Claims (10)
- バッテリシステム(100)用マニュアルサービス接続解除装置(106)であって、前記マニュアルサービス接続解除装置は、
接続解除ヘッダ(110)と、
接続解除プラグ(112)と、
電流電力制御デバイス(136)を備え、
前記接続解除ヘッダは、バッテリパック(102)に最も近接して取り付けられるように構成され、
前記接続解除ヘッダは、
レセプタクル(128)を区画するハウジング(122)と、
前記レセプタクル内の高電流端子コネクタ(130)と、
前記レセプタクル内の高電圧インターロック(HVIL)コネクタ(132)と、
前記レセプタクル内の制御デバイス端子コネクタ(134)を備え、
前記接続解除プラグは、前記接続解除ヘッダに取り外し可能に結合され、
前記接続解除プラグは、
夫々、前記高電流端子コネクタに電気的に接続される高電流ヒューズ(140)と、
前記HVILコネクタに電気的に接続されるHVILシャント端子(138)を備え、
前記電流電力制御デバイスは、前記レセプタクル内に受容され、
前記電流電力制御デバイスは、前記制御デバイス端子コネクタに電気的に接続され、
前記電流電力制御デバイスは、前記接続解除プラグが前記接続解除ヘッダから取り外されるとサービスするために露出され、
前記電流電力制御デバイスは、前記接続解除プラグが前記接続解除ヘッダに結合されるとアクセス不可になる、
マニュアルサービス接続解除装置(106)。 - 空間(137)が前記HVILコネクタ(132)と前記高電流端子コネクタ(130)との間の前記レセプタクル内に区画され、前記電流電力制御デバイス(136)は前記空間内に配置される、
請求項1に記載のマニュアルサービス接続解除装置(106)。 - 前記ハウジング(122)は開口頂部を含み、
前記接続解除プラグ(112)は前記ハウジングに差し込まれて前記開口頂部を閉鎖し、
前記電流電力制御デバイス(136)は前記接続解除プラグによって覆われる、
請求項1に記載のマニュアルサービス接続解除装置(106)。 - 前記接続解除ヘッダ(110)は前記バッテリパック(102)に直接に取り付けられるように構成されるベース(120)を含み、
前記高電流端子コネクタ(130)、前記高電圧インターロックコネクタ(132)及び前記制御デバイス端子コネクタ(136)は、前記ベースを介して前記バッテリパック内に延在する、
請求項1に記載のマニュアルサービス接続解除装置(106)。 - 前記接続解除ヘッダ(110)は頂部(124)と底部(126)を有するベース(120)を含み、前記ハウジング(122)は前記頂部から延在し、前記底部は前記バッテリパック(102)に直接取り付けられるように構成され、
前記高電流端子コネクタ(130)、前記HVILコネクタ(132)及び前記制御デバイス端子コネクタ(134)は前記底部の下方に前記ベースから延出する、
請求項1に記載のマニュアルサービス接続解除装置(106)。 - 前記電流電力制御デバイス(136)は、前記接続解除プラグ(112)が前記接続解除ヘッダから取り外されたときに及び前記HVILシャント端子(138)と前記高電流ヒューズ(140)が夫々前記HVILコネクタ(132)と前記高電流端子コネクタ(130)から接続解除された後に、前記制御デバイス端子コネクタ(134)から接続解除され且つ前記接続解除ヘッダ(110)から取り外されるように構成される、
請求項1に記載のマニュアルサービス接続解除装置(106)。 - 前記高電流端子コネクタ(130)は一対の高電流端子(160)を含み、
前記高電流ヒューズ(140)は、前記接続解除プラグ(112)が前記接続解除ヘッダ(110)に結合されると、前記高電流端子に電気的に接続される一対のコンタクト(162)を含み、前記高電流ヒューズは前記コンタクト同士間にヒューズ付き電路を区画する、
請求項1に記載のマニュアルサービス接続解除装置(106)。 - 前記HVILコネクタ(132)は一対のHVIL端子(170)を含み、前記HVILシャント端子(138)は、前記接続解除プラグ(112)が前記接続解除ヘッダ(110)に結合されると、前記HVIL端子同士間にシャント電路を生成する、
請求項1に記載のマニュアルサービス接続解除装置(106)。 - 前記制御デバイス端子コネクタ(134)は一対の低電流端子(180)を含み、前記電流電力制御デバイスはサービス可能ヒューズ(136)を備え、前記サービス可能ヒューズは、前記接続解除プラグ(112)が前記接続解除ヘッダ(110)に結合されると、前記低電流端子同士を電気的に接続し、前記サービス可能ヒューズは前記低電流端子同士間にヒューズ付き電路を区画する、
請求項1に記載のマニュアルサービス接続解除装置(106)。 - 前記接続解除ヘッダ(110)に第2の制御デバイス端子コネクタ(134)と第2の電流電力制御デバイス(136)をさらに備え、前記HVILコネクタ(132)は前記電流電力制御デバイス(136)と前記第2の電流電力制御デバイスとの間に配置される、
