Abstract
Description
次に、図11を参照して、適合型自動車ヘッドライトシステムにおける本発明の一実施形態に係る発光デバイスのアプリケーションの例が説明される。図11は、道路10100を照らす自動車10000を示す。図11に示されるように、自動車10000のヘッドライトは、高速道路光ビームパターン10200で道路10100を照らすよう構成されている。一部の実施形態では、高速道路光ビームパターン10200は、比較的速い速度で道路10100、例えば高速道路を自動車10000によって走行しているときに使用される。この場合、自動車10000のヘッドライトシステムから出射される光の光軸は、基本的に道路10100と平行である。高速道路光ビームパターン10200は、本発明に係る発光デバイスによって出射される第2の成形された光82によって形成される。
Claims (15)
- 動作中、第1のスペクトル分布の第1の光を発する複数の第1の固体光源と、
互いに対してゼロではない角度で延在する第1の光入射面及び第1の端面、並びに前記第1の光入射面と平行に延在する少なくとも1つの第1の他の面を含む第1の導光体であって、前記複数の第1の固体光源は、前記第1の光入射面に配置される、第1の導光体と
を含む発光デバイスであって、
前記第1の導光体は、前記第1のスペクトル分布を有する前記第1の光を前記第1の光入射面において受け取り、前記第1のスペクトル分布を有する前記第1の光の少なくとも一部を前記第1の端面に誘導し、
前記発光デバイスは、さらに、前記少なくとも1つの第1の他の面の少なくとも一部を介して前記第1の導光体から出射される光を成形して第1の成形された光を供給するための少なくとも1つの第1の光学素子、及び、前記第1の端面の付近に又は上に配置された少なくとも1つの第2の光学素子を含む、発光デバイス。 - 前記第1の導光体は、前記第1のスペクトル分布を有する前記第1の光の少なくとも一部を、前記第1の端面から出射し、前記少なくとも1つの第2の光学素子は、前記第1の端面を介して前記第1の導光体から出射される光を成形して第2の成形された光を供給する、請求項1に記載の発光デバイス。
- 前記第2の光学素子は、さらに、前記第1の成形された光の少なくとも一部を成形する、請求項1又は2に記載の発光デバイス。
- 前記第1の光学素子は、前記第1の成形された光の少なくとも一部を、第3のスペクトル分布を有する光に変換し、前記少なくとも1つの第2の光学素子は、前記第2の成形された光の少なくとも一部を、前記第3のスペクトル分布とは異なる第4のスペクトル分布を有する光に変換する、請求項1又は2に記載の発光デバイス。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第2の光学素子は反射器であり、前記第1の導光体は、前記第1のスペクトル分布を有する前記第1の光の少なくとも一部を、前記少なくとも1つの第1の他の面の少なくとも一部から出射する、請求項1に記載の発光デバイス。
- 前記第1の導光体の前記少なくとも1つの第1の他の面の前記少なくとも一部の上に光取り出し手段が設けられる、請求項5に記載の発光デバイス。
- 前記第1の導光体の一部の中に光取り出し手段が設けられる、請求項5に記載の発光デバイス。
- 前記第1の導光体は、前記第1のスペクトル分布を有する前記第1の光の少なくとも一部を、第2のスペクトル分布を有する第2の光に変換し、前記第2のスペクトル分布を有する前記第2の光を前記第1の端面に誘導する、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の発光デバイス。
- 前記第1の導光体は透明である、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の発光デバイス。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第1の光学素子の付近に、中に、又は上に配置されたルミネッセンス素子をさらに含む、請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の発光デバイス。
- 前記発光デバイスは、さらに、動作中、第5のスペクトル分布を有する第3の光を発する複数の第2の固体光源と、
互いに対してゼロではない角度で延在する第2の光入射面及び第2の端面、並びに少なくとも1つの第2の他の面を含む第2の導光体であって、前記複数の第2の固体光源は、前記第2の光入射面に配置される、第2の導光体と
を含み、
前記第2の導光体は、前記第5のスペクトル分布を有する前記第3の光を前記第2の光入射面において受け取り、前記第5のスペクトル分布を有する前記第3の光の少なくとも一部を前記第2の端面に誘導し、前記第5のスペクトル分布を有する前記第3の光の少なくとも一部を前記第2の端面から出射し、
前記発光デバイスは、さらに、前記少なくとも1つの第2の他の面の少なくとも一部を介して前記第2の導光体から出射された光を成形し、第3の成形された光を供給する少なくとも1つの第4の光学素子と、
前記少なくとも1つの第2の端面の付近に又は上に配置された少なくとも1つの第5の光学素子と
を含む、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の発光デバイス。 - 前記少なくとも1つの第5の光学素子は、前記少なくとも1つの第2の端面を介して前記第2の導光体から出射される前記第5のスペクトル分布を有する前記第3の光を成形し、第4の成形された光を供給する、請求項11に記載の発光デバイス。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第1の光学素子は、反射素子の第1の部分であり、前記少なくとも1つの第4の光学素子は、前記反射素子の第2の部分であり、前記反射素子の前記第1の部分及び前記第2の部分は、分離要素によって分離される、請求項11又は12に記載の発光デバイス。
- 前記第2の導光体は、前記第5のスペクトル分布を有する前記第3の光の少なくとも一部を第6のスペクトル分布を有する第4の光に変換し、前記第6のスペクトル分布を有する前記第4の光の少なくとも一部を前記第2の端面に誘導し、前記第6のスペクトル分布を有する前記第4の光の少なくとも一部を前記第2の端面から出射する、請求項11乃至13のいずれか一項に記載の発光デバイス。
- デジタル投影、自動車照明、ステージライト、店舗用照明、家庭用照明、アクセント照明、スポットライト、劇場照明、光ファイバ照明、表示システム、警告灯システム、医療用照明アプリケーション、装飾照明アプリケーションのうちの1つ又は複数において使用される、請求項1乃至14のいずれか一項に記載の発光デバイスを含む、ランプ、照明器具、又は照明システム。
