Description

The present invention relates to a vacuum cleaner provided with a dust collecting device for storing detachable dust.

A vacuum cleaner with a dust collector detachable like a cyclone vacuum cleaner in recent years has a configuration in which the dust collector and the cleaner body are engaged when the dust collector is attached to the cleaner body. Therefore, a configuration is required in which the engaged state is maintained during normal use, and when the dust collector is pulled out, the engaged state between the dust collector and the cleaner body is easily released. In such a vacuum cleaner, the direction in which the dust collector is pulled out from the cleaner body is set to be greater than 90 degrees with respect to the direction in which the dust collector is mounted, and force is exerted in the direction in which the dust collector is pulled out. There is one that has a configuration in which the engagement state of the dust collector and the cleaner body is released only when the pressure is applied (for example, see Patent Document 1).

However, in the conventional configuration, the direction in which the dust collector can be pulled out due to external impact or vibration when the user does not intend to pull out the dust collector, for example, during normal use or when the main body is moved. When a force is applied, the engagement state between the dust collector and the cleaner body is easily released, and there is a problem that the dust collector is unintentionally detached from the cleaner body.

The present invention solves the above-described conventional problems. When a user pulls out the dust collector, the engagement between the dust collector and the cleaner body is easily released, and the user pulls out the dust collector. An object of the present invention is to provide a vacuum cleaner in which the engaged state between the dust collector and the cleaner main body is not easily released in a state where this is not intended.

In order to solve the above-described conventional problems, the vacuum cleaner of the present invention includes a vacuum cleaner body that includes an electric blower that generates suction air, and is detachably attached to the vacuum cleaner body, and is generated by the electric blower. The dust collecting device that collects dust sucked in by the suction air, the handle portion pivotally supported by the dust collecting device, and the handle portion, the dust collecting device being disposed in the vacuum cleaner An engaging portion arranged in a direction projecting in the mounting direction to the main body, an urging means for urging the handle portion in a direction in which the handle portion is housed in the dust collector, and the vacuum cleaner main body An engaging hole into which the engaging portion is inserted, and the engaging portion is in a state in which the handle portion is housed in the dust collecting device when the dust collecting device is attached to the cleaner body. The handle is engaged with the engagement hole at the position where the In conjunction with be rotated in a direction to increase, in which a structure in which engagement with the engagement hole is released.

Thereby, in a state where the dust collector is mounted on the cleaner body, the engagement state between the dust collector and the cleaner body is maintained by the engagement of the engaging portion and the engagement hole. In addition to the above, the urging force of the urging means applies a force in a direction in which the handle portion is held in the retracted position, and at the same time, a force in a direction in which the engagement state between the engagement portion and the engagement hole is maintained. Therefore, even if a force is applied in the direction of pulling out the dust collector, the engagement state between the dust collector and the cleaner main body can be hardly released.

In the vacuum cleaner of the present invention, when the user pulls out the dust collector from the vacuum cleaner main body, the engagement between the dust collector and the vacuum cleaner main body is easily released, and the dust collector is attached to the vacuum cleaner main body. In a state where it is necessary, the engagement state between the dust collector and the cleaner body is not easily released even if a force is applied in the direction of pulling out the dust collector.

Furthermore, the upper inner wall surface 16b of the engagement hole 16 and the front surface 26a of the claw 26 formed at the tip of the engagement portion 25 facing the engagement hole 16 are more than 90 degrees above the mounting direction C of the dust collector 10. Engagement in the direction in which the dust collector 10 is unmounted is maintained.

When the handle portion 23 of the handle portion 17 is pulled up, the engagement portion 25 is lowered downward, the engagement between the engagement portion 25 and the engagement hole 16 is immediately released, and the dust collector 10 can be extracted from the cleaner body 1. it can.

About the vacuum cleaner comprised as mentioned above, the operation | movement and an effect | action are demonstrated below.
When the user starts cleaning using the electric vacuum cleaner 100, power is supplied from a power cord (not shown) to the electric blower 9, and suction air is generated by the electric blower 9. When suction wind is generated by the electric blower 9, dust on the surface to be cleaned is sucked together with air from the suction tool 2. The air containing the dust sucked from the suction tool 2 flows into the cleaner body 1 through the extension pipe 3 and the hose 4 and is then centrifuged by the dust collecting device 10 to collect only the dust. .

Then, air substantially free of dust by centrifugation is discharged from the opening a20 of the dust collector 10, and is sucked into the electric blower 9 from the suction port 15 of the cleaner body 1, and the inside of the electric blower 9 is While cooling, it is discharged to the outside of the cleaner body 1.

When the dust collector 10 is attached to the cleaner body 1, the dust collector 10 maintains the engaged state with the cleaner body 1 by the engagement of the engaging portion 25 and the engagement hole 16. The urging force of the compression spring 29 disposed between the handle portion 17 and the handle portion presser 18 of the dust device 10 maintains the handle portion 17 in the storage position, and at the same time, the grip portion 17 positioned behind the rotary shaft 27. The engaging portion 25 is pushed upward B so that the engagement between the engaging portion 25 and the engaging hole 16 is difficult to be released, and the dust collecting device 10 is pulled out from the cleaner body 1 by an external impact or vibration. Even when a force is applied to the vacuum cleaner main body 1, the engaged state with the cleaner body 1 can be maintained.
