Claims (37)
- 無機のガラス板若しくはガラスセラミック板と、有機層とを有する、軽量合わせガラス板において、前記軽量合わせガラス板の単位面積あたりの質量は、その下限が、0.5kg/m2であり、その上限が5.5kg/m2であり、1つ以上の無機のガラス板若しくはガラスセラミック板の総厚対、前記有機層の厚さの比が、1:0.01から1:1であり、前記有機層の厚さは、450μm以下であり、前記軽量合わせガラス板は、JAR/FAR/CS 25, App.(Appendix) F, Part IV & AITM 2.0006に従って測定した絶対的な熱放出量が、65kW×分/m2未満である、前記軽量合わせガラス板。
- 前記単位面積あたりの質量の下限は、1kg/m2以上、好ましくは1.3kg/m2以上、とりわけ1.5kg/m2以上、とりわけ1.8kg/m2以上、とりわけ2kg/m2以上であり、
前記単位面積あたりの質量の上限は、3kg/m2以下、好ましくは2.5kg/m2以下、特に好ましくは2.3kg/m2以下であり、
前記1つ以上の無機のガラス板若しくはガラスセラミック板の総厚対、前記有機層の厚さの比が、1:0.01から1:0.9、好ましくは1:0.01から1:0.6、とりわけ1:0.01から1:0.3、特に好ましくは1:0.01から1:0.25、とりわけ1:0.01から1:0.2、極めて特に好ましくは1:0.01から1:0.15、とりわけ1:0.01から1:0.1であり、
前記有機層の厚さは、350μm以下、とりわけ300μm以下、とりわけ240μm以下、好ましくは200μm以下、とりわけ150μm以下、特に好ましくは100μm以下、とりわけ80μm以下、極めて特に好ましくは70μm以下、とりわけ50μm以下、とりわけ30μm以下、とりわけ25μm以下であり、
前記軽量合わせガラス板は、JAR/FAR/CS 25, App.(Appendix) F, Part IV & AITM 2.0006に従って測定した絶対的な熱放出量が、50kW×分/m2未満、好ましくは40kW×分/m2未満、特に好ましくは20kW×分/m2未満である、請求項1に記載の軽量合わせガラス板。 - 前記軽量合わせガラス板が耐火性を有し、該耐火性は、FAR/JAR/CS 25, App. F, Part Iに従って測定した、垂直式ブンゼンバーナー試験において炎から外した後の残炎時間が、15秒未満、好ましくは8秒未満、特に好ましくは3秒未満、とりわけ好ましくは1秒未満というものである、請求項1又は2に記載の軽量合わせガラス板。
- 前記軽量合わせガラス板の透明度が、80%超、好ましくは85%超、特に好ましくは88%超、とりわけ好ましくは90%超である、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の軽量合わせガラス板。
- 前記軽量合わせガラス板の光学的な散乱性が、1.5%以下、好ましくは1.0%以下、特に好ましくは0.5%以下である、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の軽量合わせガラス板。
- 無機のガラス板若しくはガラスセラミック板の厚さが、1mm以下、好ましくは0.8mm以下、特に好ましくは0.6mm以下であり、かつ200μm以上、とりわけ250μm以上、好ましくは350μm以上、特に好ましくは450μm以上、とりわけ好ましくは500μm以上、とりわけ530μm以上である、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の軽量合わせガラス板。
- 前記無機のガラス板が、リチウムアルミニウムケイ酸塩ガラス、ソーダ石灰ケイ酸塩ガラス、ホウケイ酸塩ガラス、アルカリ金属アルミノケイ酸塩ガラス、アルカリ金属不含若しくはアルカリ金属含分が低いアルミノケイ酸塩ガラスから、とりわけ化学的及び/又は熱により硬化させたリチウムアルミニウムケイ酸塩ガラス、ソーダ石灰ケイ酸塩ガラス、ホウケイ酸塩ガラス、アルカリ金属アルミノケイ酸塩ガラス、アルカリ金属不含若しくはアルカリ金属含分が低いアルミノケイ酸塩ガラスから成る、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の軽量合わせガラス板。
- 前記無機のガラスセラミック板が、セラミック化したアルミノケイ酸塩ガラス、若しくはリチウムアルミノケイ酸塩ガラスから、とりわけ化学的及び/又は熱により硬化されセラミック化されたアルミノケイ酸塩ガラス又はリチウムアルミノケイ酸塩ガラスから成る、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載の軽量合わせガラス板。
- 化学的な硬化のイオン交換深さが、30μm以上、好ましくは40μm以上、特に好ましくは50μm以上、とりわけ好ましくは80μm以上である、請求項8に記載の軽量合わせガラス板。
- 前記無機のガラス板若しくはガラスセラミック板の表面圧縮応力が、500MPa以上、好ましくは600MPa以上、好ましくは700MPa以上、特に好ましくは800MPa以上、とりわけ好ましくは900MPa以上である、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載の軽量合わせガラス板。
- 前記無機のガラス板若しくはガラスセラミック板の内部引張応力が、50MPa以下、好ましくは30MPa以下、特に好ましくは20MPa以下、とりわけ好ましくは15MPa以下である、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項に記載の軽量合わせガラス板。
- 前記無機のガラス板若しくはガラスセラミック板の4点曲げ強度が、550MPa以上、好ましくは650MPa以上、特に好ましくは800MPa以上である、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項に記載の軽量合わせガラス板。
- 前記無機のガラス板若しくはガラスセラミック板の弾性モジュールが、68GPa以上、好ましくは73GPa以上、特に好ましくは74GPa以上、とりわけ好ましくは80GPa以上である、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項に記載の軽量合わせガラス板。
- 前記無機のガラス板若しくはガラスセラミック板の剪断モジュールが、25GPa以上、好ましくは29GPa以上、特に好ましくは30GPa以上、とりわけ好ましくは33GPa以上である、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項に記載の軽量合わせガラス板。
- 前記無機のガラス板若しくはガラスセラミック板のビッカース硬度が、プレストレス加工されていない状態で、500HV2/20以上、好ましくは560HV2/20以上、特に好ましくは610HV2/20以上であるか、又は無機のガラス板若しくはガラスセラミック板のビッカース硬度は、プレストレス加工された状態で550HV2/20以上、好ましくは600HV2/20以上、特に好ましくは650HV2/20以上、特に好ましくは680HV2/20以上である、請求項1から14までのいずれか1項に記載の軽量合わせガラス板。
- 前記無機のガラス板若しくはガラスセラミック板の透明度が、80%超、好ましくは85%超、特に好ましくは88%超、とりわけ好ましくは90%超である、請求項1から15までのいずれか1項に記載の軽量合わせガラス板。
- 前記有機層が、硬化可能な熱硬化性反応性樹脂から、好ましくはフェノールプラスト樹脂(フェノール/ホルムアルデヒド樹脂)、アミノプラスト樹脂(尿素/ホルムアルデヒド樹脂、メラミン/ホルムアルデヒド樹脂)、エポキシ樹脂、不飽和ポリエステル樹脂、ビニルエステル樹脂(フェニルアクリレート樹脂)、ジアリルフタレート樹脂、シリコーン樹脂、又は架橋性ポリウレタン樹脂、又はポリメタクリレート反応性樹脂、及びポリアクリレートの反応性樹脂の群のポリマーから成る、請求項1から16までのいずれか1項に記載の軽量合わせガラス板。
- 前記有機層がさらに充填剤を含有する、請求項17に記載の軽量合わせガラス板。
- 前記有機層の透明度が、80%超、好ましくは85%以上、特に好ましくは88%以上、とりわけ好ましくは90%以上であり、前記有機層によって前記軽量合わせガラス板の曇り度が、1%未満しか増加しない、請求項1から18までのいずれか1項に記載の軽量合わせガラス板。
- 外側に向かって見た前記有機層の表面が、その表面において100nm以下、好ましくは80nm以下、特に好ましくは50nm以下という起伏度を有し、かつ30nm以下、好ましくは20nm以下、特に好ましくは10nm以下という粗さRTを有する、請求項1から19までのいずれか1項に記載の軽量合わせガラス板。
- 前記有機層の光学的なリタデーションが、20nm以下、好ましくは15nm未満である、請求項1から20までのいずれか1項に記載の軽量合わせガラス板。
- 前記有機層の縦スジが、100nm未満、好ましくは50nm以下、特に好ましくは30nm以下である、請求項1から21までのいずれか1項に記載の軽量合わせガラス板。
- 前記有機層の弾性モジュールが、5GPa未満、好ましくは2.6GPa未満、極めて特に好ましくは1.5GPa未満である、請求項1から22までのいずれか1項に記載の軽量合わせガラス板。
- 前記無機のガラス板若しくはガラスセラミック板の屈折率と、前記有機層の屈折率との差が、0.3以下、好ましくは0.25以下、特に好ましくは0.2以下、とりわけ好ましくは0.15以下である、請求項1から23までのいずれか1項に記載の軽量合わせガラス板。
- 請求項1から24までのいずれか1項に記載の軽量合わせガラス板の製造方法であって、以下の工程:
・厚さが0.2〜1.1mmである無機のガラス板若しくはガラスセラミック板を用意する工程、
・ガラス表面若しくはガラスセラミック表面を前処理する工程、
・厚さが1〜500μmの有機層を液相で直接施与する工程、
・有機層で被覆されたガラス板を個別化する工程、
を有することを特徴とする、前記製造方法。 - 請求項1から24までのいずれか1項に記載の軽量合わせガラス板の製造方法であって、以下の工程:
・厚さが0.2〜1.1mmである無機のガラス板若しくはガラスセラミック板を用意する工程、
・ガラス板若しくはガラスセラミック板を個別化する工程、
・ガラス表面若しくはガラスセラミック表面を前処理する工程、
・厚さが1〜500μmの有機層を液相で直接施与する工程、
を有することを特徴とする、前記製造方法。 - 前記有機層の施与を、スピンコート、又はスプレースピンコートによって行う、請求項25又は26に記載の製造方法。
- 前記有機層の施与を、流しがけ、ローラ塗布、又は噴霧によって行う、請求項25又は26に記載の製造方法。
- 表面処理を被覆の前に、オゾン含有雰囲気におけるガラス表面若しくはガラスセラミック表面の紫外線照射、コロナ処理、火炎熱分解、火炎処理、及び/又はプラズマ処理のいずれかの方法により、又はこれらの処理2つ以上の組み合わせにより行う、請求項25から28までのいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 被覆後に、熱、紫外線照射、赤外線照射、マイクロ波、電子線架橋、真空、及び/又はRIM(反応射出成形)いずれかの方法により、又はこれらの手段少なくとも2つの組み合わせにより、前記有機層を硬化させる、請求項25から29までのいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 被覆後に有機層として、シリコーンポリマー、ゾルゲルポリマー、ポリカーボネート、ポリエーテルスルホン、ポリアクリレート、ポリイミド、シクロオレフィンコポリマー、ポリアリレート、又はシリコーン樹脂が存在する、請求項25から30までのいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 輸送分野における車両キャビン用、特に航空機若しくは電気自動車の車両キャビン用の内装要素としての、請求項1から31までのいずれか1項に記載の軽量合わせガラス板の使用。
- 輸送分野における、特に航空機若しくは電気自動車の車両キャビン用の、窓要素若しくはドア要素としての、又は窓若しくはドアの構成部材としての、又は間仕切りとしての、又は机要素としての、請求項32に記載の軽量合わせガラス板の使用。
- 航空機の内部窓ガラス板として、又は電気自動車の窓ガラス板としての、請求項32又は33に記載の軽量合わせガラス板の使用。
- 建築分野における耐火性軽量部材としての、特に煙遮蔽要素、間仕切り、窓要素、ドア要素、壁要素、若しくは天井要素としての、又は窓、ドア、壁、若しくは天井の構成部材としての、又は展示用ガラス板としての、又は家具の構成部材としての、請求項1から31までのいずれか1項に記載の軽量合わせガラス板の使用。
- 請求項1から31までのいずれか1項に記載の軽量合わせガラス板を用いた、航空機用内部窓ガラス板又は軽量窓ガラス板。
- 請求項1から31までのいずれか1項に記載の軽量合わせガラス板を用いた、煙遮断要素。
