Claims (15)
- 脂肪酸の15-ヒドロキシ誘導体の生産のための方法であって、
少なくとも1.1バール〜約4バールの酸素雰囲気下で脂肪酸を酸化して、15-ヒドロペルオキシ脂肪酸中間体を形成すること、及び
還元剤を使用して、該脂肪酸の15-ヒドロペルオキシ誘導体を形成することを含む、前記方法。 - 前記酸化の工程が、前記脂肪酸を、該脂肪酸の1グラム当り400Mユニット未満と接触させることを含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 少なくとも約50%の前記脂肪酸の15-ヒドロキシ誘導体の収率が得られる、請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 前記15-ヒドロキシ誘導体が、15(S)-HETrEである、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項記載の方法。
- 前記15-ヒドロキシ誘導体が、15(S)-ヒドロキシエイコサペンタエン酸である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項記載の方法。
- 前記還元剤が、システインを含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記脂肪酸が、DGLAを含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記脂肪酸が、多価不飽和脂肪酸を含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記脂肪酸の15-ヒドロキシ誘導体が、95% wt/wt以上の純度を有する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記バッチサイズが、100kg以上である、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記バッチサイズが、250kg以上である、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記バッチサイズが、500kg以上である、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記酸化が、前記脂肪酸を大豆粉抽出物と接触させることを含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 大豆粉をpH4.5の緩衝液と接触させて、粗製の大豆粉抽出物を生成すること;及び
該粗製の大豆粉抽出物を濾過して、前記大豆粉抽出物を生成することを更に含む、請求項13記載の方法。 - 前記大豆粉抽出物が、約2mg/mLの精製された凍結乾燥リポキシゲナーゼ酵素に相当する活性を有する、請求項14記載の方法。
