Description
Claims (14)
- 患者の眼の眼球に対する、患者の水晶体の動きを検出するのに適合するセンサと、
前記相対的動きに基づいて患者における調節力を測定し、前記調節力に基づいて眼内レンズの少なくとも1つのパラメータを決定するように形成されたコントローラと、
前記眼内レンズの少なくとも1つのパラメータを出力するのに適合するインターフェースと、を備えた、患者における調節力を測定するシステム。 - 前記センサが、光源および光検出器を備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記光検出器が、眼の前面および水晶体の少なくとも1つの表面からのプルキンエ反射を検出する、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記センサが光干渉断層撮影(OCT)センサである、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記センサが超音波センサである、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つのパラメータが眼内レンズの触覚による張力である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つのパラメータが眼内レンズの充填容積である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 患者の眼の眼球に対する、患者の水晶体の動きを検出することと、
前記相対的動きに基づいて患者における調節力を測定することと、
前記調節力に基づいて眼内レンズの少なくとも1つのパラメータを決定することと、
前記眼内レンズの少なくとも1つのパラメータを出力することと、を含む、眼内レンズのパラメータを決定する方法。 - 前記水晶体の動きが、光源および光検出器を用いて測定される、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記光検出器が、眼の前面および水晶体の少なくとも1つの表面からのプルキンエ反射を検出する、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記水晶体の動きが、光干渉断層撮影(OCT)センサを用いて測定される、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記水晶体の動きが、超音波センサを用いて測定される、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つのパラメータが眼内レンズの触覚による張力である、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つのパラメータが眼内レンズの充填容積である、請求項8に記載の方法。
