Claims (6)
- 超音波を発振する方向に水平に配列される複数の超音波プローブモジュールと;
一方に開放部が形成され、前記開放部を介して前記複数の超音波プローブモジュールを収容し、前記複数の超音波プローブモジュールの外観を覆う外側ハウジングと、前記複数の超音波プローブモジュールの間に設けられ、前記それぞれの超音波プローブモジュールを分離する分離ハウジングとを具備し、前記超音波プローブモジュールが分離結合するケースと;
前記ケースの内部に設置され、前記複数の超音波プローブモジュールを制御する制御モジュールと;
を含むことを特徴とする分離結合型超音波プローブ装置。 - 前記超音波プローブモジュールは、超音波が固定された方向に進行する線形配列超音波プローブモジュール、または超音波が進行方向と深さによって操向可能に進行する位相配列超音波プローブモジュールであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の分離結合型超音波プローブ装置。
- 前記制御モジュールは、前記超音波プローブモジュールに電気的に連結され、前記線形配列超音波プローブモジュールまたは前記位相配列超音波プローブモジュールのうち少なくとも1つを作動させることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の分離結合型超音波プローブ装置。
- 前記ケースは、一対の位相配列超音波プローブモジュールと、前記一対の位相配列超音波プローブモジュールの間に位置する線形配列超音波プローブモジュールとを収容し、
前記制御モジュールは、前記一対の位相配列超音波プローブモジュール及び前記線形配列超音波プローブモジュールを作動させて、3次元画像化データを生成することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の分離結合型超音波プローブ装置。 - 前記超音波プローブモジュールは、
後面ブロックと、
前記後面ブロックの上部に形成される圧電セラミックと、
前記圧電セラミックの上部に形成される音響整合層と、
前記音響整合層の上部に形成される音響レンズと、
前記後面ブロックと前記圧電セラミックとの間に形成される柔軟性回路基板と、
前記音響レンズの上部を除いた前記後面ブロック、圧電セラミック、音響整合層、音響レンズ、柔軟性回路基板の外観を覆うモジュールケースと、を含み、
前記柔軟性回路基板は、前記制御モジュールと連結され、前記制御モジュールが前記超音波プローブモジュールを制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の分離結合型超音波プローブ装置。 - 前記超音波プローブモジュールは、
前記音響整合層と前記圧電セラミックとの間に形成される接地板をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の分離結合型超音波プローブ。
