inner wall material 11 It is good also as a form which penetrates and takes out from an upper direction. Further, as shown in FIG. 5, when a plurality of skirting board heating devices 10 are installed side by side in the vertical direction, a flow path is connected to each skirting board heating device 10 from the pair of forward pipes 2 a and return pipes 2 b taken out. The hot water may be circulated by branching, and the hot water piping 2 may be separately taken out for each skirting heater 10.

<Baseboard heating device 20>
Next, the skirting board heating device 20 according to the second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 9A is a view of the skirting board heating device 20 according to the second embodiment of the present invention as seen from the same viewpoint as FIG. 4A, and FIG. 9B is each member in FIG. 9A. It is the figure which isolate | separated (base holder member 13, the piping 2 for warm water, the cover member 4).

The skirting heater 20 has a base holder member 13 in which a base member and a holder member are integrally formed by two-color profile extrusion. That is, the base holder member 13 has a base portion 13 a corresponding to the base member 1 and a holder portion 13 b corresponding to the holder portion 3. In this embodiment, since the base member and the holder member are integrally formed, the base holder member 13 is regarded as a member in which the engaged portion of the base member and the engaging portion of the holder member are engaged. be able to. Therefore, similarly to the locking claw 3 d of the holder member 3, it is preferable that a locking claw 13 d for preventing the hot water pipe 2 from falling off is formed on the holder portion 13 b of the base holder member 13.
Since the base member and the holder member are integrally formed by two-color profile extrusion as in this embodiment, it is preferable because the workability can be improved and the cost can be reduced. As materials of the base portion 13a and the holder portion 13b, those exemplified for the base member 1 and the holder member 3 can be used. In the skirting board heating device 20, the configuration other than the base holder member 13 is the same as that of the skirting board heating device 10, and the description thereof is omitted here. As with the skirting board heating device 10, a plurality of skirting board heating devices 20 using the cover member 4 can be installed side by side in the vertical direction.

<Baseboard heating device 30>
Next, a skirting board heating device 30 according to a third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 10 and 11. 10 (a) and 10 (b) are views of the skirting board heating device 30 according to the third embodiment of the present invention as viewed from the same viewpoint as FIGS. 2 (a) and 2 (b). Fig.11 (a) is the figure seen from the same viewpoint as Fig.4 (a) of the baseboard heating apparatus 30 which concerns on 3rd embodiment of this invention, FIG.11 (b) is a cover member in Fig.11 (a). It is the figure which isolate | separated only 14. The configuration of the skirting board heating device 30 other than the cover member 14 is the same as that of the skirting board heating device 10, and the description thereof is omitted here.

The cover member 14 is a member having a cross-sectional shape shown in FIGS. 10A and 11A and 11B and extending in the longitudinal direction. In the cross section shown in FIG. 11B, the cover member 14 includes a standing piece 14 a that stands up and down in the drawing, an upper end portion 14 c that extends stepwise from the upper end of the standing piece 14 a to the outdoor side, and the standing piece. A lower end portion 14d extending stepwise from the lower end of 4a to the outdoor side, gripping portions 14f and 14f formed at the intermediate portion of the standing piece 14a, and a fitting piece 14i extending from the upper portion of the standing piece 14a to the outdoor side, 14j and fitting pieces 14k and 14l extending from the lower portion of the standing piece 14a to the outdoor side. The indoor side surface of the standing piece 14a is a smooth surface similar to a normal baseboard, and a decorative groove 14m is formed for the purpose of improving aesthetics and rigidity.

The outer sides of the gripping portions 14f and 14f of the cover member 14 have a semicircular arc shape that can grip the hot water pipe 2 along the outer peripheral surface of the hot water pipe 2. The hot water pipe 2 can be gripped together with the engaging portions 3 a and 3 a of the holder member 3. Further, the gripping portion 14f has contact pieces 14n and 14n that are erected in the vertical direction from the outdoor side end portion of the gripping portion 14f. By having the contact piece 14n, the gripping part 14f can increase the heat transfer area between the holder member 3 and the cover member 14 in the posture in which the cover member 14 is attached to the base member 1, and from the hot water pipe 2 The amount of heat transferred to the cover member 14 via the holder member 3 can be increased.

As shown in FIG. 11A, the cover member 14 is formed by (i) fitting by contact between the upper end piece 1 b of the base member 1 and the upper end portion 14 c of the piece 14 g and the lower end of the base member 1. Fitting by contact of the piece 1b of the lower end portion 14d with the piece 14h of the lower end portion 14d, and (ii) fitting of the fitted portion 1h formed on the upper portion of the base member 1 and the fitting pieces 14i, 14j, and The base member 1 is detachably attached to the base member 1 by fitting between the fitted portion 1h formed at the lower portion of the base member 1 and the fitting pieces 14k and 14l. According to the skirting board heating device 30 for attaching the cover member 14 to the base member 1 according to the above (i) and (ii), it is compared with the skirting board heating device 10 for attaching the cover member 4 only by fitting corresponding to the above (i). Thus, the cover member 14 can be firmly attached to the base member 1.
The upper end portion 14c and the lower end portion 14d of the cover member 14 have shapes that fit with each other, and a plurality of the skirting board heating devices 30 can be installed in the vertical direction in the same manner as the skirting board heating device 10. It is.

<機能>
<Function>
The skirting board heating devices 10, 20, and 30 of the present invention constituted by the respective members described above have a great increase in the amount of heat that escapes to the indoor side as compared with the conventional skirting board heating device, and are excellent in heating performance.
Moreover, compared with the conventional skirting board heating apparatus, the skirting board heating apparatus 10,20,30 of this invention has the thickness of the indoor / outdoor direction of the skirting board heating apparatus 10 thin, and it goes to the indoor side of the skirting board heating apparatus 10 Therefore, even when it is directly installed on the indoor side surface of the inner wall material 11, the appearance is not affected. Therefore, since the process of forming the space | gap for embedding a baseboard heating apparatus in the lower part of the inner wall material 11 is not required, workability | operativity can be improved. In addition, dust and dust are accumulated in the portion appearing on the indoor side, and the heating performance is not deteriorated.
In addition to the heating function, the skirting heaters 10, 20, and 30 of the present invention have the same function as the function of a normal skirting board. For example, the function of a normal baseboard is to conceal the joint between the floor and the inner wall, and even if shoes, feet, a vacuum cleaner, etc. come into contact with the lower part of the inner wall, the inner wall will not be scratched or soiled. The function to protect is mentioned.

In the present invention, in a heating facility using radiant heat, it is generally preferable that 100 W / m 2 or more is preferable. In the skirting board heating of the present application, a heat radiation amount of 100 W / m 2 or more is preferable from the same viewpoint. However, since an actual heating design requires an amount of heat that exceeds the heating load of the room in which it is installed, it goes without saying that confirmation is required before use.
According to the skirting heaters 10, 20, and 30 of the present invention, it is possible to achieve a heat dissipation amount of approximately 100 W / m 2 or more.

<補修>
<Repair>
Of the members constituting the skirting heaters 10, 20, and 30 of the present invention, the cover members 4 and 14 are removed particularly when the hot water pipe 2, the L-shaped member 5 and the end member 8 are to be repaired or replaced. This is done by exposing the interior of the skirting heater to the indoor side. Since the cover members 4 and 14 are detachably attached from the indoor side, each member can be easily repaired or replaced from the indoor side.

The skirting board heating device of the present invention can be used as main heating instead of conventional floor heating.
