Description

The present invention is a cyclone type dust collecting device that collects air and dust by centrifugal separation, and a primary centrifugal separation unit located upstream and a secondary secondary located downstream from the primary centrifugal separation unit. The present invention relates to a vacuum cleaner provided with a dust collecting device having a centrifugal separator.

Conventionally, in this type of vacuum cleaner, the arrangement of the second centrifuge part composed of a plurality of swivel cylinder parts is further above the outer circumference of the inner cylinder of the first centrifuge part above the first centrifuge part. The fine dust that is configured around and separated by the second centrifugal separator is configured to be dropped and stored directly into a dust reservoir partitioned immediately below the dust (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

However, in the conventional configuration, the second centrifuge part and the dust reservoir part composed of a plurality of swivel cylinder parts are located above the first centrifuge part and further outside the outer periphery of the inner cylinder of the first centrifuge part. Since it is comprised, the 2nd centrifugation part became larger in the radial direction than the 1st centrifugation part, and size reduction of the dust collector was difficult.

Further, in the conventional configuration, the height of the swivel cylinder part arranged in the second centrifugal separation part is lowered, so that the swirl force increases in the swirl cylinder part where a large amount of air flows, and the rise generated in the swirl cylinder part. As the air flow is strengthened, the fine dust separated from the dust transfer section is raised, leading to a decrease in separation performance, and there is a problem that wind noise increases.

The present invention solves the above-mentioned conventional problem, and the second centrifuge part is arranged by arranging the second centrifuge part composed of a plurality of swivel cylinder parts with respect to the first centrifuge part at an appropriate position. A dust collector that can reduce the size of the dust in the radial direction, enables downsizing of the dust collector, prevents the separation performance of dust contained in the dust-containing air, and suppresses wind noise. It aims at providing the vacuum cleaner provided.

In order to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, the present invention separates dust from a vacuum cleaner main body that houses an electric blower, and dust-containing air that is detachably provided on the vacuum cleaner main body and is sucked by the electric blower. A dust collecting device that collects the dust, and the dust collecting device communicates with the first centrifugal separation unit that separates dust in the dust-containing air, and is disposed above the first centrifugal separation unit. A second centrifuge part having a plurality of swivel cylinders for separating dust in the dust-containing air passing through the first centrifuge part, and fine dust provided below the inside of the first centrifuge part A dust storage unit, and a dust transfer unit that is positioned opposite to the lower side of the second centrifugal separation unit and that causes the dust separated by the second centrifugal separation unit to fall into the fine dust storage unit; The parts are inclined toward the lower center of the first centrifugal separator and are spaced apart from each other. A plurality of inclined portions and a cylindrical portion that is located at the center of the plurality of inclined portions and communicates with all the inclined portions, wherein the cylindrical portion communicates with the fine dust reservoir portion, and One of the inclined portions is characterized in that it is located opposite to at least two of the plurality of swirl tube portions of the second centrifugal separation portion.

As a result, the inclined part of the dust transfer part can secure a wide surface, and the communication part between the inclined part and the cylindrical part also spreads. Therefore, even if the diameter of the cylindrical part is small for the purpose of downsizing, it is separated by the second centrifugal separator. Since the dust is guided to the fine dust reservoir along the dust transfer part without clogging at the communication part between the inclined part and the cylinder part, the second centrifuge part is placed around the upper side of the first centrifuge part. The size of the second centrifuge part can be reduced in size, and the size of the second centrifuge part is not affected by the size of the first centrifuge part. It becomes possible.

In the dust collector of the present invention, since the dust separated in the second centrifugal separator is guided to the fine dust reservoir along the dust transfer part, the second centrifugal separator is located above the first centrifugal separator. The size of the second centrifuge part in the radial direction can be reduced, the size of the second centrifuge part is not affected by the size of the first centrifuge part, and Miniaturization is possible.

Therefore, even if the diameter of the cylinder part is small for downsizing, the dust separated by the second centrifugal separation part is not clogged by the communication part between the inclined part and the cylinder part, and the fine dust reservoir part along the dust transfer part Therefore, the second centrifuge part does not need to be arranged around the upper side of the first centrifuge part, and the radial size of the second centrifuge part can be reduced. The size is not affected by the size of the first centrifugal separator, and the dust collector can be downsized.

According to the second invention, in particular, the second centrifugal separator is provided by providing ribs arranged so as to partition each of the plurality of swivel cylinders positioned to face one inclined part of the first invention. The dust separated by each swivel cylinder part is suppressed from being sucked into the adjacent swirl cylinder part, and the fine dust separated by the second centrifuge part is moved along the inclined part of the dust transfer part. Further, instead of the inner cylinder filter 36, the inner cylinder opening 35 itself may be formed as a small mesh hole.

As shown in FIG. 4, the umbrella-shaped extension portion 37 has a slit portion 39 in the center when viewed from the direction of the intake port 26, and when divided from the central portion of the slit portion 39 to the left and right, At least a part of the umbrella-like extension part 37 of the near division part (left side in FIG. 4) is closer to the bottom cover 19 than the umbrella-like extension part 37 of the other division part (right side in FIG. 4). a40 is long.

Inside the umbrella-shaped extension portion 37, dust mainly consisting of cotton dust sent to the dust storage chamber 42 through the dust collection passage 41 is configured to be accumulated. The extending wall 43 extending from the wall acts to suppress the dust accumulated inside from leaking outside.

At that time, since dust enters the dust storage chamber 42 from the vicinity of the intake port 26 (left side in FIG. 4), the dust accumulated inside the umbrella-shaped extension 37 is near the intake port 26 (left side in FIG. 4). If it begins to leak from the wall of the umbrella-shaped extension part 37 and accumulates, it will block the dust collecting passage 41 at the inlet of the intake port 26, so that sufficient dust can be collected in the dust storage chamber 42. Hinder.

Therefore, in order to prevent such a problem, the height of the extension wall 43 of the umbrella-like extension part 37 of the division part (left side in FIG. 4) close to the intake port 26 is set to the length of the distance a40 in the direction of the bottom cover 19. By extending the length and height of the wall, accumulated dust can be prevented from leaking first from the extended wall 43 near the air inlet 26, and the maximum dust collection capacity is secured in the dust storage chamber 42. Can be made.

With the configuration described above, air mixed with dust sucked from the suction tool 6 passes through the suction port 2 provided in front of the cleaner body 1 and enters the substantially cylindrical dust collecting container 17 in a tangential direction. It is sucked into the arranged inlet 26.

The air sucked into the air inlet 26 flows into the cyclone space 44 formed by the outer periphery of the substantially cylindrical primary filter 33 and the dust collecting container 17, and the swirling flow generated there causes dust and fine dust mainly consisting of cotton dust. Centrifuged into dusty air.

Dust mainly consisting of cotton dust passes through the dust collecting passage 41 formed between the umbrella-shaped extension 37 and the dust collecting container 17 and is accumulated in the dust storage chamber 42. The air containing fine dust is the primary filter. Go through the inside of 33. The shielding member 38 suppresses the rising airflow and prevents the dust collected in the dust storage chamber 42 from rising from the bottom. A portion that has the effect of centrifuging dust with such a configuration is the first centrifuge 45.

As shown in FIG. 5, a substantially cylindrical wall 46 (substantially cylindrical rib body) is provided inside the umbrella-shaped extension portion 37, and the substantially cylindrical wall 46 is formed. The innermost dust accumulation space 47 is further formed inside the substantially cylindrical wall 46. The dust is first held and accumulated in the innermost dust accumulation space 47.

In addition, a cutout 50 is provided in a part of the substantially cylindrical wall 46, and by forming the cutout 50, dust from the cutout 50 portion is the innermost dust inside the substantially cylindrical wall 46. While making it easy to enter the accumulation space 47, the pressure of the innermost dust accumulation space 47 is released through the notch 50 portion to release the air pressure in the innermost dust accumulation space 47, thereby holding the dust. By making it easy to accumulate, it is possible to further prevent the dust accumulated in the innermost dust accumulation space 47 from separating into the internal dust accumulation space 48 and the external dust accumulation space 49 and further returning to the range of the cyclone space 44. Can do.

As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, four ribs A <b> 51, ribs B <b> 52, ribs C <b> 53, and ribs D <b> 54 are arranged on the inner wall of the bottom cover 19 from the outer periphery of the bottom cover 19 toward the center.

The air sucked into the dust collecting container 17 from the intake port 26 flows into the outer periphery of the primary filter 33 and the cyclone space 44 formed by the dust collecting container 17, and dust mainly consisting of cotton dust is generated by the swirl flow generated there. And centrifuged into fine dusted air.

Dust mainly consisting of cotton dust passes through the dust collection passage 41 formed between the umbrella-shaped extension portion 37 and the dust collection container 17 and is guided to the dust storage chamber 42.

Dust that has flowed into the dust storage chamber 42 hits four ribs A51, ribs B52, ribs C53, and ribs D54 provided on the bottom cover 19 while turning the outer periphery, so that the dust is gradually stored from the outer periphery. It is guided to the lower space of the umbrella-like extension part 37 of the chamber 42.

The protrusion height in the vertical direction of each of the ribs A to D is set to be different, and the cyclone dust collector 8 is inclined approximately 45 degrees rearward with respect to the traveling direction of the cleaner body 1. Since it is configured to be attached to the vacuum cleaner main body 1, the rib A 51 located at the lowest position in the state where the cyclonic dust collector 8 is attached to the vacuum cleaner main body 1 is positioned most vertically than the other ribs. The height of the other ribs (ribs B to D) is reduced in order from the rib A51 in the reverse direction to the swirling flow 55, and the ribs are said to have the highest height in the vertical direction. And rib A51, rib B52, rib C53, and rib D54.

Further, the rib A51 is different in length from the other ribs (ribs B to D), and the rib length is set so as to be connected from the inner peripheral side wall of the bottom cover 19 toward the center portion of the bottom cover 19. .

This is because the dust swirling in the dust storage chamber 42 has the lowest flow velocity in the vicinity of the lowermost portion, and the space in which the flow velocity is further reduced by further reducing the flow velocity by arranging the rib A51 that is highest in the vertical direction near the lowermost portion ( This is because dust is efficiently accumulated from the left side of the rib A51 in FIG.

The accumulation of dust starting from the vicinity of the left side of the rib A51 proceeds in the opposite direction to the swirl flow 55 and accumulates.

In this way, dust accumulation in the dust storage chamber 42 proceeds. However, when the rib length of the rib B52 located on the upstream side of the swirling airflow from the rib A51 is the same as the rib A51, the rib B52 Becomes a wall of the swirl flow 55, and a space in which dust is difficult to accumulate is generated in the space beyond the rib B52, which causes a problem that dust cannot be packed and accumulated.

However, in the present embodiment, the length of the rib B52 from the inner peripheral side wall of the bottom cover 19 to the central portion of the bottom cover 19 is set to be approximately half the length of the rib A51, so that the umbrella-shaped extension part 37 is formed. While maintaining the function of leading to the lower space, the decrease in the flow rate of dust is suppressed, and the occurrence of a space in which dust is difficult to accumulate due to the rib B52 is prevented.

And by making such a configuration, when the dust accumulation in the lower space of the umbrella-like extension part 37 is clogged for about one turn, the dust accumulation in the outer space of the umbrella-like extension part 37 is next, Similar to the above, it starts from the vicinity of the left side of the rib A51.

That is, the bottom cover 19 includes a plurality of ribs formed from the inner peripheral side wall toward the central portion, and at least one of the ribs has a length of the rib from the inner peripheral side wall toward the central portion. Is set longer.

As shown in FIGS. 5 and 8, a second centrifuge 56 that further centrifuges the air flow containing a part of fine dust that has passed through the primary filter 33 is disposed above the substantially cylindrical primary filter 33. The fine dust is filtered by the second centrifugal separator 56 and is accumulated in a fine dust reservoir 57 provided at the center of the dust storage chamber 42 below the substantially cylindrical primary filter 33.

And only the air from which the fine dust which passed the 2nd centrifugation part 56 was removed passes the exhaust port 20, passes the filter part 15, is suck | inhaled by the suction port 14 of the electric blower 7, and the vacuum cleaner main body 1 Exhausted outside.

As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the second centrifugal separator 56 includes a swivel unit 59 configured by eight substantially conical swivel cylinders 58 arranged concentrically with the dust collection container 17. The eight centrifuge sections 58 are disposed so as to cover the top surface of the second centrifuge section 56 and protrude to the inner center of each of the eight swivel cylinder sections 58 and discharge the air flowing into the swivel cylinder sections 58 upward. The centrifugal separator lid 61 is combined with the centrifugal separator lid 61.

The swivel portion 59 is provided with a single diverting hole 62 in the center, and eight swivel cylinder portions 58 are arranged on the outer periphery of the diversion hole 62 at equal intervals. Eight upper notch openings 63 that flow from the tangential direction of the swivel cylinder 58 are provided so that a swirling airflow is generated.

Also, on the centrifuge part 61 side, a spiral inclined part 64 is provided at a portion combined with the eight upper notch openings 63 provided in the turning part 59, and the upper notch opening 63 of the turning part 59 and the centrifugal separation are provided. By combining with the spiral inclined portion 64 of the part lid 61, eight inflow ports 65 that guide the airflow into the swivel cylinder portion 58 are formed. The spiral inclined portion 64 is configured integrally with the outer peripheral wall of the cylindrical portion 60 of the centrifugal separator lid 61.

The air that has flowed into the second centrifugal separator 56 is sucked in from the eight inflow ports 65, and a downward swirling airflow is generated in the swirl cylinder 58 along the spiral inclined portion 64 provided in the centrifugal separator lid 61. In this way, fine dust is separated from the air by centrifuging the swivel cylinder 58 and further separated by centrifugal separation, and the separated very fine dust is carried to the fine dust reservoir 57 along the dust transfer part 66 described later. Accumulated.

The second centrifuge unit 56 is stored in a centrifuge unit storage unit 67 that is held and fixed above the primary filter 33 by nail fitting, and is held and fixed substantially concentrically with the dust collection container 17.

As shown in FIG. 10, below the second centrifuge 56, below the two pairs of swirl cylinders 58 divided into four of the eight swirl cylinders 58 that are the second centrifuges 56. A dust transfer portion 66 having four inclined portions 68 having an inverted triangular shape facing each other is provided.

In this dust transfer portion 66, four inclined portions 68 having an inverted triangular shape are arranged with a space a69 therebetween, and each corner portion of the inverted triangular shape is directed toward the center of the inner cylinder frame 34, and the inclined portion 68 itself A cylindrical portion 70 that inclines downward toward the center line and further communicates with the inclined portion 68 at the center of the four inclined portions 68 passes through the central portion of the primary filter 33, and this cylindrical portion 70 is a fine dust reservoir portion 57. It is formed so that it can be connected to.

By forming the dust transfer part 66 as described above, the dust separated by the second centrifugal separator 56 can be slid by the inclined part 68 and transferred to the fine dust reservoir 57 and dropped.

A partition rib 71 is provided at the center upper portion of each of the four inclined portions 68 so as to divide the two swivel cylindrical portions 58 facing the inclined portions 68 one by one. 58, the fine dust separated by the second centrifugal separator 56 slides down along the inclined portion 68 of the dust transfer portion 66 and is transferred to the fine dust reservoir 57. It is easy to fall.

Furthermore, the surface roughness of the part material of the dust transfer part 66 itself is made finer than the surface roughness of each part material which comprises the 2nd centrifugation part 56. FIG. Thereby, the slipperiness by surface roughness improves and it can prevent that the fine dust which fell from the 2nd centrifugation part 56 stays in the dust transfer part 66. FIG.

Further, as another means for reducing the surface roughness, there is a method of plating the surface of the parts of the dust transfer unit 66 itself, thereby improving the slipperiness due to the surface roughness and dropping from the second centrifuge unit 56. It is possible to prevent the collected fine dust from staying in the dust transfer unit 66, and to prevent the fine dust that has stayed poorly from being rolled up to the second centrifugal separation unit 56 and to flow backwards. Usability of the machine can be improved.

The inclination angle of the inclined portion 68 of the dust transfer portion 66 is such that the distance in the axial direction of the cylindrical portion 70 from the uppermost end of one end of the inclined portion 68 to the lowermost end of the other end is the uppermost end from the uppermost end of the inclined portion 68. By setting it to be shorter than the distance in the horizontal direction (perpendicular to the axial direction of the cylindrical portion 70) to the lowermost end of the cylinder, the inclination angle is set to 45 degrees or less.

Thereby, the axial length of the dust transfer part 66 can be shortened, and the length between the second centrifugal separator 56 and the fine dust reservoir 57 can be shortened, so that the cyclone type dust collector 8 is elongated in the height direction. Therefore, the vacuum cleaner 100 can be reduced in size.

As shown in FIGS. 8 and 10, a dome-shaped rectifying guide 72 is provided inside the eight swivel tube portions 58 provided in the swivel portion 59, and the inner tube opening passes through the primary filter 33. The air that has passed through the part 35 passes through the four spaces a69 provided between the four inclined parts 68 of the dust transfer part 66 and flows into the rectifying guide 72.

The rectifying guide 72 communicates with a diversion hole 62 provided in the center of a swivel portion 59 configured by connecting eight substantially conical swivel tube portions 58, and the air that has passed through the inner tube opening 35 is centered. The air passages that are collected in one place and connected to the turning portion 59 are formed, and are communicated so as to flow into the eight turning cylinder portions 58.

Between the flow straightening guide 72 and the diversion hole 62 of the swivel unit 59, a centrifugal separation unit packing 73 that maintains airtightness is disposed. Further, as shown in FIG. 5, a fine dust reservoir packing 74 is provided between the fine dust reservoir 57 and the cylindrical portion 70 to maintain airtightness. A central bottom packing 75 that maintains hermeticity is provided on the bottom lid 19.

In the cyclone type dust collector 8, the exhaust port 20 formed in the upper lid 18 is a region where the suction pressure from the electric blower 7 is the highest, and the centrifuge part 61 has a top surface side of the upper lid 18. By changing the height and diameter of the cylindrical portion 60 that protrudes in a straight line, the amount of air flowing through each swivel tube portion 58 is adjusted to be uniform.

As shown in FIG. 10, the four cylindrical portions 60 located near the exhaust port 20 having a high suction pressure are used as the cylindrical portions 60b, and the cylindrical portion 60 located far from the exhaust port 20 is a cylindrical portion. 60a, the cylindrical part 60b is smaller than the diameter of the cylindrical part 60a, and the cylindrical part 60b has a protruding height higher than the height of the cylindrical part 60a in the range of 5 mm to 10 mm. By shortening the distance between the wall surfaces of the top 18 and the cylindrical portion 60b, the airflow pressure loss flowing toward the cylindrical portion 60b increases, and the pressure difference with the cylindrical portion 60a located far from the exhaust port 20 decreases. The amount of air flowing through the swivel cylinder 58 is adjusted to be uniform.

That is, in the centrifuge part lid 61 arranged in the second centrifuge part 56, the top part of the upper cover 18 provided at the upper end of the cyclone dust collector 8 is extended by extending the cylindrical part 60b of the swivel cylinder part 58 through which a large amount of air flows. The flow path pressure loss is added by shortening the distance to the wall surface, and the pressure difference with the swivel cylinder part 58 with a small air volume is adjusted to be small, and the plurality of swivel cylinder parts 58 arranged in parallel are adjusted. The flow rate of air flows uniformly, preventing the separation performance of dust contained in the dust-containing air from being deteriorated, and the generation of wind noise can be suppressed.

Further, in order to make the air volume uniform to the plurality of swirl tube portions 58, the diameter of the cylindrical portion 60 discharged upward from the swirl tube portion 58 is changed to change the opening area, and in parallel with the second centrifuge portion 56. The amount of air flowing through the plurality of swivel cylinders 58 arranged in the is made to flow uniformly.

Further, as shown in FIG. 9, the lower end of the cylindrical portion 60 is provided with a rectifying rib 76 positioned in the diameter direction in a direction to block the airflow swirling in the cylindrical portion 60, and from the cylindrical portion 60 through the swiveling portion 59. The turbulence of the airflow that occurs when discharging upward is suppressed.

In addition, by adopting such a configuration, even when the cyclone dust collector 8 is disposed in an inclined state with respect to the cleaner body 1, the air volume of each swivel cylinder portion 58 flows uniformly. Thus, it is possible to solve the problem that the upward air flow generated in the central portion of the cylindrical portion 60 during centrifugal separation winds up the fine dust accumulated in the dust transfer portion 66 and flows backward.

As shown in FIG. 8, the dust transfer unit 66 includes a rectifying guide 72 and a dust transfer unit in order to maintain airtightness between the dust transfer unit 66 and the end of the swivel cylinder 58 of the second centrifugal separator 56. In order to maintain airtightness with the four spaces a69 of 66 and to maintain airtightness when the second centrifugal separator 56 is attached to the centrifugal separator storage 67, a dust transfer part packing 77 is attached. Yes.

As shown in FIG. 11, on the lower surface of the dust transfer portion packing 77, there are four inclined top surfaces inclined downward toward the center of the inner cylinder frame 34 at positions facing the four inclined portions 68 of the dust transfer portion 66. 78 are arranged with a space between each other, and an inverted conical convex portion 79 is arranged at the center so as to protrude into the cylindrical portion 70 of the dust transfer portion 66, and around the inverted conical convex portion 79. A cross rib 80 in which four ribs intersect at right angles is provided with a width smaller than the inner diameter of the cylindrical portion 70.

Of the four ribs, each of the four L-shaped wall surfaces 81 having a L-shaped cross section formed by two ribs is inserted into the cylindrical portion 70 from the four inclined portions 68. Arranged so as to face the dust throwing portion 82, the passage inside the cylindrical portion 70 from the four fine dust throwing portions 82 is divided into four sections by an inverted conical convex portion 79 and an L-shaped wall surface 81. doing.

Further, as shown in FIG. 10, partition ribs 71 are provided at the upper center of each of the four inclined portions 68 so as to divide the two swivel cylinder portions 58 facing the inclined portions 68 one by one. The partition rib 71 is also arranged at the center of the L-shaped wall surface 81 formed by the two ribs described above.

With the above-described configuration, the fine dust separated by the swivel cylinder portion 58 and sliding down the four inclined portions 68 does not fall from the fine dust input portion 82 to the cylinder portion 70 due to the turbulence of airflow or the pressure difference. It is suppressed from being sucked into another turning cylinder part 58 via the inclined part 68.

As shown in FIG. 8, an annular dust collecting container packing 83 that maintains the airtightness of the centrifugal separating portion accommodating portion 67 and the dust collecting container 17 is provided on the lower surface of the centrifugal separating portion accommodating portion 67, and the second centrifugal separating portion is provided. A filter packing 84 that maintains the airtightness between the second centrifugal separator 56 and the upper lid 18 is provided above the outer peripheral side surface of the 56.

As shown in FIGS. 5 and 8, an exhaust port 20 is formed on the rear side of the upper lid 18 to connect the electric blower 7 and the space b85 formed above the centrifugal separator lid 61 and the inner wall of the upper lid 18. . At the upper end of the side surface of the centrifuge part lid 61, a centrifuge part knob part 86 used when taking out from the centrifuge part storage part 67 is provided.

Furthermore, a positioning rib 87 is formed on a part of the outer peripheral portion of the side surface of the second centrifugal separation portion 56 for positioning with the centrifugal separation portion storage portion 67, and a concave portion 88 that engages with the positioning rib 87 in the centrifugal separation portion storage portion 67. Is forming.

Further, a storage regulating rib 89 that regulates the positional relationship with the dust collecting container 17 is formed on a part of the outer peripheral portion of the side surface of the centrifugal separator housing section 67. A joint rib 90 is formed.

About the vacuum cleaner comprised as mentioned above, the operation | movement and an effect | action are demonstrated below.
Air containing dust sucked in from the suction tool 6 is sucked into the cyclone type dust collecting device 8 from the air inlet 26 via the extension pipe 5 and the hose 3.

Since the air inlet 26 is formed so as to face the tangential direction of the dust collecting container 17, the sucked air swirls along the inner peripheral surface of the dust collecting container 17, and dust and air mainly consisting of cotton dust and air Centrifuge. The separated dust mainly consisting of cotton dust accumulates in the space between the dust storage chamber 42 and the bottom cover 19 below the dust collecting container 17, and the air from which dust mainly dust is separated is separated. The air passing through the inner cylinder filter 36 and the inner cylinder opening 35 of the first centrifugal separator 45 passes through the four spaces a69 provided between the four inclined parts 68 of the dust transfer part 66, respectively. , Collected in the center by the rectifying guide 72 and flows into the second centrifugal separator 56.

The air that has flowed into the second centrifugal separator 56 is sucked in from the eight inflow ports 65, and a downward swirling airflow is generated in the swirl cylinder 58 along the spiral inclined portion 64 provided in the centrifugal separator lid 61. In this way, fine dust is separated from the air by centrifuging the swivel cylinder 58 and further separated by centrifugal separation, and the separated very fine dust is transported to the fine dust reservoir 57 along the dust transfer part 66 and accumulated. Is done.

The air that does not contain dust that has passed through the second centrifugal separator 56 flows out of the cylindrical portion 60 of the centrifugal separator lid 61 protruding into the swivel cylinder portion 58, passes through the exhaust port 20 formed in the upper lid 18, and is filtered. 15 passes through the suction port 14 of the electric blower 7 and is exhausted out of the cleaner body 1.

By sliding the operating lever 32 downward, the locking portion 30 provided on the bottom lid 19 operates to release the locking with the dust collecting container 17, and the bottom lid 19 opens to open the dust collecting container. The dust accumulated in the dust storage chamber 42 and the fine dust reservoir 57 below 17 is discharged to the outside of the cyclone type dust collector 8.

When it is desired to clean fine dust adhering to the primary filter 33, the dust collecting container 17, the dust storage chamber 42, etc., the maintenance brush 27 is removed from the brush holding portion 28, and the brush portion and the handle portion are cleaned. Is possible.

First, the cyclone type dust collecting device 8 is removed from the vacuum cleaner main body 1 and removed from the dust collecting container 17 by opening the buckle 25 pivotally supported on the upper lid 18 to the outside, and the upper lid 18 is collected by holding the handle 22. Remove from dust container 17.

Next, the centrifuge part lid 61, the swivel part 59, the rectifying guide 72, the dust transfer part packing 77, and the dust transfer part 66 are held and fixed by screws, and are taken out by grasping and lifting the centrifuge part knob part 86. Can do. Further, when the centrifuge storage part 67 is lifted by grasping the upper side surface, the primary filter 33, the shielding member 38 and the umbrella-like extension part 37 can be taken out together.

After cleaning each part, the storage regulating rib 89 of the centrifuge storage unit 67 is inserted from above along the engagement rib 90 of the dust collecting container 17, and the positioning rib 87 of the second centrifuge unit 56 is centrifuged. The second centrifuge unit 56 is inserted in accordance with the recess 88 of the unit storage unit 67. Finally, the upper lid 18 is attached to the dust collecting container 17 and locked by the buckle 25, and the cyclone type dust collecting device 8 is housed in the cleaner body 1.

As described above, in the present embodiment, below the second centrifuge 56, two pairs of swirl cylinders divided into four of the eight swirl cylinders 58 that are the second centrifuge 56 are provided. A dust transfer portion 66 having four inverted triangular inclined portions 68 opposed to the lower portion of the portion 58 is provided. The dust transfer portion 66 includes four inverted triangular inclined portions 68 that open a space a69. Each of the inclined portions 68 is inclined downwardly toward the center of the inner cylinder frame 34 and toward the center line of the inclined portion 68 itself. A cylindrical portion 70 is formed in the primary filter 33 side direction, and the cylindrical portion 70 is formed so as to communicate with and connect to the fine dust reservoir 57.

Can be dropped.

Therefore, the dust transfer part 66 is formed by a plurality of inclined parts 68 that are inclined downward and arranged with a space a69 therebetween, and a cylindrical part 70 that communicates with the plurality of inclined parts 68. One of the plurality of inclined portions 68 communicates with the reservoir portion 57 and is positioned to face at least two of the plurality of swivel tube portions 58, so that the inclined portion 68 can secure a wide surface, Since the communication portion between the inclined portion 68 and the cylindrical portion 70 also expands, even if the diameter of the cylindrical portion 70 is small for downsizing, the dust separated by the second centrifugal separator 56 is separated between the inclined portion 68 and the cylindrical portion 70. Since it is guided to the fine dust reservoir 57 along the dust transfer part 66 without clogging at the communication part, the second centrifugal separator 56 does not need to be arranged around the upper side of the first centrifugal separator 45, The size of the second centrifugal separator can be reduced in the radial direction, and the second centrifugal separator Size of 6 is no longer dependent on the size of the first centrifugal separator unit 45. Thereby, size reduction of the cyclone type dust collector 8 is attained.

As shown in FIGS. 5 and 9, the air that has flowed into the second centrifugal separator 56 is dispersed and sucked into the eight inflow ports 65, along the spiral inclined portion 64 provided in the centrifugal separator lid 61. Then, it flows in from the tangential direction of the swirl tube part 58 so that a descending swirl air flow is generated in the swirl tube part 58, and fine dust is separated from the air by centrifugation, and the separated very fine dust is transferred to the dust. It is carried along the portion 66 to the fine dust reservoir 57 and accumulated.

In the present embodiment, the description has been given of the case where the eight turning cylinder portions 58 provided in the turning portion 59 are provided. However, the present invention is not limited to eight, and the same effect can be obtained if a plurality of turning cylindrical portions 58 are provided. It is what

In addition, one of the plurality of inclined portions 68 of the dust transfer unit 66 has been described so as to be opposed to at least two or more of the plurality of swivel cylinder portions 58 of the second centrifugal separation unit 56. Even when one swivel tube portion 58 corresponds to the portion 68 or when three or more swivel tube portions 58 correspond to one inclined portion 68, the effect due to the difference in performance occurs but is similar. The effect is obtained.

The cyclone type dust collector 8 can basically collect all dust by centrifugation, but the inflow air amount is unstable when the electric blower 7 is started or when the operation is finished. In this case, a filter unit 15 is provided to prevent a part of air containing dust that could not be completely centrifuged by the cyclone type dust collector 8 from being sucked into the electric blower 7. Further, by adopting a HEPA filter or the like as the filter medium of the filter unit 15, it is possible to further improve the dust collection performance and realize clean air exhaust.

As described above, since the vacuum cleaner according to the present invention can reduce the size of the cyclonic dust collector, the usability can be improved, and thus the vacuum cleaner can be applied to household and commercial vacuum cleaners. .
