Abstract
Description

Claims (13)
- 容器の蓋に取り付けられた密封ヘッドと、容器本体に取り付けられた密封スタッドと、前記密封ヘッドを前記密封スタッドに連結するピンを包含する密封ボルトであって、
破断ケーブルは光ファイバであって、前記ピン中の横方向通路を貫通して配置され、前記密封ヘッド及び/又は前記密封スタッドに対して前記ピンが回転又は並進移動することで、破断ケーブルが破損するように配置されていることを特徴とする、容器の蓋を容器本体に密封するための密封ボルト。 - 前記密封ヘッドが、穿設孔とヘッダプレートを包含し、前記ピンは前記ヘッダプレートに接続されかつ前記穿設孔を貫通している、請求項1に記載された密封ボルト。
- 前記ピンが、肉薄区域を包含し、それによって、前記ピンの前記肉薄区域の引張応力又はせん断応力が所定値に達すると、前記ピンを機能不全にする弱化点を提供する、請求項2に記載された密封ボルト。
- 前記密封スタッドが前記ピンを前記密封スタッドに接続すると共に前記ピンが外れるのを防止するクランプ要素を包含している、請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載された密封ボルト。
- 前記ピンがコーン形端部分を包含し、前記コーン形端部分は前記密封スタッドのクランプ要素に係合している、請求項4に記載された密封ボルト。
- 前記密封ヘッドは、前記ピンの横方向通路と整合する横通路を包含し、かつ前記破断ケーブルが前記横通路と前記横方向通路を通して配置される、請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載された密封ボルト。
- 識別手段であって、
超音波識別手段、
RFIDタグ、
の一以上を包含する識別手段を更に包含する、請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載された密封ボルト。 - 前記破断ケーブルが二つの端部を有し、少なくともその一方の端部に一つの光ファイバコネクタを備えている、請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載された密封ボルト。
- 請求項1ないし8のいずれかに記載された複数の密封ボルトと、
前記密封ボルト間に配置された接続ケーブルであって、光ファイバである前記接続ケーブルと、
前記破断ケーブル及び/又は前記接続ケーブルの破断を検知するよう配置及び設計された光ファイバ読取装置、
を包含する密封システムであって、容器の蓋を容器本体に密封する密封システム。 - 前記接続ケーブル及び前記破断ケーブルは、一つの光ファイバを形成するよう一体に形成されている、請求項9に記載された密封システム。
- 前記接続ケーブルは、光ファイバコネクタを介して前記破断ケーブルに光学的に接続されている、請求項9に記載された密封システム。
- 前記光ファイバ読取装置と協働する通信手段であって、前記破断ケーブル又は接続ケーブルの現況情報を、前記光ファイバ読取装置から遠隔地に伝送するよう配置及び設計された通信手段をさらに包含する、請求項9ないし11のいずれかに記載された密封システム。
- 前記通信手段が前記現況情報を暗号化する暗号化手段をさらに包含する、請求項9ないし12のいずれかに記載された密封システム。
