Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a program, an apparatus, and a method for measuring the contents of a container.
Conventionally, a technique using a weight sensor is known as one technique for measuring the contents of a container. That is, the weight of the contents is grasped from the magnitude of the force and pressure detected by the weight sensor, and the remaining amount is calculated. Examples of the weight sensor include a strain gauge type, a capacitance type, and a differential transformer type (see Patent Document 1). However, this method measures by applying a pressure corresponding to the remaining amount of the contents to the weight sensor, and is easily limited by the position of the container and the position of the weight sensor during measurement. For example, when a container is placed at a position off the top of the weight sensor, the contents cannot be measured. Even if the weight sensor is attached to the container itself, the attachment location is limited to the bottom surface of the container.
On the other hand, a method for measuring contents by using a vibration sensor such as a microphone or an acceleration sensor instead of the weight sensor has been proposed. For example, the frequency of the fundamental wave component included in the vibration generated when the container is struck is detected, and the remaining amount in the container corresponding to the frequency is estimated (see Patent Document 2). Compared to the weighing method using a weight sensor, this method is less restricted in the position of the container and the sensor placement position during weighing, and even if the vibration sensor is attached to a place other than the bottom of the container, Vibration can be detected.
However, the weighing method that forcibly vibrates the container by applying a blow is a technique suitable for a container (for example, a metal container) having a rigidity that does not deform even if it is hit. It is difficult to apply to PET bottles. Further, when a container having a rigidity lower than that of a metal is set as an object to be measured, it is difficult to distinguish between vibration of the container itself and noise vibration due to disturbance (for example, vibration of a hand holding the container). This hinders appropriate extraction of the fundamental wave component included in the vibration of the container, and as a result, the remaining amount measurement accuracy can be lowered.
One of the objects of the present case was invented in view of the above problems, and is to provide a weighing program, a weighing device, and a weighing method with improved weighing accuracy. Further, the present invention is not limited to this purpose, and is an operational effect derived from each configuration shown in “Mode for Carrying Out the Invention” to be described later. It can be positioned as a purpose.
In the weighing program described below, information specifying the vibration of the container is acquired, and within a predetermined period from the first time after the predetermined time until the second time when the vibration is considered to be stopped from the start of the vibration. From the acquired information, the vibration state of the container is specified. Further, the amount corresponding to the vibration state is calculated from the relationship of the amount of contents of the container with respect to the vibration state of the container. These processes are executed by a computer.
The contents of the container can be accurately measured.
A weighing device, a weighing method, and a weighing program as embodiments will be described with reference to the drawings. However, the embodiment described below is merely an example, and there is no intention of excluding various modifications and technical applications that are not explicitly described in the embodiment. In other words, the present embodiment can be implemented with various modifications (combining the embodiments and modifications) without departing from the spirit of the present embodiment.
[1. Overview]
In the weighing device, the weighing method, and the weighing program according to the present embodiment, the amount of contents contained in the container is measured. The “container” mentioned here includes metal containers, paper cups, paper packs, plastic bottles, ceramics, synthetic resin cups, aluminum vacuum packs, etc., and their shapes and rigidity are not limited. The “contents” here includes not only liquids such as water, juices, chemicals, seasonings, coffee drinks, and sparkling liquors, but also liquid foods, sols, gels (jelly drinks), and the like.
The weighing method specifies the vibration state of the container (that is, the vibration state of the entire container including the contents) based on the motion state immediately before the vibration of the container stops, and the contents remaining corresponding to the vibration state are identified. The amount (amount) is calculated. Here, “immediately before” includes a period in which the vibration of the container naturally decays with time. The state in which the container is forcibly vibrated is preferably excluded from the “vibration state of the container” mentioned here.
For example, in a state where the container is being used or moved, the container is vibrated by the user or the moving person, and a vibration component as a disturbance due to an externally applied force becomes dominant. That is, it is difficult to accurately specify the vibration state of the container. On the other hand, during the period from immediately after the container is placed on the desk to just before the vibration stops, the vibration of the liquid and the container generated by the disturbance is attenuated without the disturbance. The vibration characteristics during this period are affected by the initial vibration state at the start of the period, the container shape, the liquid quality, the liquid volume, and the like. Here, the sloshing phenomenon in which the liquid in the container resonates at a specific frequency depending on the container shape, liquid quality, liquid volume, etc., and the natural frequency of the pendulum motion with the container bottom as a fulcrum Considering the influence, even if various frequency components exist in the initial vibration state, components other than the natural frequency are rapidly attenuated as the end of the period is approached, and the container shape, liquid quality, liquid volume, etc. Makes it easier to observe the effects of In this way, by specifying the vibration state of the container in a relatively stable state after the influence of the disturbance is reduced, the correlation between the vibration state of the container and the amount of the contents is strengthened, and the weighing accuracy of the contents Will improve.
The "vibration state" here refers to the state of the maximum frequency component (primary natural frequency) of vibration, the state of its higher-order frequency component (secondary, tertiary ... natural frequency), and the amplitude change of vibration. (Maximum amplitude, reference amplitude, attenuation rate) status, etc. are included. For example, the primary natural frequency is specified from the damped vibration of the container, and the amount of contents corresponding to the natural frequency is calculated. Alternatively, the damping rate of the damped vibration is specified, and the amount of contents corresponding to the damping rate is calculated. It is assumed that the relationship between the vibration state of the container and the amount of contents is set in advance in the form of a table, a map, a mathematical expression, a function, etc. through tests and experiments.
Note that the natural frequency of sloshing (the resonance phenomenon of the contents due to the shaking of the container) is a value corresponding to the horizontal dimension and diameter of the container and the height dimension (water depth) of the liquid. Further, the amplitude and attenuation rate (attenuation time) of the sloshing vibration are values corresponding to the mass and viscosity of the contents. Therefore, if the shape of the container and the type (density, viscosity) of the contents are known, the remaining amount of contents corresponding to the vibration state can be determined by specifying the vibration state such as the natural frequency and the damping rate. It is possible to calculate.
Further, in the case of a vertically long container or the like having high viscosity, the influence of vibration on the bottom surface, which is a fulcrum, and the center of gravity of the container including the liquid is dominant based on the same principle as a metronome (pendulum). Therefore, by specifying the natural frequency, the center of gravity of the container containing the liquid is calculated, and the center of gravity of the liquid is calculated from the known center of gravity of the container. Furthermore, the remaining amount of the contents can be calculated from the known container shape and the center of gravity of the liquid.
As information for grasping the movement state of the container, information specifying the vibration of the container such as position information, velocity information, acceleration information, angle information, angular velocity information, and each acceleration information can be used. Such information can be acquired by attaching a displacement sensor, an acceleration sensor, a gyro sensor, or the like to the container. These sensors may be incorporated in, for example, a cap of a plastic bottle container, or may be incorporated in a cover in which the container is stored. Further, the container may be sandwiched and fixed by a clip to which the sensor is fixed. Alternatively, the sensor may be fixed to a belt wound around the outer periphery of the container, or the sensor may be attached to the container or the container cover using a hook-and-loop fastener or an adhesive tape.
Similarly to the above sensor, the weighing device may be built in the cap or cover of the container, or the weighing device may be provided separately from the container. When the sensor and the weighing device are provided separately, it is preferable to connect the sensor and the weighing device so that they can be wired or wirelessly communicated. Note that the function as the weighing device can be realized by using an arbitrary computer. Therefore, for example, some or all of the functions of the weighing device may be incorporated in a smartphone or a portable information processing device, or may be implemented in a server or workstation on a network.

Further, the stationary judgment condition, after the dynamic determination condition is satisfied, for example, a state where one is established the following conditions 4-6 is that continues for a predetermined time above T 1.

By such setting, the unstable vibration state immediately after the dynamic determination condition is satisfied is not referred to, and it becomes easy to grasp the vibration state in which the influence of the disturbance is suppressed. Further, by setting the end time S 2 the still determination conditions back from the time established by the predetermined time T 1 at the end of the predetermined period R, since the state becomes non reference vibration is hardly converged, the vibration of the

この最大周波数成分は、加速度情報の時系列データに周波数解析処理〔例えば、FFT(Fast Fourier Transformation)処理,DFT(Discrete Fourier Transformation)処理など〕を施し、振幅が最大となる周波数成分を選ぶことで抽出される。

In the

First estimated remaining amount V 1 of the these, the absolute value of the difference between the second estimated remaining amount V 2 is equal to or less than the error threshold value Th 3, according to the first estimated remaining quantity V 1 and the second estimated remaining amount V 2 The final estimated remaining amount V is calculated (steps A18 to A19). [4−2.

(6) Further, in the weighing
