Claims (14)
- スキャフォールドと、
少なくとも1つのPDMSブロックと、
複数のマニホルドと、
流体経路の構造的特徴を有するように構成され、かつ前記マニホルドの中に入れ子状に重なるように構成された複数の流体経路ブロックと、
前記スキャフォールド、前記PDMSブロックおよび前記複数のマニホルドの外側に配設されるケースと
を備えるバイオリアクタ培養チャンバ。 - 少なくとも1つの側面、ほぼ中央の空洞、および前記少なくとも1つの側面から前記ほぼ中央の空洞へ延びる複数のチャネルを有するブロックと、
入口および出口を有し、前記複数のチャネルと流体連通する流体経路マニホルドと、
前記流体経路マニホルドの外面のまわりに配設された筐体と
を備えるバイオリアクタ培養チャンバ。 - 前記筐体は実質的に管状である、請求項2に記載のバイオリアクタ。
- 前記ブロックはPDMSを含む、請求項2に記載のバイオリアクタ。
- 前記筐体は前記流体経路マニホルドに圧縮力を及ぼす、請求項2に記載のバイオリアクタ。
- 前記複数のチャネルは、前記複数のチャネルのそれぞれが実質的に同じ流路抵抗を有するように構成される、請求項2に記載のバイオリアクタ。
- 前記ほぼ中央の空洞の中に配設されたスキャフォールドをさらに備える、請求項2に記載のバイオリアクタ。
- 前記スキャフォールドは複数のセルを含む、請求項7に記載のバイオリアクタ。
- 前記入口はリザーバと流体連通する、請求項2に記載のバイオリアクタ。
- 前記リザーバは栄養液を含む、請求項9に記載のバイオリアクタ。
- 前記ブロックおよび前記筐体は、X線に対して実質的に透過性である、請求項2に記載のバイオリアクタ。
- 前記ブロックおよび前記筐体は、MRIに対して実質的に透過性である、請求項2に記載のバイオリアクタ。
- 入口および出口を有する追加の流体経路マニホルドさらに備え、前記筐体は、前記追加の流体経路マニホルドの外面のまわりに配設される、請求項2に記載のバイオリアクタ。
