Claims (18)
- 鋼帯板にAl−Zn−Si−Mg合金めっき層を形成してAl−Zn−Si−Mgめっき鋼帯板を形成する方法であって、前記方法は、鋼帯板を溶融Al−Zn−Si−Mg合金浴に浸漬して前記鋼帯板の露出面に前記合金のめっき層を形成することを含み、前記方法は、前記鋼帯板上に形成された前記めっき層の表面にわたってAl/Zn比が均一となるように、前記溶融めっき浴内及び前記めっき浴より下流の条件を制御することを含む。
- 前記溶融めっき浴の組成、及び前記溶融めっき浴から前記めっき鋼帯板が出た後の前記めっき鋼帯板の冷却速度のうち何れか1以上を制御することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
