Abstract
Description

Claims (10)
- 複数の前駆流体を混合するためのノズル先端部アセンブリであって、
ノズルハウジングであって、

出口オリフィスを画定する遠位端部と、
近位端部から遠位端部まで延長する側壁と
を有するノズルハウジングと
ブレークアップインサート(break−up insert)であって、
近位端部と、
さらに、少なくとも3つの溝付きチャネルと中央の陥凹した渦流チャンバーとを画定する遠位端部と、
前記近位端部と前記遠位端部との間に延長する側壁と
を有するブレークアップインサートと
を有し、
前記ブレークアップインサートの前記側壁および前記ノズルハウジングの前記側壁は、それらの間に、前記管腔と前記少なくとも3つの溝付きチャネルとの間の流体連通のためのチャネルを画定するものである
ノズル先端部アセンブリ。 - 請求項1記載のノズル先端部アセンブリにおいて、前記渦流チャンバーは、前記ブレークアップインサートの前記遠位端部内の実質的に中央に位置付けられた半球形状の陥凹部によって画定されるものであるノズル先端部アセンブリ。
- 請求項1記載のノズル先端部アセンブリにおいて、前記溝付きチャネルのそれぞれは、前記渦流チャンバーに所定の角度を成して進入するものであり、それにより前記前駆流体の前記渦流チャンバー内での混合が促進されるものであるノズル先端部アセンブリ。
- 請求項1記載のノズル先端部アセンブリにおいて、前記ブレークアップインサートの前記側壁と前記ノズルハウジング側壁との間の前記距離は、近位端部から遠位端部に向かって減少するものであるノズル先端部アセンブリ。
- 請求項4記載のノズル先端部アセンブリにおいて、前記ブレークアップインサートは1若しくはそれ以上の傾斜のついた肩部を有し、これにより、前記ブレークアップインサートの前記側壁と前記ノズルハウジング側壁との間の距離が低減されるものであるノズル先端部アセンブリ。
- 請求項1記載のノズル先端部アセンブリにおいて、前記少なくとも3つの溝付きチャネルは相互から等距離にあるノズル先端部アセンブリ。
- 請求項1記載のノズル先端部アセンブリにおいて、前記ノズルハウジングは、デュアルバレルシリンジに連結するように構成されるノズル先端部アセンブリ。
- 請求項1記載のノズル先端部アセンブリにおいて、前記ノズルハウジングは、二重管腔送達装置に連結するように構成されるノズル先端部アセンブリ。
- 請求項1記載のノズル先端部アセンブリにおいて、前記ノズルハウジングは、三重管腔送達装置に連結するように構成されるノズル先端部アセンブリ。
- 複数成分からなる送達装置であって、
多重管腔送達装置と、
ノズルハウジングであって、
多重管腔ディスペンサーの送達部分を受容するように構成された近位端部と、
出口オリフィスを画定する遠位端部と、
近位端部から遠位端部まで延長する側壁と
を有するノズルハウジングと、
ブレークアップインサートであって、
近位端部と、
さらに、少なくとも3つの溝付きチャネルと中央の陥凹した渦流チャンバーとを画定する遠位端部と、
前記近位端部と前記遠位端部との間に延長する側壁と
を有するブレークアップインサートと
を有し、
前記ブレークアップインサートの前記側壁および前記ノズルハウジングの前記側壁は、それらの間に、前記管腔と前記少なくとも3つの溝付きチャネルとの間の流体連通のためのチャネルを画定し、
前記ノズルアセンブリは前記多重管腔送達装置に連結され、前記管腔のそれぞれは、前記溝付きチャネルおよび前記ノズルハウジングとブレークアップインサート側壁との間の前記チャネルを介して、前記渦流チャンバー、および出口オリフィスと流体連通するものである
