一种成像方法包括:在第一周期内向目标体发射第一激光,并接收从目标体返回的第一光声信号(301);根据第一光声信号确定目标体的第一光声图像(302);在第二周期内向目标体发射第二激光,并接收从目标体返回的第二光声信号(303),其中,第二激光和第一激光的波长不相同;根据第二光声信号确定目标体的第二光声图像(304);根据第一光声图像和第二光声图像确定目标体的血氧图像(305),其中,血氧图像包括目标体内的目标组织的血管相关参数与目标组织周边预置范围内的血管相关参数。该方法能够提高图像显示的全面性。还公开了一种成像系统(10)。
