Abstract
Description
− ベンチュリ管のスロート部の締め付けを変化させるための手段と、
− ポンプ内の圧力降下に反応する手段であって、ベンチュリ管のスロート部の締め付けを変化させるための手段を制御することで、ポンプ内の圧力降下が増大した場合、通路の断面を縮小し、ポンプ内の圧力降下が低下した場合、通路の断面を拡大することが可能である手段とを備えることを特徴とする。
− 膜の活動部分が拡大する、
− スロート部において圧力に曝されるロッドの断面の影響が、より小さな直径のシールによって抑えられる。
Claims (14)
- 管の中を流れる基本液体の流れに液体添加物を投入するための計量デバイスにおいて、容器内の前記添加物を取り込み、それを計量するための往復運動差動ピストンポンプ(3)を備え、このポンプは、前記ポンプを駆動する基本液体の流れを受け入れるための第1の入口(8)と、前記添加物を取り込むための第2の入口(9)と、前記添加物と前記基本液体を混合するための出口(10)とを備え、デバイスは前記管の中に配置されたベンチュリ管(11)を備え、前記ポンプ(3)は、前記ベンチュリ管(11)と並列して接続され、前記ポンプの前記第1の入口(8)は、第1のライン(12)を介して前記ベンチュリ管の入口に接続され、その一方で前記ポンプの前記出口(10)は第2のライン(13)を介して前記ベンチュリ管のスロート部(11c)に接続されるデバイスであって、
− 前記ベンチュリ管の前記スロート部(11c)の締め付けを変動させるための手段(E)と、
− 前記ポンプ(3)内の圧力降下に反応する手段(G)であって、前記ベンチュリ管の前記スロート部の締め付けるための前記手段(E)を制御することで、前記ポンプ内の圧力降下が増大した場合、通路の断面を縮小し、前記ポンプ内の圧力降下が低下した場合、通路の断面を拡大することが可能である手段(G)とを備えることを特徴とするデバイス。 - 前記ポンプ内の圧力降下に反応する前記手段(G)は、前記ベンチュリ管(11)の前記スロート部(11c)おける圧力を前記ポンプの前記入口(8)につながる前記第1のライン(12)上に配置された第2のベンチュリ管(27)のスロート部における圧力と比較するための手段で構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記ベンチュリ管の前記スロート部の締め付けを変動させるための前記手段は、前記ベンチュリ管(11)の幾何学的な軸に対して傾斜した方向に摺動することができるように設置された特定の部材(14、30、30a)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のデバイス。
- 前記2つのベンチュリ管(11、27)の前記スロート部における圧力を比較するための前記手段は、前記2つのベンチュリ管(11、27)の一方の前記スロート部にそれぞれ接続された2つのチャンバ(17、29)を隔てる可動の分離手段を備え、前記締め付け部材は、この可動分離手段に接続されることで、前記第1のベンチュリ管(11)の前記スロート部における圧力に対して前記第2のベンチュリ管(27)の前記スロート部における圧力が増大することにより前記第1のベンチュリ管の前記スロート部の締め付けを増大させ、逆もまた同様であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のデバイス。
- 前記可動分離手段は、膜(18)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のデバイス。
- 前記摺動部材は羽根(14)で構成されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のデバイス。
- 前記締め付け部材は、円筒形のロッド(30、30a)で構成されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のデバイス。
- 前記スロート部に向けて配向される前記円筒形のロッド(30、30a)の端部(32、32a)は基本的に半球であることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のデバイス。
- 前記円筒形のロッド(30a)は、前記ベンチュリ管(11)の前記スロート部に接続されたチャンバ(17)を閉鎖するプレート(37)を密閉式に貫通するより小さな直径のロッド(36)の端部に装着されることを特徴とする、請求項7または8に記載のデバイス。
- 前記締め付け部材(30a)の上流に配置されたダクト(35)を備えることで、圧力タッピングを形成し、これを利用して、前記ベンチュリ管の前記スロート部における流量を測定することが可能になることを特徴とする、請求項7から9のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記羽根(14)は、十分な隙間(j)を有して、前記ベンチュリ管の本体のガイド内を摺動することができるように設置されることで、前記スロート部(11c)における圧力が、前記ベンチュリ管のスロート部(11c)の側に位置するチャンバ(17)に伝達されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のデバイス。
- 前記円筒形のロッドは長手方向のダクト(33)を備え、このダクトは、その一端において前記ベンチュリ管(11)の前記スロート部の側で開放し、その他端において前記ベンチュリ管の前記スロート部(11c)の側に位置するチャンバ(17)に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項7または8に記載のデバイス。
- 前記ポンプの前記出口ライン(13)は、少なくとも1つの開口(25)を介して前記ベンチュリ管の前記スロート部に接続され、この開口は、前記ベンチュリ管の本体にあるラインの装着部に対して横向きであることを特徴とする、前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記ベンチュリ管(11)および前記ポンプ(3)は、1つの組立体を形成し、それを前記管(1)の2つのセクションに挿入し、そこに接続することができるように前記ベンチュリ管(11)の入口および出口に設けられた接続手段を備えることを特徴とする、前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
