Claims (15)
- 被験者の血中酸素飽和度を決定するデバイスであって、当該デバイスは、
前記被験者の1つ以上の皮膚部分から放出又は反射された検出電磁放射線から導出されたデータストリームを受信するインターフェースであって、前記データストリームが、前記1つ以上の皮膚部分の複数の皮膚画素について皮膚画素あたりのデータ信号を含み、前記データ信号が、対応する皮膚画素から放出又は反射された前記検出電磁放射線を経時的に表す、前記インターフェースと、
前記複数の皮膚画素の前記データ信号に基づいて、前記複数の皮膚画素の血中酸素飽和度の変化を決定する分析器と、
血中酸素飽和度の最も速い変化を示す皮膚画素か、又は、血中酸素飽和度の最も遅い変化を示す皮膚画素以外の前記複数の皮膚画素を含む皮膚画素グループを選択する選択器と、
選択された前記皮膚画素グループの前記データ信号に基づいて、前記被験者の前記血中酸素飽和度を決定するプロセッサと、
を含む、デバイス。 - 前記分析器は、前記複数の皮膚画素について、皮膚画素あたりの血中酸素飽和度信号を決定し、前記血中酸素飽和度信号に基づいて、前記複数の皮膚画素の血中酸素飽和度の変化を決定する、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記プロセッサは、選択された前記皮膚画素グループの前記皮膚画素の前記血中酸素飽和度信号から、前記被験者の前記血中酸素飽和度を決定する、請求項2に記載のデバイス。
- 前記プロセッサは、選択された前記皮膚画素グループの前記皮膚画素の前記血中酸素飽和度信号の平均値を求めることによって、前記被験者の前記血中酸素飽和度を決定する、請求項3に記載のデバイス。
- 前記プロセッサは、平均データ信号を得るために、選択された前記皮膚画素グループの前記皮膚画素の前記データ信号の平均値を求め、前記平均データ信号から前記被験者の前記血中酸素飽和度を決定する、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記選択器は、前記血中酸素飽和度の上限及び/又は下限を使用することによって、又は、前記グループとして選択される前記複数の皮膚画素のうちの皮膚画素の割合の閾値を使用することによって、前記皮膚画素グループを選択する、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記選択器は、前記複数の皮膚画素の前記血中酸素飽和度の変化が、所定の最小閾値を下回る場合は、前記複数の皮膚画素のすべての皮膚画素を、前記グループとして選択する、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記選択器は、所定イベントがない場合、具体的には、低酸素イベントがない場合、前記複数の皮膚画素のすべての皮膚画素を、前記グループとして選択する、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記インターフェースは、前記所定イベントがあること及び/又はないことを示すイベント指示信号を受信する、請求項8に記載のデバイス。
- 前記分析器は、前記データ信号の1つ以上に基づいて、前記所定イベントがあるかないかを決定する、請求項8に記載のデバイス。
- 前記所定イベントがあること及び/又はないことを示すイベント指示信号を検知するイベントセンサを更に含む、請求項8に記載のデバイス。
- 前記データ信号は、少なくとも2つのデータ信号成分を含み、第1のデータ信号成分は、第1のスペクトル部分、特に可視光部分を表し、第2のデータ信号成分は、第2の指示スペクトル部分、特に赤外部分を表す、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記被験者から放出又は反射された電磁放射線を、特に2つの異なるスペクトル範囲において遠隔検出する、特にカメラである撮像ユニット、及び/又は、
前記被験者に対して、特に2つの異なるスペクトル範囲において電磁放射線を向かわせる、特に光源である放射線源と、を更に含む、請求項1に記載のデバイス。 - 被験者の血中酸素飽和度を決定する方法であって、当該方法は、
前記被験者の1つ以上の皮膚部分から放出又は反射された検出電磁放射線から導出されたデータストリームを受信するステップであって、前記データストリームは前記1つ以上の皮膚部分の複数の皮膚画素について、皮膚画素あたりのデータ信号を含み、前記データ信号は、対応する皮膚画素から放出又は反射された前記検出電磁放射線を経時的に表す、前記ステップと、
前記複数の皮膚画素の前記データ信号に基づいて、前記複数の皮膚画素の血中酸素飽和度の変化を決定するステップと、
血中酸素飽和度の最も速い変化を示す皮膚画素か、又は、血中酸素飽和度の最も遅い変化を示す皮膚画素以外の前記複数の皮膚画素を含む皮膚画素グループを選択するステップと、
選択された前記皮膚画素グループの前記データ信号に基づいて、前記被験者の前記血中酸素飽和度を決定するステップと、
を含む、方法。 - コンピュータ上で実行されると、前記コンピュータに請求項14に記載の方法のステップを実行させるプログラムコード手段を含むコンピュータプログラム。
