Claims (9)
- 制御システムを備えるベースステーション(11;17)と、
ベースステーション(11;17)上に備えられるように構成され、バイオリアクタバッグを収容するように構成されたトレイ(31;41)と
を備えるバイオリアクタシステムであって、
ベースステーション(11;17)が1以上の温度センサ手段(1)を備えており、トレイ(31;41)が温度センサ手段(1)をトレイ(31;41)内に備えられるバイオリアクタの表面に接触するように受け入れる1以上の開口(33;43a、43b)を備えている、バイオリアクタシステム。 - 温度センサ手段(1)は、レバーであるアーム(21)の一方の端部に設けられ、トレイ(31;41)がベースステーション(11;17)に備えられるときに、トレイ(31;41)に設けられた押し込み手段がアーム(21)の他方の端部を下方へと押すことで、温度センサ手段(1)が、バイオリアクタの表面に接触するが、バイオリアクタの表面を乱すことはないように、トレイ(31;41)の開口(33;43a、43b)を通って上方へと移動する、請求項1に記載のバイオリアクタシステム。
- ベースステーション(11:17)は、2つ以上の温度センサ手段(1)を備え、異なるトレイの異なる開口が、どの温度センサ手段をバイオリアクタの表面に接触させるかを決定することで、他の温度センサ手段はトレイ(31;41)の開口を通って突出することがない、請求項1又は請求項2に記載のバイオリアクタシステム。
- 各々の温度センサ手段(1)は、別々のアーム(21)に取り付けられる、請求項3に記載のバイオリアクタシステム。
- 制御システムは、温度測定値を周囲温度について補償するための手段を備える、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載のバイオリアクタシステム。
- 温度センサ手段(1)は、
測定対象の表面に面するように配置された熱伝導層(2)と、
測定対象の表面の反対の側において熱伝導層(2)へと取り付けられた熱絶縁層(3)と、
熱伝導層(2)と熱絶縁層(3)との間に設けられ、熱伝導層(2)又は熱絶縁層(3)のいずれかによってすべての面が完全に囲まれている温度センサ(5)と
を備える、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載のバイオリアクタシステム。 - 熱伝導層(2)は、熱絶縁層(3)よりも高い熱伝導率を有する材料である、請求項6に記載のバイオリアクタシステム。
- 熱伝導層(2)は、金属或いは熱伝導性のグラファイト又はポリマーである、請求項6又は請求項7に記載のバイオリアクタシステム。
- 温度センサ(5)から制御システムへと設けられた通信接続(7)をさらに備える、請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれか一項に記載のバイオリアクタシステム。
