Abstract
Description
本デバイスは、容器のための通常のキャップデザインを模倣しているものであるから、本デバイスの使用は、実際は自明である。
以下に、本発明の流体容器のための殺生物性流体浄化キャップの好ましい態様が、添付の図面を参照して説明される。
Claims (14)
- 液体容器(1)のための殺生物性流体浄化キャップ(2)であって、
キャップ本体(3)であって、流体容器(1)の注ぎ口上の係合構造に結合して注ぎ口開口を密閉するようにキャップ本体(3)を取り外し可能に取付けるための係合構造(20)を含む、前記キャップ本体、
UV−C領域で光を放射するように適合される、少なくとも1つのLED(7a)、
LED(7a)を駆動させるための電子回路(15)、および、
電子回路(15)のための電源を含み、
ここで、前記LED(7a)は、キャップ本体(3)に提供される紫外線透過窓(6)によって周囲から隔てられ、キャップ(2)が容器(1)の注ぎ口に取り付けられたときに前記LED(7a)から放射された光が注ぎ口の開口に入射するように、前記キャップ本体(3)に配置される、前記殺生物性流体浄化キャップ。 - 前記電源が、キャップ本体(3)に受け入れられるバッテリー、および/または、コネクタ、および/または、外部電源への非接触送信手段を含む、請求項1に記載の殺生物性流体浄化キャップ(2)。
- 前記電子回路(15)が、前記コネクタ、および/または、前記非接触送信手段を通して供給される外部電源によって前記バッテリーを充電するための機能を含む、請求項2に記載の殺生物性流体浄化キャップ(2)。
- 前記電子回路(15)が、リモートデバイスから回路(15)のプログラム機能セッティングへの制御信号を受信するためのインターフェイスおよび機能を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の殺生物性流体浄化キャップ(2)。
- 前記電子回路(15)が、事前設定された時間、および/または、強度計画に従って、LED(7a)の調光および/または間欠操作を可能にするように、LED(7a)に提供される駆動電源を調節するための機能を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の殺生物性流体浄化キャップ(2)。
- 前記キャップ本体(3)が、キャップ本体(3)の容器(1)の注ぎ口からの取り外しを検出し、それに応じて回路を介してLED(7a)の操作を無効にするように適合されるスイッチ(13)を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の殺生物性流体浄化キャップ(2)。
- 前記電子回路(15)および前記LED(7a)が、金属床を具備するPCB(7)上に提供され、前記PCB(7)は、周囲へ熱を放散できるようにキャップ本体(3)内に配置される、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の殺生物性流体浄化キャップ(2)。
- 前記LED(7a)が、220nm〜300nmの範囲、好ましくは260nm+/−5nmの波長で光を放射するように適合される、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の殺生物性体浄化キャップ(2)。
- 前記キャップ本体(3)が、紫外線を反射する材料、好ましくは、アルミニウムまたはPTFEまたはステンレス鋼で、部分的に作られるかまたは覆われ、必要であれば、好ましくは、LED(7a)からの光照射に曝される部分において、酸化を防止する紫外線透過材料の層で覆われる、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の殺生物性流体浄化キャップ(2)。
- 紫外線透過窓(6)と注ぎ口開口との間のキャップ本体(3)の一部が、LED(7a)から放射される光線を注ぎ口開口の方向へ向けるための反射板(14)として形成される、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の殺生物性流体浄化キャップ(2)。
- 前記キャップ本体(3)が、キャップ(2)が注ぎ口に取り付けられた場合に、キャップ本体(3)の外側への第1流体開口(16)、および、容器(1)の注ぎ口開口への第2流体開口(17)、および、第1流体開口(16)と第2流体開口(17)との間に延伸し、紫外線透過窓(6)と注ぎ口開口に面したさらなる紫外線透過窓(19)との間を通る、流体チャネル(18)を含み、操作時に、LED(7a)から放射された光が、容器(1)の注ぎ口開口に入射する前に、チャネル(18)内を流れる流体を通過する、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の殺生物性流体浄化キャップ(2)。
- キャップ本体(3)を容器(1)の注ぎ口に取り外し可能に取り付けるための前記係合構造(20)が、ねじ込み式またはバヨネット式または弾性嵌合機構を含む、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の殺生物性流体浄化キャップ(2)。
- 前記容器(1)が、ボトル、フラスコまたはバッグであり、好ましくは、2リットル未満の容量を具備し、好ましくは、紫外線吸収材料、好ましくは、紫外線抵抗性の添加剤を含むPET、ガラスまたはプラスチック材料で作られる、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の殺生物性流体浄化キャップ(2)。
- 前記紫外線透過窓(6、19)が、石英ガラスまたはシリカガラスから作られる、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の殺生物性流体浄化キャップ(2)。
