Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 手術デバイスであって、
近位端部および遠位端部を有する細長い本体;
該細長い本体の遠位端部に配置された先端;および
第1切断部位および第2切断部位を有する切断ユニットであって、該第1切断部位および該第2切断部位が、該第1切断部位と該第2切断部位の間で血管を捕捉するために細長い本体の長さ方向に移動可能であり、かつ捕捉された該血管を切断するために先端の周りにおいて互いに対して円周状に回転可能である、切断ユニット
を含む、手術デバイス。 - 前記捕捉された血管の封止、切断、またはその両方のために前記第1切断部位および前記第2切断部位が、エネルギーを与えられるように構成される請求項1の手術デバイス。
- 前記第1切断部位が鋭利化されたエッジを有し、前記第1切断部位の尖った該エッジに面している前記第2切断部位のエッジが平坦である請求項1の手術デバイス。
- 前記第1切断部位が固定されており、前記第2切断部位が、前記第1切断部位に向かって前記先端の周りに回転可能である請求項1の手術デバイス。
- 前記第2切断部位が前記先端の周りに双方向に回転可能な請求項1の手術デバイス。
- 前記細長い本体が第1切断部材と、該第1切断部材の内側に同心円状に配置された第2切断部材とを含み、前記第1切断部位および前記第2切断部位が、該第1切断部材および該第2切断部材のそれぞれの遠位端部に形成される、請求項1の手術デバイス。
- 前記第1切断部材および前記第2切断部材が、それぞれ前記第1切断部位および前記第2切断部位へRFエネルギーを伝達するように構成される請求項6の手術デバイス。
- 前記第1切断部材と、前記第2切断部材との間に絶縁被覆が配置された請求項8の手術デバイス。
- 前記細長い本体の外表面に取り付けられている近位端部を有するスリーブと、前記先端に係合する遠位先端とをさらに含み、前記遠位先端は、前記第1切断部位および前記第2切断部位がスリーブを通って前進できるように、前記先端に取り付けられていない請求項1の手術デバイス。
- 前記先端が、前記細長い本体の1つ以上の内腔に連通し内部尖部で終わる内部キャビティと、前記先端の遠位端部の窪んだ外部尖部とを有し、該内部尖部および該外部尖部が前記細長い本体の中心軸と同一直線上にある、請求項1の手術デバイス。
- 手術デバイスであって:
近位端部と遠位端部との間に延在する中心軸を有する細長い本体;
該細長い本体の該遠位端部に配置された先端であって、該先端は内部尖部と、該先端の遠位端部における窪んだ外部尖部とを有し、該先端を通した視認度を向上させるために、該内部尖部および該外部尖部が該細長い本体の中心軸と同一直線上にある先端;および
血管を捕捉して該血管を切断するために、該細長い本体に沿った長手方向に移動可能である、該先端の周りに配置された切断ユニット
を含む、手術デバイス。 - 前記先端が、前記内部尖部を形成するように遠位方向に先細になっている内部キャビティを含む請求項11の手術デバイス。
- 前記先端の外部表面が前記遠位先端に向かって先細になっており、窪んだ外部付加物を形成するように前記遠位先端で折り曲げられている請求項12の手術デバイス。
- 前記切断ユニットが第1部材と、該第1部材に対して回転可能な第2部材とを含む、請求項11の手術デバイス。
- 前記切断ユニットが、長手方向において互いに向かって移動可能な第1部材および第2部材を含む請求項11の手術デバイス。
- 血管を採取するための方法であって:
主血管およびその血管枝を周囲の組織から切り離すために、細長い本体の遠位先端に配置された剥離先端を有するカニューレを、該主血管に沿って前進させること;
第1および第2切断部位の間の血管を捕捉するために、該第1切断部位および該第2切断部位を該剥離先端の近位側の位置から遠位方向に動かすこと;および
捕捉した該血管を切断するために、該第1切断部位および該第2切断部位のうち少なくとも一方を、もう一方に向かって該先端の周りに円周状に回転させること;
を含む、方法。 - 前記前進させる工程において、前記先端が、内部尖部で終わる内部キャビティと、前記先端の遠位端部の窪んだ外部尖部とを有し、該内部尖部および該外部尖部が前記細長い本体の中心軸と同一直線上にある、請求項16の方法。
- 前記第1切断部位に支持される第1RF電極および前記第2切断部位に支持される第2RF電極で該血管を封止することをさらに含む、請求項16の方法。
- 前記回転させる工程において、前記第1切断部位が固定され、前記第2切断部位が前記先端の周りに双方向に回転可能な、請求項16の方法。
- 前記回転させる工程において、前記第1切断部位が鋭利化されたエッジを有し、前記第1切断部位の該尖ったエッジに面している前記第2切断部位のエッジが平坦である、請求項16の方法。
